Most people, who are familiar with Jade Helm, understand that it will take a precipitating event (e.g. false flag) in order for the “drill” to go live. And most would agree that the precipitating event will be tied to an economic collapse of the dollar.

When the collapse comes, order will have to be restored, hence, enter Jade Helm. Once America reaches this point, your money will be gone along with the 401K, Roth IRA and all retirement accounts will be confiscated. Jade Helm, or its successor will be needed.

The Most Requested Subject In the History of The Common Sense Show

Since I wrote the June 12th articleSurviving the Jade Helm Era Depends On Taking Your Money Out of the Bank”, I have been inundated with requests for more information on how to get your money out of the bank. If you think your money is safe while sitting in the bank, you desperately need to read the aforementioned article. Please note, that I am not a financial planner, I am simply informing the public of what I have learned on the topic of  federal bank withdrawals and the legalities connected with withdrawing your money from the bank. The following represents what I have either done, or will do, in the coming days.

There is no doubt that anyone who leaves all of their money in the bank needs their head examined. However, if you walk up to your “friendly” teller  and ask to withdraw all, or most, of your money, you will either be shown the door and/or arrested for violating federal banking laws. Yes, it is now a crime to take your own money out of your own bank account, just ask former Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert who has been indicted for taking HIS money out of HIS bank account.

Even Congressmen Aren’t Safe From the Banksters

Federal prosecutors have charged a former Republican House speaker, Dennis Hastert, with illegally structuring cash withdrawals from bank accounts which were designed to conceal payments to someone he committed “prior misconduct” against and Hastert is also accused of lying to the FBI about the event. The indictment did not specify who Hastert was paying off for his prior misconduct, but anonymous sources allege that Hastert had sexual contact with a minor when he was a high school wrestling coach and the former student was extorting the former Congressman. A total of $3.5 million was involved according to the prosecutors. The important point to consider here is that this former Congressmen is not headed to prison for sex with a minor, or facilitating a bribe, he is headed to prison for TAKING HIS OWN MONEY OUT OF HIS BANK ACCOUNT!

Just how can one steal their own money, according to the Federal Government? That is what Deborah T. thought when she wrote the following to me on June 13th.

Dear Dave,

Please suggest what I should do.  I cashed out my $10,000 IRA, paid the taxes  and  got the $10,000 in CASH….worried about not being able to get my money out of the bank.  Now from what I have been hearing I am afraid I could be arrested for getting my own money out… Please make a suggestion.  Should I redeposit the $10,000? Forever grateful if you will answer.

Deborah T.

Deborah should be concerned with going to prison. There is no question that you need to take the majority of your money out of the bank, but what are the pitfalls in doing so? What should every American know prior to attempting to liberate the fruits of their own labor from the bankster controlled central bank?

Times Have Changed

Taking what was your money out of the bank is no longer a matter of walking up to your friendly teller with a withdrawal slip and the teller cheerfully honors your request and you calmly exit the bank with your money in tow. In fact, your teller is trained to look for certain indicators in any cash withdrawal of any significance.

As you move to withdraw the bulk of your money, there are three federal banking laws that you should be cognizant of, namely, Cash Transaction Report (CTR), a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) and structuring. Before proceeding with the planed withdrawal of your money, I would strongly suggest that you read the following federal guidelines as it relates to CTR’s as produced by the The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). All the federal regulations contained in this article are elucidated in this series of federal reports.

Before withdrawing your money, please be aware of these three regulations related to getting your money out of the bank.

Federal law requires that the bank file a report based upon any withdrawal or deposit of $10,000 or more on any single given day.The law was designed to put a damper on money laundering, sophisticated counterfeiting and other federal crimes.

To remain in compliance with the law, financial institutions must obtain personal identification, information about the transaction and the social security number of the person conducting the transaction.

Technically, there is no federal law prohibiting the use of large amounts of cash. However, a CTR must be filed in ALL cases of cash transaction regardless of the reason underlying the transaction. This means your cash transaction will be on the radar.

Structuring and SAR

There will undoubtedly be some geniuses whose math ability will tell them that all they have to do is to withdraw $9,999.99 and the bank and its protector, the federal government will be none the wiser. It is not quite that simple. Here are a few examples of structuring violations that one should be aware of:

1. Barry S. has obtained $15,000 in cash he obtained from selling his truck. He knows that if he deposits $15,000 in cash, his financial institution will be required to file a CTR. Instead he deposits $7,500 in cash in the morning with one financial institution employee and comes back to the financial institution later in the day to another employee to deposit the remaining $7,500, hoping to evade the CTR reporting requirement. Barry should have used multiple accounts to conduct this transaction.
2. Hillary C. needs $16,000 in cash to pay for supplies for her arts and crafts business. Hillary cashes an $8,000 personal check at a financial institution on a Monday. She subsequently cashes another $8,000 personal check at the bank the following day. Hillary is careful to have cashed the two checks on different days and structured the transactions in an attempt to evade the CTR reporting requirement. Hillary should have made irregular deposits on staggered days covering a significant period of time. Or better, yet she should convert her soon worthless cash to precious metals.
3. A married couple, Bill and Hillary, sell a vehicle for $12,000 in cash. To evade the CTR reporting requirement, Bill and Hillary structure their transactions using different accounts. Bill deposits $8,000 of that money into his and Hillary’s joint account in the morning. Later that day, Hillary deposits $1,500 into the joint account, then $2,500 into her sister’s account, which is later transferred to Bill and Hillary’s joint account at the same bank. Again, Bill and Hillary should have used multiple banks.
The aggregate total of the three transactions totals more than the $10,000 threshold, therefore, a SAR would be filed by the bank and you would be the subject of a federal investigation as all three of the above cases clearly violate the federal banking laws related to structuring. It is a federal crime to break up transactions into smaller amounts for the purpose of evading the CTR reporting requirement. In these instances, the bank is required to file a SAR which serves to notify the federal government of an individual’s attempt to structure deposits or withdrawals by circumventing the $10,000 reporting requirement.

Structuring transactions to prevent a CTR from being reported can result in imprisonment for not more than five years and/or a fine of up to $250,000. If structuring involves more than $100,000 in a twelve month period or is performed while violating another law of the federal government, the penalty is doubled. This is what former Speaker of the House, Dennnis Hastert is facing.

Much like the enforcement of our tax laws, the federal government’s enforcement of its banking laws as it relates to CTR’s, SAR’s and subsequent structuring is quite draconian. Civilian asset forfeiture laws come into play. The government can seize your bank accounts while it determines if a crime has been committed. The government can literally seize your assets in perpetuity without an order of the court. Of course, you could try and sue but you will be up against the deep pockets of the federal government and the case could take years. By the time your case is decided, the financial banking crisis that you are so desperately trying to avoid by withdrawing your money, could be over.  So, proceed with caution.

If you ever become the target of a federal investigation, do not, under any circumstances, allow yourself to be interviewed by federal officials without an attorney present and make sure you have the interview videotaped.

In many cases, people go to jail and pay huge fines, not because they have committed a federal crime, but because federal officials state that they have lied or misled them. And if you do not have an attorney present, it is your word versus the federal government. This is how the federal government sent Martha Stewart to prison and Hastert is facing similar charges.

What to Do

The best way to avoid getting your money caught in the bank in the midst of a bank run would be to not let the lion’s share of your money ever cross the bank. Do not allow your employer to direct deposit your check to the bank. Keep some cash at home by taking out a large portion of the money you receive from your employer. Don’t put cash in a safety box because the courts have also ruled that the banks own your safety boxes.

Use electronic transfers to buy into a mutual funds and also use checks to buy silver coins.

Open multiple banking accounts ranging from the big five megabanks to your local credit unions. You could withdraw much smaller amounts until the sum total of your accounts is greatly diminished and is in your possession. Even though the banks “talk” to each other, if the withdrawals are irregular, it is hard to track and substantiate a pattern in court. To open the accounts, simply write a personal check from your home bank. Of course, in these cases, the bank could hold the check for 15-30 days.

Use checks and cash to pay all of your debts. Your want to lower your debt load while unloading your soon to be worthless cash.

Prepay your taxes and some other obligations with checks. Make sure you only pay safe entities. Your local government is not going to disappear, even in a depression. Therefore, you can prepay property taxes. Should you lose the ability to pay your property tax, the government will seize your property for nonpayment.

There will be a post-collapse America, therefore, purchase gold and silver. Gold and silver will be accepted mediums of exchange. Write checks to purchase gold and silver. However, collect the actual silver and gold because if you cannot touch it, you do not own it!

Find a safer bank than the mega banks. Use credit unions as they are one level removed from the Federal Reserve.  .

Please add to the list with your comments.

I predict the Federal Reserve will steal your money by faking a cyber attack In fact, last year, FEMA and DHS actually practiced for this event on October 23rd and 24th of 2013. As I wrote on June 12, the Federal Reserve, the FDIC and the Bank of London practiced for widespread banking failure on November 10, 2014. On November 16, 2014, the G20 nations declared your bank deposits to not be money. On August 8, 2012, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the banks own your money when you deposit your paycheck into the bank.

You may not be able to save everything, but rest assured, you can still save something to live on. The time to have acted was yesterday.

I can anticipate what some of you are now thinking, because I have thought the same thing!  If all of us attempt to take even just a portion out of the bank, the Federal Reserve and their servant, the federal government, will move to stop all cash withdrawals. Won’t that kind of move serve to expose the criminality of the Federal Reserve and the federal government for all to see? Awareness is the first step to action and we have the ability to force several issues out on the open at this time.

A safe place to purchase your gold and silver.

A safe place to purchase your gold and silver.

What good is taking your money out of the bank if the dollar will be collapsed/worthless? Collapsing the dollar will probably be the reason (false flag) for martial law which has been the goal all along.

How does one not allow their employer to direct deposit pay when most companies I know of mandate it?

You are all much richer than me. I shouldn’t have any problem getting about $3-$4k out across a couple of days, huh?

  5. cletus June 16, 2015 at 8:45 am

One thing to remember with gold and silver purchases…

Before we left the US around 4 years ago, we had been buying gold and silver. The only way we bought it was through a new/used jewelry dealer for cash. This transaction was untraceable. But she only had a limited supply. While we did find other sources, we were hard pressed to find one that didn’t want to take down our identifying information. I’m sure it’s worse now.

So I ask you this. Why would gold and silver coin dealers want to track your purchases? They don’t! The government must be forcing them to do this. What do you think this means? Govco wants gun registration so they know which houses to visit to collect them. Similarly, if you buy gold or silver coins with a check or credit card, there’s a paper trail. I’ve been a software consultant for 26 years. I can tell you it would take me seconds to retrieve a list from a database like this of who is likely to have gold and silver, sorted from greatest to smallest amount, and cross referenced with gun registration records.

I agree completely with the idea that if you don’t hold it in your hand, you don’t own it. But I would add that if the government (or anyone else) knows you hold it in your hand, you don’t own it. Same for the year supply of food bought with a credit card that you have stashed in your basement.

For those of you still in the US, a freight train is coming right at you while you’re standing on the tracks. Learning about trains and then putting on a suit of armor isn’t going to save you. You have to get off the tracks.

When it comes to withdrawing my money and possibly facing jail time, I’ll put my faith in Marbury vs. Madison and failing that,,,my Smith & Wesson.

I don’t believe it matters if you follow the rules anymore.

They will target you for arrest if they want to, based on crimes they will stage and set up around you if they want to, like what was done to Judi Bari of Earth First.

They can even assassinate you like they did Michael Hastings, and Phillip Marshall, if they want to and get away with it because their covert operations members operate above the law and commit all the crimes against citizens that they want and walk away free from them, while you are the one that gets targeted for crimes for turning in their criminal operations and activities around you. I’ve lost over $30K in property and Local Law Enforcement won’t touch the criminals who operate through Homeland Security Agencies and continue their criminal operations.

They can even burglarize your safe deposit box like they have mine and walk free for it.

I had to hire a Private Investigator to get information on the people involved in conspiracy and crimes against me (and no doubt other citizens) who were involved in numerous crimes including the Torture of My Cat “Jack” while I was out of the house.

The Department of Homeland Security Agencies are just the Protection Arm of the Criminal Operations Groups that are running Government Organized Crime.

These are Horrendous Criminals that are involved in these Government Crimes that Think NOTHING of TORTURING an ANIMAL (or their Associated Human)– and you can’t find an attorney to help you or even a Civil or Constitutional Rights organization that should be dying to get a case like mine to blow these criminal operations targeting citizens wide open.

I had to hire a private investigator to find out who some of the people involved were. http://www.scribd.com/doc/268857503/PI-Investigation

We are truly living in Nazi Germany all over again now.

So if you are only receiving Social security checks monthly, via direct deposit, am I correct in assuming these will stop arriving monthly? I understand taking any monthly residual money out of the bank for cash in the home purposes, but my question is are saying these SSI checks will end due to cyber warfare issues or some other manufactured reason? If there is no electronic transfering allowed, the how is one going to presented with missed payments on your mortgage, monthly utility bill, phone bill, etc. Is all just going to be forgiven. I just don’t see that happening. Your thoughts and suggestions are appreciated on these questions.

I’m not sure where you get your information, or where you get off saying we’ll be arrested for depositing and withdrawing large amounts of money but let me clue you in to reality.
No. You will not be arrested for depositing and withdrawing large amounts of money, Dave. Care to know how I know this? Just recently, I received a check for 12,500 dollars from a family member. I deposited that check, waited five days, walked into my bank and withdrew 6,500 dollars. The very next day, I walked into the same branch and withdrew 6,000.00 dollars from the same friggin teller I dealt with the previous day. Guess what happened? The sun set and I went to bed. No Feds, no bankers, no cops, no regulators, nobody said a damn word to me about it since. Care to know why? Because what I did was perfectly legal. FFS……….

  15. Ed Vallejo June 16, 2015 at 3:39 pm

I remember a Playboy cartoon long before I was old enough to ‘see’ one, and it had people sitting around a Lawyer listening to a Will. The Lawyer was reading “…and so being of sound mind and body I spent every damn penny I had before I died.”
Look, my friends. I don’t have the luxury of having such a problem as to how I retrieve a large sum I supposedly own from a banking institution without breaking any laws. One of my sayings is “What sane man allows another man to hold his Wealth!?!” If I did, another one of my sayings would come into play “When the music stops, the one with the most FRN’s (Federal Reserve Notes) LOSES.” I advise everyone to get as many of them out of your hands and exchange them for ANYTHING of value. The more digits you have stacked up, the larger the purchases you can make and THEY DAMN SURE DON’T JAIL YOU FOR BUYING SHIT! If you have enough, ask yourself “if my house burned down, where would I go?” and BUY a place if you don’t have one. Oh, you have a stocked home and a fallback position, is it stocked? Can you get everyone there in a bad situation? Are you prepared to treat for trauma; from bad cuts that need stitches to accidental gunshot wounds, can you take care of loved ones or yourself without leaning on ‘Society’?
One last thought. There was a time called ‘The Great Depression’ (for those unfamiliar) where people would go on the streets and sell apples or pencils. Think about what you would want to sell in a similar situation and stock and insanely ridiculous amount of it…

    It kept them alive.

  16. Philip June 16, 2015 at 4:49 pm

and the Pentagon cannot account for more than $8.6 trillion while dual-nationality officials make off with more trillions and those of us not fortunate enough to have become members of the elite civil service are now faced with trillions in shortfalls due to financial chicanery (trickery) of officials who’ve failed to make their own contributions to pension funds. But lo and behold, you go into your bank for your money and face an insane police state with its sense of entitlement into every facet of your life. Anyway, last I read was that 40% of the American people could not come up with $500 in disposable cash if their life depended upon it, so these articles mean nothing to them other than an additional antagonism, as if they/we needed it. We’re broke, bro. And the last sound many of us may hear in this world could be Hillary Clinton cackling bug-eyed as she takes the oath of office for President of the United States.

  17. buch June 16, 2015 at 5:19 pm

Cletus, there is a dollar amount threshold for precious metals (gold/silver, etc) purchases as far as the dealer having to report the transaction + your info to the IRS. I believe it’s $600/transaction. It was one of those things that got passed into law along with the whole Obamacare deal (don’t act so surprised)!
Starting Jan. 1, 2012, Form 1099s will become a means of reporting to the Internal Revenue Service the purchases of all goods and services by small businesses and self-employed people that exceed $600 during a calendar year. Precious metals such as coins and bullion fall into this category and coin dealers have been among those most rankled by the change.

This provision, intended to mine what the IRS deems a vast reservoir of uncollected income tax, was included in the health care legislation ostensibly as a way to pay for it. The tax code tweak is expected to raise $17 billion over the next 10 years, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation.
Of course I did my research before I started buying physical precious metals recently and I found out about this.

I am not going to comment on the amount I spent or how many transactions for physical precious metals I made (for security reasons) but I can tell you that if you make a transaction under $600 you can do it in cash at a dealer and they won’t ask you for any identifying info. I have PROVEN THIS personally within the last 8 weeks.

If a dealer gives anyone a hard time about it, I would say go on to the next dealer. I’m not saying that every dealer will have the same rules, and some may have their own requirements when it comes to this matter. I am telling you what government law states though.

  18. 50shadesofgreystate June 16, 2015 at 5:21 pm

Dave I have said this before and it bears repeating. Many banks have updated their customer databases and one of the big red flags these analysts look for are spending habits. For example if you previously used bank debit cards for purchases but now for reasons of maintaining at least a little degree of privacy and an innate fear of your information being hacked you conduct purchases mostly in cash. If a large percentage of your banking activity means going to the ATM and withdrawing cash for groceries and even showing up in person to pay the electric or cell phone bill in cash that is seriously frowned upon. So much so I know two individuals who had their accounts with different banks and their accounts were subsequently frozen when they showed up at their bank to question their tactics only to have sheriff deputies remove them for questioning.

  19. Marti June 16, 2015 at 5:23 pm

If you receive a government check (active duty or retired military) or VA, you cannot turn off direct deposit. I normally use my credit card and pay my utilities/phone/trash collection for a 12 month period and then pay the card balance at the end of the month that I used it. Do you see any problems with this method? I also withdraw a certain amount (that is direct deposited) each month to build up my cash reserve.

  20. Arizona June 16, 2015 at 5:27 pm

LIKE THE LORD SAID,your government is ROTTEN to the core, inside and out,top to bottom,YET your still protecting the ones who protect the thieves?,and the days coming when you guys will be wishing YOU HAD TOLD everyone the police gangs will always go with their paycheck first, and murder everyone in your house if the order is given to do that,TREASON is their first name, and THAT OATH they took,it NEVER MENT ANYTHING TO THEM at all,its just something they laugh about “RIGHT NOW” ,they won’t be laughing when our FATHER is done with them, the federal government would NEVER,had the balls to pull any of this crap,IF they didn’t have the cannon fadder to use as a buffer, between them and a piece of 3/4 inch rope………

  21. Honeybee June 16, 2015 at 6:05 pm

Direct deposit saves employers money it costs to write and mail a paper check. There’s no way to get paid any other way.

If you have precious metals make sure you also have plenty of lead. You might survive purchases with silver but gold will certainly get you killed.

Change your lifestyle. Get rid of your mortgage and go RVing. Learn to live at poverty level. Your vote won’t make a difference but paying less taxes means not continuing to contribute to the corruption that is the federal government.

  22. dimeback June 16, 2015 at 6:05 pm

“There will be a post-collapse America.” Respectfully sir, there will only be a post-hole where America once stood. You do great work and it is appreciated, but for some reason even a person of your experience and intellect seems convinced that we will survive and rebuild. We won’t! When it’s over, it’s over, and it’s over forever. Especially for a bible believing servant of Jesus Christ. Putting things into perspective, there is probably not one soldier, sailor, marine, or bomber pilot that did not regret all of his/her life what they did to Germany and Japan. However, those two defeated nations were rebuilt and welcomed back into the global community by the very people who bombed and shelled them into oblivion. Not so with us sir, the world and I mean virtually every living breathing occupant in it, is screaming for our blood and they will not be satisfied until the last drop is spilled and we are no more. And they will never regret their actions. That is just the situation we have inherited. I am ready to fight, but God as my witness I see no path to victory. At least no at this level of existence!

  23. Useless Eater June 16, 2015 at 6:29 pm

Remember me? I’m the one who said that credit unions will fall before most of the big banks. Well…
I have given similar advice to that given in the article in the past. Here is another tip:
Christmas time is a chance to get a bit more out in two or three larger transactions (still, all should be under $650 or so) in the 40-50 days leading up to Christmas Day. Even in addition to your normal withdrawals of $45 here and $300 there you will still fall under the radar with the other consumers. The only thing they like more than debtors are consumers.
Oh and by the way, my credit union has announced negative interest rates in the form of fees and penalties. Your credit union will too. Trust me. I never lie. This was a recent development, about a year after my claims here. They (CUs included) are all operating with express written permission of the Federal Reserve, too. They will comply or go out of business.
    “It’s just business, you understand.”

  24. Teach June 16, 2015 at 6:51 pm

I tried to stop my direct deposit. About 3 or 4 years ago my school system did away with paper checks and required direct deposit. When I attempted to stop mine I was told that I could only be paid once with a paper check but by the next pay date I must provide account information or not get paid. They actually harnessed me until I provided account information- I can’t afford to work for free!

  25. Eckbach June 16, 2015 at 7:03 pm

In a “post-collapse America” it is not out of the question that the “powers-that-be” (the principality of the International Hexagram) will make gold and silver illegal as a medium of exchange. In that case, it will be the first time gold and silver have ever “rusted.”
Maybe that’s what this verse means…

  26. 4wheelguy June 16, 2015 at 7:23 pm

The unravelling of the reality we have all known is happening from
countless directions and at blinding speed. Earth’s life support systems
are crumbling, the human assault against the planet has taken an
immense toll with climate engineering being at the top of the list. Many
are still living in a delusion of denial, their delusions will soon be
shattered. The power structure is moving their still obedient military
chess pieces into position to possibly be used against their own
citizens. When reality can no longer be hidden from the masses, chaos
will unfold. The article below is from a news site that has hundreds of
thousands of followers, they have just woken up to the climate
    engineering nightmare.

Jade Helm Update: It’s About Mass Extinction Event Coming 2015

Source: GunsAmerica, article by Paul Helinski

Weekly Call in Show Tuesdays 10PM EDT/7PM PDT

My dear friends, we have been played, and we are actually being set up.
Never in a million years would I have guessed that I would be writing
you about this topic, but I have discovered something that I feel like
must share with the many thousands of you who are longtime readers.

This is a presentation from Dane Wigington at
GeoEngineeringWatch.org. Get yourself a cup of coffee and sit through it
right to the end. if you think he is full of shit, fine, but I suspect
that you will not. We are on the precipice of a complete breakdown of
society as people wake up to the fact that the world is in fact ending.

I finally figured it out, after years of digging. It all connects, all
of the craziness that is our current world, and you aren’t going to
believe how. It isn’t little green men from Mars, or Illuminati, or
devil worshipers, or reptilian time travelers. One thing and one thing
only brings together the nonsensical gun confiscation nuts, the police
state, reckless money printing, unpayable debt, spying, and even all the
fake government stories. The one thing is not what I ever thought it
could be. I won’t keep it a secret. Most likely we are for real talking
about is the end of all life on this planet. The efforts to stop the
process, which could very well be an inevitability, aren’t working. The
methods they are using are right in the skies above your head, and they
are still top secret. Most likely they are making the end come sooner,
and there doesn’t seem to be anything we can do except wake up to what
is going on, and wake our friends and family up, at the risk of looking
like a fool. One thing I think I can assure you though, is that the end
is coming, and I don’t think it is that far away.

This is a video of US Military training in Arizona on April 17,
2105. At 2:39 you’ll see the volunteers for the drill begging for water,
then being taken down and restrained by our brothers in arms who are
ignorant to just how imminent this is for real. Please share this with
them. We need the military to understand that they are being used by a
cabal of crazy people who will throw them under the bus when the time

This is why the military is deploying Jade Helm this summer, because it
may no longer be possible to cover it all up. Jade Helm is an insurance
policy. If we make it to fall, JH will just be a training exercise. If
not, Jade Helm will have troops in place to put down what is going to be
pandemonium and revolution. For us, even if we don’t live in the inner
cities where the riots are bound to begin, the worst part is that we
have been set up to be the opposition. The US Military will shoot at us,
because we will be seen as fools refusing to accept the sacrifices
required to save our planet. As the video to the right explains, we are
all a part of a grand and lethal experiment, and if those of us with the
guns don’t wake up to it now, we are setting ourselves up for
    imprisonment and slaughter.

As my soul brother Indigo Montoya once said, “let me ‘esplain. No time for that. Let me sum up.” (um, in 7,000 words or less)

If I were to pick one “right wing” issue besides the limiting of
individual firearm ownership that I can 100% say that I know is
bullshit, it would be “global warming,” “climate change,” or whatever
new term is in style this week that doesn’t piss people off when they
hear it. Global warming is absolute bullshit that only tree hugging
liberal moonbats believe. The evidence has shown this, has it not? We
have those incriminating emails from the scientists right? There has
been record cold the past two winters in the Eastern United States
right? How can you have record cold when the planet is warming?

  27. […] (Dave Hodges)  Most people, who are familiar with Jade Helm, understand that it will take a precipitating event (e.g. false flag) in order for the “drill” to go live. And most would agree that the precipitating event will be tied to an economic collapse of the dollar. […]

The gumment receives in excess of 15 million CTRs a year. Ask yourself this one question ” Why am I trying to avoid a CTR?” If the answer is “to avoid taxes” or some iteration of that then you will end up in jail.

If it is ” I don’t want the gumment to know I took my money out” then you are putting yourself at greater risk by playing “structuring roulette”. If you have $30k you want to hold at an alternative location then withdraw it, complete CTR and be on your merry way. The cash is in the wind at that point.

One CTR in an ocean of them is better than multiple because in reality the threshold is actually $2000 if teller thinks you are suspicious.

Playing Structuring roulette is a fools game. Don’t do it or buy a tin cup to beat against your future front door.

30 years as a dreaded banker gives me some creds on this topic.

Ps. Dave is right on the precipitory crisis that will make money inaccessible so prepare for it!!!!

Some things just aren’t said as well from a keyboard to people whom ou have never met as, of course, the National Sodomy Agency monitors every keystroke here.

That being established, none of you has the insight into this government’s capabilities and inclinations as those who HAVE made their stand and were arrested.

Welcome to that world here. The church will utterly abandon you, and worse. The Hollywood television and film industry will be kept utterly appraised of every detail and will thread it all, in their own way, into their productions (this government-entertainment industry collusion goes further than this to include musical groups and foreign/indie films). Who did you think you were messing with?

You are messing with people who can disappear trillions of dollars while sending successive generations off to wars based upon lies and duplicities (like sending $30 billion – the equivalent today to more than $1 trillion – from Depression-era America to the Nazi regime for Germany’s re-armament, then selling all our scrap iron to the Japanese who were already butchering China and gearing up with strategic naval tech assistance from British officials).

Back to being arrested — the judge will ask at your first arraignment “Do you understand your rights?”, this after they have illegally broken into your house, after your TV regularly goes-a-clicking at 3 A.M. when you walk out into your living room a couple years before it became generally known that this was one of the first home devices to rudely and illegally monitor targeted individuals. There’s more to say here.

If you’re diligent to check out your limited options, these will be to gauge local sentiment through floating your experiences and concerns at the local newspaper web forum, where you will find that the local Good Old Boys have their ruthless shills amidst a population of brown-noser old veterans and people who feel that their little neck of the woods is separate from the real world. You do not want thee people on your jury.

So you go online to avoid the incestuous local “justice” system, where the police battalion commander who broke into your home is represented at the city prosecutor’s office through one of his sons, and his other son is one of the primary defense attorneys in town! You go online and access lawyer assistance for a modest fee, and learn about getting your trial postponed and giving impressions greater than your actual knowledge and capabilities.

But in the end, while you may whittle the plea bargain down to a miniscule fine and (unsupervised) probation arrangement, they are certainly not done with you (they have their own supervised probation arrangements, extra-judicial style). Now we should have a very long conversation about the government’s extra- judicial assets, whom you may already know, but whom you could meet anywhere they wish. They will lie, cheat, extort, whatever they can get away with. Murder. I have posted some relevant mugshots and online pictures here in the past.

The local government website will forever have your case details available for anyone in the world to see without charge, while there will never be a record of their crimes against you.

There is nothing this government would not do, reminding us of what the Cheshire Cat told Alice Liddell – they will do anything if they think they can get away with it. Professor Dodson (that was Lewis Carroll’s real name, as he oared his Department Chair’s two young daughters whom he babysat, up the Thames while at Oxford and made up these erstwhile commentaries about British society at the time) informs us that some things never change, in principle.

There it is, folks. They’re psychopaths. You know to avoid and maybe fear the ones locked up in loony bins. The ones you should really avoid and prepare against are the ones who can carry a conversation, dress well (or not, depending upon their context), and blow trillions and generations while turning around in moral outrage against your peccadillos or even significant issues. (How dare you have significant issues in the context?)

  31. CHECKINGIN June 17, 2015 at 9:11 am

I work in the Finance industry and have for many years. Here’s how it works. The bank uses the guise of Anti-Money Laundering efforts to track the deposit and withdrawal activites of it’s customers. Many times if you make a large deposit or withdrawal of cash, or structure your transactions to appear to be circumventing the reporting thresholds, the bank will deem you suspicious, alert it’s investigative department whom will most likely file a Suspicious Activity Report with the Federal Agency FINcen. This agency recieves 10000’s of reports daily on all money movements. Many of these alerts are generated from tellers whom doucment the activity and send it up the chain. If you’re slick and can avoid the Tellers from telling on you (what a fitting name) then rest assure the bank has computer software that alerts the investigations team of your activity if it falls within their parameters. So, if you are condcuting transactions and appear to be under the radar, rest assure they know about it and are montioring you at some level and sharing this information with big brother. Best of luck to all of us!

If the dollar collapses, or current paper money stops, then what good will any of our money be no matter where it is, (at home or in banks)?
Currency will have to be restructured into whatever it will be after a crash.
I am not following the idea of taking money out or transferring or whatever. If we go into martial law, and get corralled, detained, rounded up, and so forth….. where does any money come into play? I am honestly asking….

Would you comment on paying in advance as much as we can on bills.? Would this be a red flag to anyone? Thank you. Also what country is a good place to move to for 2 senior citizens?

Forget money I say. Love thy neighbour as thyself. If every one worked for the love of it and watched out for the welfare of those around them as did the indigenous cultures going back 300 years or so then life would be freer and less stressful.

  36. American mom June 18, 2015 at 2:31 am

Philip – you must leave their UCC/maritime/Admiralty law and go into Common Law. The evil ones stole our Common Law (and hence rights) in 1938 with Erie Railroad vs Tompkins. It wasn’t an article III judge, it was a UCC corporate equity administrator. When the black robe criminal asks if you understand, you grant jurisdiction unknowingly. By hiring a lawyer you admit you are a ward of the court and unable to handle your affairs.

Each time the clerk is accessing your cestui que vie trust $$$$, as they use an idem sonans.

Study Common Law to get out of their grips. Been there done that.

Question: You mentioned that it would be beneficial to pay ahead on taxes. If we were not able to, does that mean our house will be taken away? How about any credit card bills, or any bills? Will not the economy be in chaotic condition? Thank you so much for your dedication to be a truthseeker!

Peacefulmountain: Continuity of Government rests upon one attribute and one attribute only: The ability to collect taxes. If taxes cannot be paid for any reason whatsoever then the property upon which the taxes are owed will be seized. Again, all other facets and functions of Government at any level et al depends upon the ability to collect taxes under any and all circumstances, no matter how dire or long lasting. Simply put: NO TAXES, NO GOVERNMENT. Thanks and God bless.

Hello, Dave. Most, but not all, my former comments pertained to experiences in another Arizona town rather than where I live now. That would be obvious to readers who have been monitoring my postings for the past few months. There is a fuller story here which even I, with a newspaper background and strong credits behind my writing, cannot communicate properly in these brief postings – a reference to nuances and lengthy background which are generally excluded.
