Dave. The other day you posted that before we go to war, we basically paint an Country or dictator evil.
Have not we done this with North Korea? I believe China is protecting their border and watching us. China entered the Vietnam war as they thought the USA next invasion was them. Make no mistake, USA is being watched closely by China and we have painted North Korea the enemy, with perhaps China in our sights?????

China can just annex N Korea after all is settled. But Russia will not be happy about this one. Maybe Trump has given the go signal that US will not intervene if Taiwan is taken by China. But Trump could be baiting CHina towards WW3. We have seen Trump changing his agenda in a heartbeat.

Does any one really think that China is our friend? I would trust Russia first. I really think that both countries are amassing forces along the NK border is to help NK in the event we or SK does a first strike. If that does happen, all bets are off, and we all should be ready to meet our maker.

Side note here. The ‘police action,’ not ‘war’, against NK in 1950 was the first action of the UN. With all the talk of ‘war’ why isn’t the UN sending in their ‘peace keepers?’ OH, that’s right, we’re their ‘peace keepers.’ If you remember Leon Panetta, then Sec. of Def., told Jeff Sessions that our military takes its marching orders from the UN. The US military has been the military arm of the UN since the Korean conflict

I know it won’t happen, but we need to get out of the UN and to kick everyone of them out of our country, too..

China has been around a long time. They are strategic thinkers. They don’t give something for nothing. IF they are going to help in the ouster of Un, then they’re going to get something big in return. They own us, not vice versa. Let’s not forget that. And it seems its a little early to really decide if ANY decisions made by ANY leader 3 months into their tenure. This is where China has us beat. They think down the road. America is all about instant gratification. Just an opinion.

    Dave,

I very seriously doubt it. China has remained steadfast in a friendly Chinese government in Korea. This means regime change will only change the face of the regime not the regime itself, and this isn’t what Trump’s advisers are gunning for. Case and point, McMaster has placed pressure in Pakistan as well when he visited Pakistan as Vice President Pence visited South Korea.
That’s two Chinese buffer zones under direct US military threat, this is the path towards war with both Russia and China. Trump is compromised; he’s on the verge of catalyzing World War III and martial law.
