As Mark Twain once said “History may not repeat, but it sure does rhyme”. And what is going on in the South China Sea rhymes with happened in America, in the 1960’s.

The Cuban Missile Crisis

During the Cuban Missile Crisis, surveillance photographs demonstrated that the Russians were embedding nuclear weapons into Cuba, thus reducing American response time from 27 minutes to 3 minutes.

President Kennedy responded by blockading Cuba and Russia backed down and World War III was averted.

Presently, in the South China Sea, China is preparing to limit access to the South China Sea and use their military to achieve this aim.

China’s actions clearly threaten the viability of the Trans Pacific Partnership and the present form of the American government. In fact warmonger, Senator John McCain, is calling for more US troops to be sent to the South China Sea which will clearly push the present situation to a crisis point.

Adding fuel to McCain’s fire, comes from Secretary of State John Kerry as he stated:

China said last month that frequent US Navy patrols in the South China Sea were forcing Beijing to boost its defense capabilities in the area. This month, Kerry warned China to not increase their surveillance and air capabilities in the South China Sea.

The irresistible force meets the immovable object.

The New and Emboldened China

China’s economy, no matter how many times they try to restructure is failing. The Chinese government faces disenfranchised opposition from extremely poor peasants living in the outlying provinces. To add salt to these wounds, the Chinese have been left out of a monumental trade agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Subsequently, Chinese foreign policy is guided by these two principles:

  1. Disrupt the TPP so no nation gains an economic advantage over China. It is an agreement that China derives no value.
  2. Isolate Taiwan geographically and militarily. Closing down the South China Sea moves China in the direction of accomplishing this kind of action. The short-term goal is to economically diminish Taiwan. The final goal is the take-over of Taiwan.

China is increasingly aggressive, almost to the point of forming a quasi-naval blockade in and around the disputed territories which are a point of disagreement between China, her neighbors and the United States. In fact, China’s actions within the last few days are clearly indicative of a nation determined to defend its claims.

It is critical to keep in mind that every dispute in the region, for China, begins and ends with Taiwan and Taiwan lies just north of the disputed area. These unfolding events in the South China Sea is also about the unfolding of the new Chinese hegemony, or, the establishment of the most recent flavor of the New World Order.

The Surface Nature of the Dispute

China's rapidly growing perimeter which will protect Chinese invasion forces when they attack Taiwan.

China’s rapidly growing perimeter which will protect Chinese invasion forces when they attack Taiwan.

Vietnam, Malaysia and most of all, the Philippines are impacted by aggressive Chinese action in the region.

Vietnam, Malaysia and most of all, the Philippines are impacted by aggressive Chinese action in the region in which the Chinese are constructing militarized islands which are serving as an impediment to free trade. The areas of Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam could provide the Chinese war machine with virtually unlimited supplies of oil, rubber and other raw materials needed to maintain a sustainable Chinese war effort if China is able to dominate the region.

In a very disturbing development, China stated on Saturday “that it will ignore the decision of an international arbitration panel in the Philippines’ lawsuit against Beijing’s sweeping territorial claims in the South China Sea”. This is clearly China’s line-in-the-sand comment.

Certainly, all the elements for a monumental confrontation are in play and the events are surely reminiscent of the Cuban Missile Crisis.

As they continue to militarize the South China Sea, the Chinese give no indication that they are going to back down.

I think the Chinese are doing the American people a favor by disrupting the TPP which is a nefarious NWO driven treaty.

During the anti-communist Japanese expansion and industrial/military build up in the decades before the WW2, Japan was making military moves in the South Pacific and into Northern China for two main reasons. 1. To preclude the communist take over of China and to build up a defensive strategy against the Soviet Union. And to procure natural resources for their advanced industrial civilization.

Elements within the American State Department had been aiding, the behind the scenes, in the Communist take over of China. America had been supplying Japan with petroleum and scrap metal for their industrialization. During the late 1930’s President FDR was chomping at the bit to get into the war on the side of the Brits against the Germans and conniving with Churchill in violation of American’s neutrality laws in force at that time, to do just that. The Germans, even with overt American provocation, bent over backwards not to get suckered in with America entering the war on the side of the Soviets and the Brits. After the German invasion of Russia the only way open for FDR, because the anti-Communist Japanese and anti-Communist Germans were allies, was to goad the Japanese by withholding oil and metal that helped feed the Japanese imperial military. So, FDR moved the Pacific 6th Navy from San Diego, Cal. to Pearl Harbor in Hawaii were the fleet would be a setting duck for a Japanese attack. Many ranking Naval officers were against this move to no avail.
After insulting the Japanese Ambassador to his face the Japanese laid plans for the attack on the 6th fleet at Pearl. The Brits and well and the Americans had already broken the Japanese codes and FDR and his minions knew well ahead of time that the Japanese were steaming towards Hawaii but withheld that information from the Hawaii Commanders Short and Kimmel. The Japanese Naval Commanders were under orders to turn back if the Americans were to be alerted at Pear. Japanese Admiral Yamamoto was educated at Harvard, like Americans and America very much, and knew it would be fatal in the end to have war with the Americans. But FDR gave them no choice and was willing to sacrifice 3000 American military men and capital navel ships, all except the aircraft carries that were steaming out on the high seas, to get into the war in Europe in order to come to the aid of the Brits and his good buddy Joe Stalin.
What’s the bottom line here as concerns present day China.
    1. If America had let the Japanese a free hand during the 30′ and 40’s China most likely would not be Communist China today.
    2. If America and Britain had stayed out of the German war against Communist Russia, the Germans most likely would have taken out the Communists in Russia. America and the West would have had other enemies to fight and spend money on, but there would have been no cold war with Russia. Right now Americans are shopping at their closest China-Marts for Chinese made products that’s helping to finance what the Chinese empire is doing right now in the South China sea. And what can we expect the American empire to do about it? Why go to war of course.
As the saying goes, what goes around comes around, IN SPADES!

    Balance of power geopolitics.

The East China Sea and South China Sea cupped with North Korea act as buffer zones between Chinese national security and US and its allies in a similar fashion south of Russia’s underbelly lay Syria, Iran, and Pakistan. To the west of Russia and east of the European Mountain range lay Ukraine, this makes Eastern Ukraine, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, and the East and South China Seas must hold buffer zones for Russia and China.
In balance of power geopolitics, you don’t ever cross or threaten a buffer zone without it also being perceived as a direct threat to the nation the buffer zone buffers unless you are willing, able, and eager for war or nuclear war.

As if that wasn’t bad enough.
“The Russian Federation has fulfilled all terms of the agreement. And even more. I shut down not only the Cuban Lourdes but also Kamran in Vietnam. I shut them down because I gave my word of honor. I, like a man, has kept my word. What have the Americans done? The Americans are not responsible for their own words. It is no secret that in recent years, the U.S. created a buffer zone around Russia, involving in this process not only the countries of Central Europe, but also the Baltic states, Ukraine and the Caucasus. The only response to this could be an asymmetric expansion of the Russian military presence abroad, particularly in Cuba. In Cuba, there are convenient bays for our reconnaissance and warships, a network of the so-called “jump airfields.” With the full consent of the Cuban leadership, on May 11 of this year, our country has not only resumed work in the electronic center of Lourdes, but also placed the latest mobile strategic nuclear missiles “Oak” on the island. They did not want to do it the amicable way, now let them deal with this,” Putin said.”

If the above is fact, there are Russian nuclear missiles on the island of Cuba.

I remember well the 1962 Cuba missile crisis. The Soviet Union placed them there in a “tit for tat” response to American missiles placed in Turkey aimed at The Soviet Union. In the negociations to resolve the issue, John Kennedy promised to remove the US missiles in Turkey. After a politically rquired wait after the removal of the Soviet missiles from Cuba, he did remove them. That is how conflicts are resolved when neither side wants war.

As far as the Trans Pacific Partnership is concerned, why should ordinary Americans be concerned if Chinas actions in the South China Sea scuttle the planned corporate coup over national sovreignty of signatory nations?

My main concern now, though, is Russia. This website returns again and again to the topic of a planned Russian attack on the United States. In essence, the idea is absurd as Russia has no need for more natural resources or land space for their population which is less than one half that of the US. Furthermore, unlike soft Americans, they suffered 20 to thirty million dead in WW2 and really do not want to go through something even worse. An unbiased individual can see this without straning.

Probably most reading this have already seen it but I feel compelled to mention it for any who may have missed it. Originally on the Club Orlov website, it has also been linked by Paul Craig Roberts, Steve Quayle and The Truthseeker, probably others as well. Title is “A Russian Warning”. Straight from the heart and serious. Do not miss it. The hour is late At a point soon to arrive, a war psychosis will take over and only the voices for war will be heard.

China is the Frankenstein we created. We shipped out our jobs to them to build them up and we had the Clintons give military secrets in the 90s to make them powerful.

  9. John Q Public June 5, 2016 at 8:09 pm

A great analysis of the current situation. Actually, this is eerily similar to the lead up to WWII. Of course, let us not forget that while China is currently setting up a blockade to the deep water port of Subic Bay, it also provides an effective barrier to our assets in Guam and Diego Garcia. Also, as you have no doubt pointed out in previous postings, the PLA controls the ports on both ends of the Panama Canal and the Port of Long Beach. I wonder just what is in those cargo containers sitting around? The Chinese also have a container port in Ensenada.

We also know that in the late ’90’s, some shipping containers loaded with military grade weapons were on their merry way to the gangs headquartered in LA, but were intercepted. Now that China has its own ports in Long Beach and Ensenada, I wonder what is not intercepted any more.

At the same time, Obama can’t seem to do enough to get us tied up in the Middle East with the Syria mess, while aiding Iran in its quest for regional domination. This makes no sense, other than to help create chaos so that the average person in Western Europe and North America begs for the government or something similar to do anything necessary to restore order. That of course will not work well. But then most westerners probably do not know what kind of rescue Hitler, Stalin, and Mao cooked up for their citizens.

I think a better comparison is how we are currently placing missiles in Poland and Romania.

  11. Joozy June 6, 2016 at 2:29 pm

China puffs up and blusters every time the US makes an appearance somewhere that they (the Chinese) don’t think we should be. However, the South China Sea could be a provocation that won’t go unheeded by them. Never mind that they’ve been spotted in locations that have provoked several other nations/countries. Are they just bating someone to a fight?! I’m thinking, maybe so!

  12. Stephen Alessini June 6, 2016 at 10:57 pm

Obama recently promised Vietnam a lot of military hardware. Also, the new Filipino president is a tough SOB who doesn’t take shit from anyone. This could be a very hot hotspot quite soon.

If an American ship goes down the US govt. deserves it!!! Our war hawks have no business in China’s backyard!!! Our soldiers are fodder and new recruits should be praying right now!!!
