Breaking News! Abandoned Chlorine Carrying Railroad Cars Are Suddenly Showing Up Across the Country

Pratt is a city in and the county seat of Pratt County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 6,835. Pratt KS. and Pratt County may be small in terms of geography and population, but the area has just taken center stage with regard to chemical and biological terrorism and the intended use of the same against the American people.

The Case of the Mysterious Abandoned Chlorine Railroad Cars

Last night, I received a call from a trusted confidant and frequent source of information, Paul Martin from Revolutionradio.org. He referenced a story that local law enforcement at both the county and city levels in Pratt, KS and Pratt County, KS., are involved in a potential terrorist event in the Pratt area.

The story involves the “discovery” of several Chinese manufactured railroad cars which are designed to transport deadly chlorine gas. The cars are abandoned along a defunct set of railroad tracks. The line is no longer in use, yet, about a year ago, these chlorine railroad cars suspiciously began to appear on this inactive railroad. The cars, in the words of Ed and Lisa Petrowsky are obscured by their placement behind trees so as to not be very visible from nearby Highway 54.

Late last evening I spoke with Ed and Lisa Petrowsky. Ed is a local farmer and his wife, Lisa, works in the local Co-op. They live on a farm near Pratt, KS in Pratt County. I could clearly hear the anxiety in their voices as they related a local story that has local law enforcement and the local citizenry in a tizzy.

Ed and Lisa had difficulty in telling me about the events in their community. As Ed was speaking, we were disconnected as I heard the words “Your call cannot be completed” while I was on the phone with Ed. I called back and I heard “All circuits are busy”. Yet, another call produced the recording that your party is no longer available and a picture of an unfamiliar person flashed across my cell phone. After being disconnected, I made no less than 5 calls to Ed and Lisa and there is not a record of even one call on my caller ID. Ed told me that he tried to call me back and the call repeatedly went to voice mail. Those of you who understand communications can clearly recognize the pattern communications interruption. Ed, Lisa and I clearly triggered key word alerts and our call was interfered with. Paul Martin was able to call the Petrowsky’s after I called him and told him what happened.

Before we were cut off, this is what I learned from Ed and Lisa. Ed has had conversations with leadership of local law enforcement with both the police department and Sheriff’s Department. Ed was told that these mysterious rail cars just showed up out of thin air. A short time ago, these cars moved approximately one mile and blocked Highway 54. Law enforcement had to shut down the highway for the better part of the day. Both law enforcement agencies have asked the locals to remain vigilant. DHS and the FBI have asked local law enforcement to do the same.

The obvious implication is that law enforcement feels that they are dealing with a potential terror event. The train cars should not have been able to move because the abandoned tracks are in such a state of disrepair that nothing could barely move on the tracks. Further, if the trains were to start moving, the air brakes would immediately kick in and stop the train cars. Nobody in law enforcement knows how the train cars made it onto a defunct railroad line. And certainly, nobody knows how these cars moved into position to block a local highway.

Ed and Lisa told me that the local Sheriff said the case was taken over by “higher ups”. I have since learned that the higher ups are DHS and the FBI. More disturbingly, Lisa told me that Co-op personnel told her that there numerous abandoned cars like this around the country that have just suddenly showed up  in the past several months. Please read on because a later section will curl your collective toes.

Harvard Kennedy School of Government Toxic Study

According to a study by the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, entitled, Rail Transportation of Toxic Inhalation Hazards, toxic inhalation hazard (TIH) chemicals such as chlorine gas and anhydrous ammonia are among the most dangerous of hazardous materials. The study went on to state that “Rail transportation of TIH creates risk that is not adequately reflected in the costs, creating a TIH safety and security externality”.

After describing the nature of TIH risk the study concluded that the public’s interest is not being adequately protected. What the study did not account for are the dozens if not hundreds of Chinese manufactured TIH railroad cars, capable of wiping out the majority of the population of a small and medium sized city through the dispersal, intended or unintended, of toxic chemicals such as chlorine. Subsequently, this extensive study concluded that adequate policy recommendations and policy options as well as assessing some of the most promising means to reduce the risks of transportation of toxic inhalation hazards are not in place.

The study noted that there are virtually no emergency response protocols in place that could adequately prevent or even mitigate a TIH event, thus, posing a significant risk to the public as a whole.

Asphyxiating gas was first used on April 22nd, 1915, in a German attack on Algerian and Zouave troops. Death by inhalation is not always kind or swift. The effects are agonizing and as a result, death by inhalation of chlorine is an ideal weapon of terror.

The Chinese and Chlorine Gas

In 2014, the United States government and its Western allies said it was Assad’s forces who unleashed chlorine gas on a civilian population, in the world’s worst chemical attack in a quarter-century. Internationally, the Chinese were accused of supplying the gas.

Expert Says ISIS is Likely to Initiate A Chlorine Attack on the UK and US

Just about 20 years ago, the Japanese terrorist organization known as Aum Shinrikyo, carried out a sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway, killing more than 13 people.

“So, yes, ISIS could replicate the Tokyo gas attacks in the UK and US relatively easily … ” said Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, who was a former commanding officer at the Joint Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Regiment. Hamish de Bretton-Gordon went on to say that ISIS terrorists entering the United States and the UK will no doubt engage in Chlorine attacks on the “London Underground, in trains, or at soccer matches”. “It is very evident that ISIL are putting much time and effort into training its jihadis in the use of chlorine as a terror weapon and in particular in IEDs. “Virtually every foreign jihadi who returns to the U.S. or U.K. will have been exposed to training of this sort and will have a reasonable idea on how to use chlorine and other toxic chemicals as a terror weapon. In the U.K., up to 90 tons of chlorine can be purchased without any licenses…”

Conclusion

Anyone who believes that this much ado about nothing, is clearly not paying attention. America, and the Western civilization as a whole is entering an unprecedented time. We live in an age of unprecedented horror and many experts, such as de-Bretton-Gordon, believe that it is a matter of when, not if these attacks will begin to take place.

A look at google earth shows two “plants” (I can not tell what type) around Pratt. One to the west, the other to the North. Both appear to be served by the rail line (looks like a single track).
I could not find anything that looked like an abandoned track section that would meet the description above.
Can you post anything more on this ?

    Folks,
if you are not praying for the likes of Dave, Quayle, Hagmann’s, Horn’s etc. please start. Pray that our Father in Heaven not only keeps them and their families safe, but also keeps their ministries going and available to us. Where would we get the truth without them?

Of course, if you share this story with family & friends expect a response along these lines…”Oh, ok..well I have shopping to do, I gotta go, bye”. Pray for those people too.

    Tribulation is upon us.

Dave, when I read your article I immediately thought of this. Kansas is a very windy state and they could say,”The wind did it.”
    http://www.ktre.com/clip/12077131/7-investigates-rail-regulations-after-wind-topples-train-cars-from-bridge
Notice how unconcerned and unapologetic the railroad company president comes across.

  5. Rumplestiltskin December 19, 2015 at 9:17 am

I just drilled down on Google Earth and saw approximately 140 of those rail cars which are about 6 miles east of Pratt. That rail line seemingly comes from Kingman, and ends in a yard in Pratt. That line seems to be a staging line as it also has approximately 120 grain carrying cars on it as well much closer to town.
That line doesn’t seem to be defunct as you have been led to believe. I don’t see any other connecting lines as they are easy to spot because of how wide a turn a train must make.

EDITOR’S NOTE: THE LINE IS DEFUNCT

This should be a heads up for anyone residing in the greater Rochester metro area. Unlike Buffalo and Syracuse the main freight line runs right through the middle of downtown and frequently trains are stopped on the I490 overpass near Frontier Field. The same line also runs behind Harris Communications who makes radios for the military. This line also cuts right through densely populated suburbs. So anyone reading this from the greater Rochester metro develop a quick evac plan for you and your family. You never know. Dave any chance of posting up that map of proposed ISIS attacks and superimposing them with rail lines across the country?

  9. Karen December 19, 2015 at 12:04 pm

Are they loaded or empty? Is there a chlorine plant anywhere close by? With the big drops we’ve seen in transports the unneeded, empty cars need to be stored somewhere, and it’s reasonable to think they would choose land the rail companies own, but are not currently using. If they are loaded, then yes, we need to all worry. Also, those cars can be moved easily, and air breaks can be manipulated by hand in order to move the car.

Yeah, Dave, a lengthy telephone call between myself and a friend in another state recently was “dropped” repeatedly in the manner you described. It couldn’t surprise you that I may have used some “trigger words”. The definition there would be anything remotely resembling the truth about this criminal government;s actions. Naturally, this psychopathic behaviour only deepens my commitment to the truth and doing something about it. It’s clear that they’re removing even the faintest sops to normalcy and pushing ahead with an openly Stalinist surveillance/murder scheme.

Dave please contact the railroad police in that area.they will direct you to the proper rail transportation dept for answers.

What Dave left off this statement it was ISIS (CIA) or such rebels that used this gas attack on the Syrian people. And of course the criminals in charge in the West jumped up hissing and spitting,
‘It was Assad, it was Assad.

  15. Becky December 19, 2015 at 4:49 pm

In response to Paul’s comment that he looked this location up on Google Earth and did not see any abandonded track. Google Earth’s images are very out-of-date. If I look at my house, the images on Google Earth are over 5 years old.

  16. Tony December 19, 2015 at 4:52 pm

230 miles east of Pratt KS is Fort Scott. This past summer there were 2 abandoned railroad cars on the same defunct track paralleling Hwy 54. One was white in color and the other was either white or green or a combination thereof. This evening, they are gone. The abandoned cars had been stationary long enough for small trees to grow inside the rails before their recent removal. Maybe this is a small piece to the puzzle.

  17. jb December 19, 2015 at 4:57 pm

Very scary. I have to say that I don’t trust DHS or the FBI. My guess is they know exactly why those rail cars are there. Could these be used to gas people who are rounded up for extermination? Whom can we trust? Are local police even trustworthy anymore? I’m praying for you Dave too. We need you to keep us informed. I knew you should have relocated out of USA. I’m also praying hard against Loretta lynch-pin, that old hag. Everyone pray for her salvation. God will put a ring in her nose!

  18. Katherine December 19, 2015 at 5:57 pm

    Very informative, but:

‘In 2014, “the United States government” and “its Western allies” said it was Assad’s forces who unleashed chlorine gas on a civilian population, in the world’s worst chemical attack in a quarter-century.’

And we’re going to believe anything that they…the United States Terrorist Syndicate and it’s partners in crime, the “allies”, tells us???

They, all of the above, will be responsible for and will take part in, in one form or another, with anything that will happen regarding the article and or anything else in the future; and we already realize this!

We are indeed near the end. How do we know? It’s obvious. We allow a “murder” of pedophiles and demonic killers to keep running the show instead of bringing them in, in straight jackets to the nearest prison system to live our the rest of their lives.

  19. snufy December 19, 2015 at 6:24 pm

I’m sure that if the FBI is active with this situation, they know what is going on. If you can’t find a railroad contact, go to the plants where a rail line services them. They know who the rail system belongs to. And, I wonder how you know the Chinese built the tanker cars. The cars will have placards on them with an emergency number to call. Call the number and give them the car #, placard # and any other info. Are the cars loaded or empty? What does the nearby plants manufacture? It’s not unusual to store cars on a side rail, and they will almost always be empty. I highly doubt that it’s some sort of a communist plot.

  20. Rebe; December 19, 2015 at 6:38 pm

Pratt Kansas has a ethanol plant. Opened about 3 years ago. Lot of trucks travel to this area daily. There are several hwys that run through Pratt. So what did they do with the rail cars in question?

  21. sandi December 19, 2015 at 6:45 pm

Interesting that after the attack in France; DHS stated that they feared a chemical tactic would be the next large casualty.

  22. KansasAU December 20, 2015 at 2:02 am

There are 136 cars, 8324 feet of them on the side rail as per June 19 2015 Sat image.. They are all tied together, No way that rolled anywhere without engine assist.

  23. KansasAU December 20, 2015 at 2:06 am

Paul I went to look because I wrote it off as bogus since I have been through 100’s of times but there is a rail 4 miles East on 54. 136 cars in a 8324 line on the North side of the tracks, white tankers with black centers. A hell of an impressive collection of unused tankers. I doubt they are full of chlorine but imagine if they had been packed with supplies from say … An enemy! Thoughts to ponder…..

I was a locomotive engineer for BNSF for 10 years before I medically retired. If track is abandoned the rail is taken up. As long as the track is still in place it is not legally abandoned. The level of maintenance may be minimal resulting in a 5 MPH speed limit but the track is not abandoned. The track is being used as a storage track. Next let’s talk about how the brakes work on a train. You have to pressurize the train line to release the brakes. If you make a set the train line pressure is reduced. If you do an emergency stop the train line pressure is dumped all at once and the brakes are at maximum set. There is a tank of air that puts pressure on the brake cylinder. There is a small lever on a car that has been left in set or emergency set that will release the air brakes. Also there is a hand brake on all rail cars. We had trouble with people releasing the air and hand brakes as a prank allowing the parked train cars to move. The railway company that connects to the old rail most likely controls the old track. Contact the Federal Railroad Administration for specific information. I just did a property search and it shows the Union Pacific Railroad owns track in Pratt, KS. Have the police check the tax records to get the contact information for the Union Pacific Railroad. The tax critters always know who owns the land. Rail is a high dollar tax source which is another reason the rail is pulled up when abandoned. We have an old track near me that belonged to a little local railway that is no longer in business and UP shares the track with BNSF and they keep it up just enough to keep it in use at low speed. in other words main line is high speed rail and storage track is low speed track.

My explanation of how railroads and train rolling stock work in no way minimizes the car placement for extreme time periods could be a bad situation. One thing not said was whether the cars are loaded or empty. It is easy to tell if the cars are loaded as they will be compressing the springs on the wheel sets if they are loaded. I have seen rail cars stored for long periods of time on old track. Grain hoppers are a good example as they are used after harvest time but unneeded at other times. Rail cars are tracked by automatic readers and computer so Union Pacific knows where the cars are located. All the cars have RF ID that is read along the railroad and updates the computer. Send me some pictures of the cars with close ups of the numbers and I can help you ID them.

Hundreds tank type rail cars parked in Hollidaysburg PA, news article about a month back said they were empty. Google earth shows them as regular box cars, but was by there last week and they were the type that hold liquid.
Article (standardspeaker) from May stating the same Jim Thorpe PA, said said empty crude oil tankers

  28. Old Nam vet December 20, 2015 at 4:13 pm

I noticed the line Paul, I believe, is referring to but it appears to end to the west. This would appear to indicate an abandoned/defunct track. There are a lot of trees to hide a R/R car from the nearby road.

  29. Aaron1229 December 20, 2015 at 9:55 pm

From the area: I drive across these tracks daily. They actually end to the west of said area in Pratt on south main at the elevator. They run both on the south side and north side of 54 highway. These cars have been sitting on the tracks for at least a year. I was told they were simply storing them as those track are not used anymore. The other morning as I passed that area I noticed tail lights in the trees just to the west of wear the tracks crosses 54 hwy. There is a road there that goes to a house. Later that day the highway was closesd. I figured we would see something in the paper about what happened. I never did. Since that day there have been multiple vehicles In that area working I do not know what they are working on. They have no heavy machines there and there are no company names or any logo on any vehicles that are working in the area. I am deffinately keeping my guard up. Any one who truly believes we are completely safe in any area of the US is a fool. People be alert be ready to protect yourself and your family.

Happen to notice in the google images posted, the movie theater, Barron. A front-running Pres. candidate has a son by that name.

  31. stardot December 21, 2015 at 9:07 am

I’ve worked in the railroad industry for 43 years and it is standard procedure to store/stage empty unused tank cars, hoppers, or whatever on abandoned track. They’re out of the way there. The comment of “behind trees” probably means that is where they ended up being parked. Not only would the air brakes be set, hand brakes would necessarily be set on each car to prevent movement and derails placed on the rails on the downgrade to stop accidental rollouts.

EDITOR’S NOTE: THAT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT HAPPENED, ACCORDING TO MULTIPLE EYEWITNESSES ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PERSONALLY CONTACTED ME.

  32. JD December 21, 2015 at 9:55 am

I have taken notice to a rail car in Ashland,Ohio that has been there for several years. Hidden from tree line shadows. It sits between Virginia Ave. and Miller St. 1 lone car and much of the RR in the area is very infrequently used. some tracks have just been paved over. Nothing has been updated and in some places the old rail spikes pull right out with ease. Keep your eyes peeled. Stranger things to come.

  33. Dre December 21, 2015 at 10:55 am

I posted a pic To FB months ago asking what the cars were. No one had a good answer. Look in surrounding counties as well. There are some sitting in city of Kingman.

So, this stretch of rail actually belongs to the K&O Railroad, who gets paid to store A LOT of railcars. And I do mean a lot. The line is not defunct, just seldom used, like a lot of the K&O’s trackage. It’s that time of year when rail traffic slows down, and the car owners start pawning the excess cars off on the shortline railroads for storage. This stuff happens every year, folks.

EDITOR’S NOTE: WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, YOU NEED TO READ AND LISTEN. IT IS AMAZING TO ME HOW SOMEONE CAN PUT OUT INFORMATION THAT IS SO BLATANTLY FALSE. THE LEO’S STATE THAT THE LINE IS DEFUNCT, THE LOCALS KNOW IT AND SO DOES THE FBI AND THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE BEEN THERE. NO MENTION ABOUT HOW THOSE CARS SIMPLY MOVED THEMSELVES TO WHERE THEY BLOCKED A HIGHWAY.
