The Common Sense Show

gun control works

Recently, 100,000 state residents who went to bed as law-abiding citizens and woke up a felon facing prison time. Connecticut Governor Malloy continues to pressure the 100,000 Connecticut residents who have refused to register their guns, to do so, or face forced gun confiscation at their homes. Why is Malloy still Governor? Why aren’t these people recalling this sorry excuse for a governor who obviously holds the Second Amendment in such disdain? And before you tell me that the Governor has given up on the notion of gun confiscation, you would mistaken. The slight pull back by the Governor is in response to the fact that one third of the impacted residents are law enforcement personnel. Once this is legislation away, gun confiscation will be back on the table. It is looking more and more like Connecticut and other select states are beta testing gun confiscation so the DHS can establish the metrics of resistance and then plan accordingly.

There Is a Coming Train Wreck

In reality, it’s just a matter of time until there is blood in the streets over a rising number of unconstitutional gun grabs, whether it’s in Connecticut or any other state. And when bloodshed starts, martial law will follow.

Second Amendment rights are not just under attack in Connecticut, they are being attacked all across this country. Last year, the Colorado Senate passed Senate Bill 197 which was intended to ban those who have been accused of domestic violence. Please notice, the law says “accused”, not convicted.

Take the case of David Schmecker as he has had his guns confiscated. Schmecker is an honorably discharged Navy veteran with no criminal past. He had his gun permit revoked and his guns forcefully confiscated by police because he politely refused to submit to a psychological evaluation as ordered by an interim physician for a pain medication.

In Hawaii, Senate Bill 219 bans guns as does recent Indiana legislation which has done the same despite the 5-4 Supreme Court ruling which upheld the Second Amendment.

Is someone going to flip a switch and we will see home gun confiscation across the country? It appears that the forces are aligning for just this purpose.

Given the recent 5-4 decision upholding the Second Amendment, Obama is only one Supreme Court Justice away from a declaration of national gun confiscation. We are on the precipice of a totalitarian crackdown.

Frighteningly, American gun control legislation is imitating Hitler’s Nazi Germany gun control legislation. Consider the key provisions of the Nazi Weapons Act of 1938 and compare it with the Connecticut gun ban. The parallels of both the provisions and the legal language are eerily similar and in some cases the Connecticut ban is worse that anything Hitler implemented. .

The Nazi Weapons Act of 1938

1. Classified guns for sporting purposes.

2. All Germans desiring to purchase firearms had to register with the Nazi officials and submit to a background check.

3. The law assumed that non-Nazi German citizens were hostile and thereby exempted Nazi’s from the gun control law.

4. The Nazi’s assumed unrestricted power to decide what kinds of firearms could, or could not, be owned by private persons.

5. The types of ammunition that were legal were subject to control by governmental bureaucrats.

6. Citizens under 18 years of age could not buy firearms and ammunition.

Connecticut’s Gun Ban

1. Does not even use the term “sporting purpose” as a standard for private gun ownership. The U.S. Court of Appeals

[in Heller II] thought “it clear enough in the record that semi-automatic rifles and magazines holding more than ten rounds are indeed in ‘common use.’”

However, the court could not “be certain whether these weapons are commonly used or are useful specifically for self-defense or hunting and therefore whether the prohibitions of certain semi-automatic rifles and magazines … meaningfully affect the right to keep and bear arms.” In other words, the government gets to decide and there is no firm standard so the government gets to make up the rules as they go along. This is much more strict than anything the Nazis passed because it represents incremental gun confiscation.

2. Exempted government agencies from the controls which applied to law-abiding citizens. In other words, the government is maintain a distinct advantage over the people in terms of firearms. The concept of self-defense is not protected under this unconstitutional law.

3. The law assumes that all gun owners are enemies of the state. And then only a very narrow range of guns can be purchased, but they must be registered.

4. Authorized vaguely defined state officials to decide what firearms could or could not be owned by private persons. Besides, the police and other members of law enforcement are exempt from the law, so it wasn’t a complete ban:

In addition, LCMs [limited capacity magazines] may be possessed, purchased, or imported by “members or employees of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, police departments, the Department of Correction, the Division of Criminal Justice, the Department of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection or the military or naval forces of this state or of the United States for use in the discharge of their official duties or when off duty. Just like Hitler, the law and the courts created special categories of citizens that can possess the banned guns. No matter how one justifies this and no matter how corrupt a judge may be, this is a 14th Amendment violation because the law does not treat all people the same.

5. As with Hitler, the types of ammunition that were legal were subject to control by governmental bureaucrats.

6. Age retractions of 21 years, not 18 as provided for by Hitler, were applied to anyone who wished to purchase firearms and ammunition.

History Speaks Will America Listen?

Who cares if the government confiscates guns and/or ban guns,  the government will protect us won’t they?

The lesson of the 20th Century genocides can no longer be dismissed as something that could never happen in America. The logic of personal self-defense should be hitting home as our country plunges deeper into the depths of fascist totalitarian control (e.g., Patriot Acts 1&2, the NDAA, Executive Order 13603, the multitude of spying bills which allow for the spying on American citizens who are engaged in ordinary activities).

America may be on the verge of committing “National Suicide by Gun Control”. All totalitarian governments begin their invasion into civil liberties with the promise of safety from whoever plays the convenient role of the “boogey man” of the day. In Nazi Germany, the original boogey man were the communists and then the specter of boogey men kept expanding until anyone who was an enemy of the State needed to be controlled. The totalitarian pleas of “Let us protect you from yourself” ring loudly and clearly through the halls of Congress and in the Oval Office and in an increasing number of mayors and governors’ offices.

Gun control and gun confiscation has preceded every instance of genocide in the 20th century.

Twentieth century governments committed “democide” (i.e. genocide committed by government) to the tune of murdering 262 million of its own citizens according to a University of Hawaii study. Just to give perspective on this incredible rate of murder by government, “this democide murdered 6 times more people than died in combat in” all the of the wars fought in the 20th century.

How quickly we forget the lessons of history. If we ever allow government to subvert the second amendment, we very well could be witnessing a prelude to an American genocide.

There is nothing as dangerous to a totalitarian regime as an educated and well-armed populace. No Child Left Behind and Common Core are taking care of the well-educated variable. While Connecticut is leading the way in stripping Americans of their right defend themselves from a tyrannical government as called for by the Founding Fathers and the Second Amendment, these gun confiscation laws are taking care of the well-armed variable.

Before we strip away our last line of defense from an increasingly totalitarian government, by acquiescing to the United Nations and American advocates for gun control, perhaps we should examine a partial list of  the end game resulting from past gun control efforts:

1. In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915-1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves against their ethnic-cleansing government, were arrested and exterminated.

2. In 1929, the former Soviet Union established gun control as a means of controlling the “more difficult” of their citizens. From 1929 to the death of Stalin, 20 million Soviets met an untimely end at the hand of various governmental agencies as they were arrested and exterminated.

3. After the rise of the Nazi’s, Germany established their version of gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, 13 million Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill, political dissidents and others, who were unable to defend themselves against the “Nazis”, were arrested and exterminated.

4. After Communist China established gun control in 1935, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves against their fascist leaders, were arrested and exterminated.

5. Closer to home, Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayans, unable to defend themselves against their ruthless dictatorship, were arrested and exterminated.

6. Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves from their dictatorial government, were arrested and exterminated.

7. Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million of the “educated” people, unable to defend themselves against their fascist government, were arrested and exterminated.

The historical voices from the millions of corpses speak loudly and clearly to those Americans who are advocating unreasonable, unconstitutional and for tighter gun control legislation.

Thomas Jefferson was very clear in his writings regarding the right to bear arms. Jefferson knew that the preservation of the Republic ultimately rested upon a well-armed citizenry in a “the government must fear the people approach”. Jefferson felt it was absolutely necessary for American citizens to be able to protect themselves. The protection that Jefferson spoke of was not from our obvious enemies of the day (France and Britain), but from our own government. Jefferson made this point quite clear when he admonished future generations of Americans to fulfill their duty to overthrow a government that failed to serve the needs of the majority of its citizens.

Private ownership of guns is the necessary component needed to fulfill the Jeffersonian mandate for national self-defense. Yet, increasingly and reminiscent of Nazi Germany, the United States government is incrementally chipping away at private citizens right to own a gun. Why? FBI statistics clearly show that 90% of the guns used in the commission of a crime are stolen! Does the government really believe that criminals, both American citizens and illegal aliens, as well as terrorists, are suddenly going to perform their civic duty and immediately register and/or turn in their guns? How is America better-served if the only ones who don’t have access to guns are the law-abiding citizens? So, one must ask who are the gun control laws designed to protect and why?

Conclusion

Please recall the order of events that I am projecting on our march to World War III which falls into line with the crisis in Ukraine.

1. False Flag Event

2. Martial Law and gun confiscation

3. World War III

The gun control legislation is setting the stage for a more effective martial law which will follow an undetermined false flag event. These gun control laws are a good barometer on how far along are the globalist plans to subjugate this country. We are entering into very dangerous ground.

In addition to the gun control issue, Americans need to seriously consider the gun control legislation sweeping the country. Americans also need to prayerfully and cautiously consider the recently leaked military manuals which are the organizations plans of the government, who will use foreign troops to imprison American citizens in what patriots refer to as FEMA camps. The document is entitled and can be referenced at FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF). This document, alone, is why Americans must resist these unconstitutional gun control laws.

    Great article. Lest we forget, let us not overlook the very effective gun control policy of that radical jesuit Lenin {no, not John} who effectively confiscated guns in Moscow by having gun owners show up to register their weapons and then shot each and every one. I believe that may ultimately be our gun control policy in the USSA.
    From the time Lenin started his slaughter until the installation of Stalin the madness of communisim mudered millions of Russian who should be remembered also. Just sayin.
    I wish that you were correct that Americans would arise and defend their families. We have a lobotomized society who follow the paradigm of their money masters. Difficult to see this playing out in any positive way for us slaves.
    I believe that your premise is right on target.
    Thanks

    Hello Dave, good job again and I am in agreement with you. Do not register or supply any info which may be used against you. Everything they are trying to do is illegal against the second. Without the 2nd, all of the rest of the constitution will fall. Just saw an article that Russia will not be selling anymore ammo in the US! Hello? Very easy to see what is happening here. Buy ammo now! You hit it on the money when you say False Flag first, then Martial Law and the culling begins. There will be no power, no lights, no economy, no gas, no food! The proof is right in front of everyone’s face! There will be no warning! If you get woke up by the sound of gunfire, screaming of people getting killed, explosions, but don’t worry, go back to sleep all you sheeple, you have got all the time in the world and when you finally wake up and go to the store to get supplies, the shelves will be full. NOT! Our clock is close to midnight. PRAY!

    Dave, the fact that the wolves have been very slowly eating away at us is done purposely to hide what’s really going on from the mass sheeples. they’re too busy with their tv shows and the ones that might be close to us in understanding get drawn away in things like Syria and the Ukraine. I urge all those not truly following the events behind the scenes to wake up, slap your selves in the face, take a cold shower and LOOK dammit!!! Mr Hodges, Mr Quayle and the likes are trying to show you reality, REALITY!!! This isn’t the US you grew up with, this is an evil game and YOU are the targets! Keep up the good work Dave! Sooner or later they’ll cut you off from speaking on here, but run with it as long as you can my brother. God speed to us all…

    If you have done nothing wrong, and Al Qaeda shows up at your doorstep in the middle of the night, I wouldn’t really worry much. However if a group of people show up dressed in all black, wearing ski masks and carrying machine guns show up, you are twenty-nine times more likely to be killed. So, since you are probably going to be killed anyway, you might as well take out as many of these domestic terrorists as possible before you die.

    Dave see what you can do to get this info on the front page of usa today . Watch your language, I was just kidding. Truth bears evidence , and what more documented evidence does Americans need ? not only are they getting proof , but the intent of their treasonous , phony , illegal , b s laws cannot be disputed . Their turning the supply off of Russian ammo , and arms . Better get what you can NOW , and be committed to freedom cause you are not imagining this . It’s real brothers and sisters, so surround yourselves with trusting likeminded Patriots.

    One of the most disturbing and infuriating aspects of what is happening in Amerika today is the way state and local government officials have violated the Constitution, broken their oath of office, and betrayed the people they are sworn to serve and protect…the taxpayers who pay their bloated salaries. With an obviously fascist federal government and a “Republican” Party unwilling to stand against the Obaminable Hussein, our only hope was secession or at least defiance by the states and by county sheriffs.
    To their everlasting credit, a few governors and state legislatures and especially some sheriffs have shown some backbone, particularly regarding Hussein’s Deathcare. But even “red” states like Arizona (where RINO Jan is serving only the perverts), Montana, and Texas have let us down. We expect madness and evil in places like Illinoying and the People’s Republic of California, but the madness has spread.
    Yet the armed citizens of “liberal” Connecticut are standing firm. If they refuse to hand over their property to the fascist pigs now, how likely are they to surrender when they know that they will be railroaded into prison? As Mr. Hodges has implied, massive bloodshed is almost inevitable in that state. Will Texans and Oklahomans do nothing when their brave comrades in Connecticut do what they should have done long ago? I think not.
    As I have said before, the Germans supposedly have a saying that translates roughly as “better an end in horror than a horror without end.” Bring it on.

    Dear Dave,

    As I have noted before, its TIME to pick your side of the equation of what this era of TIME in history will be written from.
    As with all you have noted within your text, is true, it’s also very well documented. Yet ignorant people the world over still demand that Government’s control their life down to the nano.

    Sadly this platform of ignorance is ingrained by way of { “Doctrine”} “INDOCTRINATION” or software implanted by way of the Criminal “Corporation United States Public Education System.”
    This extends to all levels as well as HIGHER education. Its just more “”INDOCTRINATION.””
    Also lets add that special gang known as ( The NEA ) Just for good measure.
    Both of these groups should be removed from any form of control over our “”National Treasure”” that being our Children.

    Thus the very reason WHY we have 99% of all this nations problems, the complete and total “lacking of Knowledge.”
    Our Children have become no more than trained slaves who will work on the plantation of these Corporate Banker Elite’s.

    After all these special Elite’s have all become very wealthy and they don’t want any competition, thus the need to remove any form of the people to protect themselves from the “Bankers / Corporation” – by way of their {puppet politicians} of who the noted, Bankers / Corporation 100% own.

    As to the tactic’s that will be used on you, Again, I say study their methods, the flaws are there to see and learn how to protect yourself from when the obvious happens. NOTE: A lot of the High Tech, equipment that these sob’s will use on YOU, a simple .99 Cent space blanket will void most all the advanced Tech equipment, get some ear plugs for that special moment that they enter. You live in your home thus you know it far better than they do, use that to your advantage.

    Please people, if you think it can’t happen here, you had better really start reviewing the facts as well the truth, this was all planned years ago, your just now seeing it unfold.

    We are all about to be shoved into that corner with our back against the wall. Again as I have said before – You don’t have a POTUS, What you do have a CEO, who takes his orders from his master’s, they want all YOU have left and YOUR not needed any longer, as in your “disposable.”
    By the way – That’s even if you don’t own a gun. Now do you understand why you hear about Debt forgiveness after the alleged reset?

    So, on that note I leave you with the following, learn to protect yourself and your family, do it NOW, you don’t have years to wait on the events that are going to unfold. The stage has been set, the players have their parts to play.

    Again your part is: what side of History will you be on?
    Will you give in to these followers of Darkness, or will you stand in the LIGHT of Jesus and fight the good fight.
    God made you with a self protection switch, will you use it or not?

    Peace and Love be with you.

    Great article Dave. I wish it could be broadcast from every rooftop so the populace would be informed. Unfortunately we face an uphill battle trying to inform a public that is apathetic and/or despondent . Propaganda and educational pollution has taken it’s toll on the awake and aware by subverting information intake by the masses. It is going to take a major incident to shake these people out of their blissful stupor. I have an uneasy feeling that we will drop off of a precipice from “normal” to pandemonium in the blink of an eye. We will undoubtedly be drawn into this situation by our lesser informed more volatile countrymen.Those of us reading this column and others have to face the reality that we are witnessing the run up to Hell on earth that seemingly cannot be stopped or slowed,only prepared for. God Bless all of You Psalm 118:5-6

    5 I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place.

    6 The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

  15. Chicken Little March 7, 2014 at 9:35 am

    At this time we are in a defensive position and deserve what is about to bewilder us. There is no way out except through the fire. Don’t be lulled into false security because this is happening in only CT. The false flag is surely already prepared. Your initial response will be horror and disbelief, but quick action and mobility of your plans, if any, could extend or maybe save the lives of your family. Take charge of your circumstance and soon as the infrastructure (cell, electricity, water,etc) is interrupted, be fluid, remain defensive avoiding contact until a time of your choice. Waiting for the residence stack is unacceptable and it was nice knowing of you, and if there are enough flowers and survivors to go around, may the sweet aromatics of wild flowers camo the stench of inaction an/or inability…sorry!.
    May God Bless and, His victory over evil make witness of you….
    CL out.

    The Globalist are near the center of the chess board as I type! Will they be allowed to advance any further without
    being checked ? The circumstances in Conn. are , as stated, the tip of the iceberg, and I fear that when they, the tyrants in office, fix the goof-up in the bill that didn’t exclude law enforcement , which in and of itself is a 14th amendment violation, you will then have a bloodbath that will jump from state to state triggering martial law, which will ignite into full scale revolution. Again a chess game is being played out, at least be at the center of the board before TSHTF to have any chance…food for thought

  17. Stuart March 7, 2014 at 9:45 am

    I wonder how many of the people reading your essays voted for Ron Paul. It strikes me that people have multiple personalities. We each have one mind that knows the two party system is really one, and then the other mind that has us vote for Kerry or Romney or Obama so as not to “waste” our vote.
    The citizens of CT could initiate recall petitions, but will they, would they succeed? The people of CA could have required GMO labeling, but they didn’t. Austin Texas did not need to vote to continue poisoning the water, but they did. And so on.
    I have talked endlessly to people about the chemtrail spraying and am now regarded by all of my friends as a nut job, even as the skies fill with the evidence.

    In the end, it is sadly clear that not just the battle, but the entire war, is lost. God help us all.

  18. bobby March 7, 2014 at 10:28 am

    For your information, Hitler did not ban gun ownership from the German people. In fact he lowered the age of gun ownership from 21 to 18. He did however ban the Jews from owning guns.

    We can hopefully rely on people like Edward Peruta to make some noise and keep it in the courts to delay their confiscation plans…shine a spotlight on the growing issue. Our founding fathers were smart enough to know that the 2nd amendment was 2nd only to the first amendment and necessary to fight back against a tyrannical corrupt and way too damned large government. when they said shall not infringe on the peoples right to bear arms that is exactly what they meant. Only corrupt and manipulative politicians try to argue they meant only for the military or they were talking about muskets. I am so sick of being treated like a child by these idiots.

    These would be good times for engineers to design a modular gun that does not resemble a gun, perhaps even when assembled. Parts the that can fit under the hood of a car might be useful. While there is still time, the challenge is to quietly find out who are the handy people with this kind of skill and creativity. Maybe it is time to invent beyond the gun, as well.

    60 million dead Russians, courtesy of those who run the West. At the battle for Moscow, the White Russians fought the Bolsheviks to a draw. “The Soviets promised to leave them all alone if they did not intervene. They did not and for that were asked afterwards to come register themselves and their weapons: where they were promptly shot.”

    A little off-topic, but this remarkable article extends upon much of what Dave writes about:
    http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/61534

    And these two give much needed context to matters in Ukraine:
    http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2014/03/06/353489/snipers-for-us-regime-change-in-ukraine/
    http://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2014/03/06/looting-ukraine-begun/

    It sure stretches the imagination that Putin would commit armies to a nascent world war in Ukraine, while simultaneously committing soldiers to confiscating firearms from citizens right here in America. The western banksters want Ukraine, but it’s western politicians who want America disarmed. And Putin secretly intends to satisfy both groups? The very notion appears ridiculous. There is only one thing I’m sure of, and that is that the future isn’t going to transpire the way anybody is predicting. Some crystal balls are filled with mud, some with blood, and some with unicorn poo, but all are cloudy. Brace yourselves.

  26. Linda Williams March 7, 2014 at 2:04 pm

    Also, finding the best places to store guns may simplify the problem, somewhat. Of course, if 330 million Americans were to purchase a gun, there would be no problem with registering –simultaneously. Any wealthy Americans with insight could make this happen, by carrying out gun donations.

    This is where the rubber meets the road.
    If they decide to go door to door in CT. I believe life as we know it will never be the same.
    Of course this is our reality pretty much from any angle you would care to view the national or international scene. At the same time there is an increasing understanding of the illegitimacy of the ponderous weight of fraudulent laws and regulations. People are starting to realize that they are indeed created in the image of God. The next realization is that these illegitimate controllers of mankind are no better than you or me. So where does this so called ‘authority’ come from?
    Satan’s lies.
    As the remaining grains of sand fall from the hour glass we have spot lights shinning everywhere like when they would light up the night sky so they could see the enemy bombers.
    The controllers are working furiously to ready their forces that will bring about human submission to their will.
    The race is thrilling. Got Game ?

    Here are the gun laws that Nazi Germany had on the books for its citizens. It was a revised version of ‘The Law on Firearms and Ammunition of April 12, 1928’. That law was enacted by a left-center government hostile to the National Socialists. The government was headed by Chancellor Wilhelm Marx. Pay attention to #6.6.. Here we go with the ‘German Weapons Law (Waffengesetz) of March 18, 1938’.:

    The Nazi’s:

    1.) Handguns may be purchased only on submission of a Weapons Acquisition Permit (Waffenerwerbschein), which must be used within one year from the date of issue. Muzzle- loading handguns are exempted from the permit requirement. [The 1928 law had required a permit for the purchase of long guns as well, but the National Socialists dropped this requirement.]

    2.) Holders of a permit to carry weapons (Waffenschein) or of a hunting license do not need a Weapons Acquisition Permit in order to acquire a handgun.

    3.) A hunting license authorizes its bearer to carry hunting weapons and handguns.

    4.) Firearms and ammunition, as well as swords and knives, may not be sold to minors under the age of 18 years. [The age limit had been 20 years in the 1928 law.]

    5.) Whoever carries a firearm outside of his dwelling, his place of employment, his place of business, or his fenced property must have on his person a Weapons Permit (Waffenschein). A permit is not required, however, for carrying a firearm for use at a police-approved shooting range.

    6.) A permit to acquire a handgun or to carry firearms may only be issued to persons whose trustworthiness is not in question and who can show a need for a permit. In particular, a permit may not be issued to:

    1. persons under the age of 18 years;
    2. legally incompetent or mentally retarded persons;
    3. Gypsies or vagabonds;
    4. persons under mandatory police supervision [i.e., on parole] or otherwise temporarily without civil rights;
    5. persons convicted of treason or high treason or known to be engaged in activities hostile to the state;
    6. persons who for assault, trespass, a breach of the peace, resistance to authority, a criminal offense or misdemeanor, or a hunting or fishing violation were legally sentenced to a term of imprisonment of more than two weeks, if three years have not passed since the term of imprisonment.

    7.) The manufacture, sale, carrying, possession, and import of the following are prohibited:

    1. “trick” firearms, designed so as to conceal their function (e.g., cane guns and belt-buckle pistols);
    2. any firearm equipped with a silencer and any rifle equipped with a spotlight;
    3. cartridges with .22 caliber, hollow-point bullets.
    That is the essence. Numerous other provisions of the law relate to firearms manufacturers, importers, and dealers; to acquisition and carrying of firearms by police, military, and other official personnel; to the maximum fees which can be charged for permits (3 Reichsmark); to tourists bringing firearms into Germany; and to the fines and other penalties to be levied for violations.
    Now here is the United States ‘Gun Control Act Of 1968’:

    Under the GCA, selling of firearms to certain categories of individuals is prohibited.
    AS QUOTED FROM Section 922 Section D Bowleg 1-9

    (d) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person –
    (1) is under indictment for, or has been convicted in any court of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year

    (2) is a fugitive from justice;

    (3) is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));

    (4) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;

    (5) who, being an alien – (A) is illegally or unlawfully in the United States; or (B) except as provided in subsection (y)(2), has been admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa (as that term is defined in section 101(a)(26) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(26)));

    (6) who (!2) has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;

    (7) who, having been a citizen of the United States, has renounced his citizenship;

    (8) is subject to a court order that restrains such person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner of such person or child of such intimate partner or person, or engaging in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner or child, except that this paragraph shall only apply to a court order that – (A) was issued after a hearing of which such person received actual notice, and at which such person had the opportunity to participate; and (B)(i) includes a finding that such person represents a credible threat to the physical safety of such intimate partner or child; or (ii) by its terms explicitly prohibits the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against such intimate partner or child that would reasonably be expected to cause bodily injury; or (9) has been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

    Exceptions as quoted from DEFINITIONS GCA Sec.921 section B

    (ii) A person shall not be considered to have been convicted of such an offense for purposes of this chapter if the conviction has been expunged or set aside, or is an offense for which the person has been pardoned or has had civil rights restored (if the law of the applicable jurisdiction provides for the loss of civil rights under such an offense) unless the pardon, expungement, or restoration of civil rights expressly provides that the person may not ship, transport, possess, or receive firearms.

    Many states automatically reinstate gun ownership rights upon completion of sentence, some depend on the crime convicted of, and others have a petition process. Those convicted of a federal offense have no remedy for disability.

    According to a 21 Sep 2011 “Open Letter to All Federal Firearms Licensees” from ATF, holders of state-issued medical marijuana cards are automatically “prohibited persons” under 18 U.S.C 922(g)(3) and “shipping, transporting, receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition” by a medical marijuana card holder is a violation.[3]

    Additionally, 18 USC 922(x) generally prohibits persons under 18 years of age from possessing handguns or handgun ammunition with certain exceptions for employment, target practice, education, and a handgun possessed while defending the home of the juvenile or a home in which they are an invited guest

    Keep a close eye on them. When it starts happening plan on NOT being in your house. Buy equipment to stay connected. Plan for staying connected when the power goes out. Our only chance will be fanning the flames on our terms. That means we will start at the bottom of the food chain & work up. When you get angry and smile at the same time you’ll do well. Molon Labe.

    As Walid Shoebat said, “Russia is the King of the North” This is Biblical Prophecy! (Ukraine) Scripture says “7 kings will rule 7 mountains” What does this mean? Kings don’t rule mountains, right? Mountains is an allegorical. It is in fact, 7 kings will rule 7 kingdoms (mountains) We must pray! Get on our knees and pray. Pray for all to repent and convert. God is Love, Merciful, and then Just. He is of infinite wisdom and we of finite. Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust. Jesus says “no one gets to my father but through me”………. Dave, you work tirelessly to save this nation. THANK YOU SIR.
