President Trump’s Biggest Blunder

Attorney General Jeff Sessions should be on his last legs as a minion of the Deep State. Roger Stone says he is out! Let the prosecutions begin! However, for some unexplained reason, the best friend of the Deep State is still safe in his position of Attorney General. In many ways, Jeff Sessions is worse than Loretta Lynch.

AG Sessions has announced that he is refusing to prosecute Wasserman Schultz and Lois Lerner despite overwhelming evidence against them.

Didn’t President Trump promise to drain the swamp? Then, why is the swamp still growing?

America is outraged and here is the story.

Hillary Clinton Jr., Wasserman Schultz, Is Untouched by Sessions depite Rmapnt Criminality Including Murder

wasserman 1

I have called her the next Hillary Clinton. Already the trail of bodies is beginning to accumulate along with her penchant for the obfuscation of the truth and obstruction of justice. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is ready to crash and burn because she does not have all the mafia-style protections that Hillary Clinton has amassed since the her ddays connected Mena cartel Arkanside days. The noose is tightening and it is only a matter of time until this Hillary Clinton style upstart crashes and burns.

Before getting into the two latest stunning developments connected to Wasserman Schultz, let’s take a look at recent history in order to gain some perspective.

Seth Rich Murder: Where Are You Jeff Sessions?

Wasserman Schultz is at the center of the Seth Rich murder. As previously covered onThe Common Sense Show, Wasserman Schultz was clearly linked in the email leaks by Rich to Wikileaks. How do we know this? Because she and Rich were on the same server. It would have been impossible for her not to know what Rich was doing. And when John Podesta stated, “let’s make an example of the leaker” and two days later Rich was dead, Podesta needed distance. So, Wasserman Schultz was served up as the sacrifice. However, her complicity does not stop here. She was involved in the cover-up of Rich’s murder.

Obstruction of Justice: Where Are You Jeff Sessions?

In an amazing conflict of interest, Steve Wasserman a Federal District Attorney for DC has shut down the Seth Rich murder investigation even though there were many unanswered questions such as if this was just a robbery gone bad, why did Rich still have his wallet and watch on him?

Enemy of the People, Jeff Sessions Sponsors Public Theft of Private Property: Civilian Asset Forfeiture

President Trump has done more for the American citizens in 10 months than the last 4 Presidents combined. However, when it comes to the practice of civilian asset forfeiture, he is way off base. And Trump’s Attorney General is leading the charge to increase the government theft of privaate property without due process of law. The Federal Reserve and their colleagues know that the crash is coming.

civilian asset forfeiture 2Your home, your pension, your bank account are all at risk when, not if, the crash comes. The only obstacle in the way of the public theft of private assets is the United States Constitution and the Fifth Amendment. The preactice of Civilian Asset Forfeiture is setting the precedent that the government can steal all of your property. When this practice began in the 1990’s, the amount of property stolen without due process was in the millions. Today, this practice has grown to a $4.5 billion dollar governmental criminal enterprise.

That Little Thing Called the Constitution and the Fifth Amendment

The Fifth Amendment asserts that no person shall “be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”. Given the intended narrow definition of the Fifth Amendment, this article will demonstrate that the concept of private property is on life support and that government is attempting to separate as many private assets from its citizens as possible. One of the primary ways that the government is accomplishing this goal is through the RICO statutes and this will be the exclusive focus of this article.

What Is RICO?

The new game in America is called theft by law enforcement and RICO is the name. Much of the growth of federal criminal procedures has been tied to the expanded use of RICO. RICO stands for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act of 1970. RICO has succeeded in blurring the lines between state and federal law enforcement and in overturning the protections inherent in the guarantees of the U.S. Constitution, namely due process. As previously stated, the Fifth Amendment states that government cannot deprive citizens of life, liberty and property without due process of law. As the Patriot Act negates the Fourth Amendment protections, RICO does the same with the Fifth Amendment due process rights.

RICO is essentially the seizure of goods and assets obtained as a result of ACCUSED criminal activity. At the inception of RICO in 1990, there were only three named federal criminal acts subject to RICO confiscation of assets and they were treason, piracy, and counterfeiting. Today, there are literally thousands of federal laws and regulations related to RICO. The mere violation of any one of them, no matter how unintentional and harmless the transgression, can lead to years of imprisonment for the convicted person and the forfeiture of all personal assets.

Rico statutes are where the police and federal law enforcement are no better than the criminals they purport to fight. Even when an individual is not charged or found innocent, their confiscated assets are still the property of the law enforcement agency. If a person is found not guilty in court, or the charges are dropped, the person can spend years trying to recover their assets. In some cases, the innocent never recover their stolen property.

This is what Jeff Sessions has brought back to America.

Below, is a short video which discusses the reasons why it is time for Sessions to go based on his obsession with civilian asset forfeiture.

Refusing to Prosecute Hillary Clinton for Her Serial Criminality

Jeff Sessions refuses to go after Hillary Clinton despite overwhelming evidence that she is the biggest serial criminal to ever seek the office of the President. Here aare a list of crimes:

  1. Committing the biggest act of treason in US history by selling nuclear grade uranium to the Russians.
  2. Hillary’s continual covering of Bil’s sexual abuses. Even in the face of the Roy Moore affair, Hillary protects Bill from prosecution.
  3. The Benghazi affair in which she deliberately left Ambassador Stevens under-protected. She know he would be murdered.
  4. Hillary’s actions led to the murder of the leader of Libya because he would not capitulate to the will of the central banks.
  5. The Whitewater affair.
  6. The Vince Foster affair.
  7.  Clinton turned the IRS into a  Nazi gestapo persecution agent for political enemmies.
  8. When Hillary was the departing First Lady, she stole untold amounts of White House property ranging from silverware to furniture.
  9. Hillary’s kept lover, Huma Abedin is a Muslim Brotherhood member.
  10.  The treason of emailgate. There are over 33,000 episodes of national security violations that should havesent herto prison for hust one violation.
  11.  The Chinagate scandal in which Hillary sold high tech secrets, as Secretary of State, in exchange for Chinese donations to the Democratic Party.
  12. The Travelgate fiasco.
  13. The Clinton Foundation’s money laundering with the help of HSBC Bank. These were profits dervied from Child-Sex-Trafficking, gun running, and drug dealing. Her allies were the Mexican drug cartels and their terrorist allies.
  14. Through her position on the board of LaFarge, Hillary gave ISIS their start.
  15. The infamous trail of dead bodies, people who won’t testify and allies and employees who go to prison and do not survive.

Sessions refuses to look at even one of these crimes.

Even Roger Stone Was Wrong About Sessions Demise

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is on his last legs as a minion of the Deep State. Roger Stone says he is out! Let the prosecutions begin! At least that is what we thouoght two months ago! However, Sessions is still runing the AG’s office into the ground.

Sorry Mr. Stone, do-nothing Jeff Sessions seems to content to occupy the throne of do-nothing.

I can draw no other conclusion than Jeff Sessions is a Deep-State operative.

Jeff Sessions represents Trump’s biggest blunder since becoming President because it has been way past time for Sessions to be shown the door.

How was Trump supposed to know Sessions would do this? I bet most conservatives thought Sessions was the best man for he was a very good senator. Trump now needs to can Sessions and replace him with someone who has a spine if he can find one. Looking at what Trump has been up against it is amazing he has accomplished what he has. I have had it with traitors and i wish he would take the military and take all the traitors out and throw away the key.

  2. B November 17, 2017 at 5:50 am

Sessions has proven that he is either a Deep State b!tch boy, or he is to scared to do his job. I bet its the first.
He needs to be removed before he allows ALL of the criminals and traitors to go free.

  3. Charles November 17, 2017 at 6:09 am

Is it possible that Sessions is acting in accordance with orders from the Chief Executive (his boss, DJT) ? Nothing is as simple as it appears to be…even something as innocuous as manufacturing a pencil.

Whatever is going on, I’m confident that I don’t like it one bit. Sooner or later, the truth WILL out. That makes a lot of people on this planet VERY nervous, and for good reason. The bill is coming due and failure to pay will not be an option,

  4. Tom November 17, 2017 at 6:10 am

“Untouched by Sessions depite Rmapnt ”

Seriously???? How embarrassing! On a headline no less.

Good grief – please, please use spellcheck – you and your message are getting lost due to your misspellings!

  5. Craig Mouldey November 17, 2017 at 6:14 am

This is all disappointing but I suppose we should not be surprised. This government is continuing the course of previous ones. Even the most simple-minded can clearly see civil asset forfeiture is a crime and breaks your own law, the Constitution. Sessions is all for that but he won’t prosecute slam-dunk cases of very serious crimes because of who he would be prosecuting. I’m tired of listening to these shills, such as, ok, I won’t say the name but only that it is a huge alt-news outlet, constantly beating the drum for Trump. How great a job he is doing bringing back the economy. No, he isn’t. The financial system and economy are in dire condition. And he is in lock step with the military-industrial complex and neo-cons on the international scene, even though his platform was the opposite. At this point I have to believe one of two choices: either Trump was selected or he was taken into the back room and told how things are going to be…or else. Either way, it doesn’t bode well for anyone. Even if Sessions was fired, the Senate would hold up the replacement forever unless they had their man in there, another puppet.

It is painfully obvious that someone or something has complete dossiers on every member of congress to pull out when anyone goes offscript, and they are warned up front going in.

  7. bigo November 17, 2017 at 6:33 am

its always confusing when there are mixed messages. You are saying the swamp is growing, but implying that trump is not a swamp creature. How have u not figured out trump is the swamp, demagoguing his naive base.

  8. DB November 17, 2017 at 7:11 am

I have to disagree that Trump has done more than the last 4 presidents combined.

Sadly, he has done next to nothing in my opinion. He HAD THE OPPORTUNITY to make history changing decisions, but he bowed to the deep state, or was always one of them. I have no sympathy left for the man and it’s because of what he doesn’t do.
If he and his family have been threatened, then I can somewhat understand. I don’t know what I would do in that situation, none of us does. We all need to stop looking for him to save our country, it’s too late unless God steps in….period.

  9. Aware_One November 17, 2017 at 7:35 am

Why would you need another investigation? Mueller is doing the job already, just be patient, it will all come out and most of America will be shocked at the level of corruption in all of the top levels of government…

Jeff is merely staying out of Mueller’s way… Let him finish the job… You wanted the swamp drained, didn’t you?

Mueller’s team has been busy, already there’s a huge number of sealed indictments on the docket and it’s still growing…

Notice McStain and Hillary are wearing ortho boots to hide their ankle monitors? just relax, the storm will get here soon and you will be saying, “Enough, too much winning…”

  10. old bat November 17, 2017 at 7:39 am

sessions is being blackmailed by the ds, like the others.

  11. Donald Bentley November 17, 2017 at 7:41 am

  12. RGR 777 November 17, 2017 at 9:05 am

it is a slam dunk on DWS and all the rest ..it is coming …but this is a hard deal to drain the swamp …he will get them all …HRC and Obama… this is a two phase deal here … first dis credit your enemies …then destroy them … you of all people should know and see deeper than the surface …it is all coming when it will do maximum damage to the dems …. say in 12 months …the dems are just destroying themselves now… and it will get worse and and worse…
we need do nothing while the flail about ..ripping their credibility to shreds …

  13. wb November 17, 2017 at 9:06 am

too late will Americans realize that the DEEP STATE they vote against, has already won. Soon enough the plagues hitting west Africa will come home via airliner. Their President is either an idiot or a conspirator. So far his actions deem him a useful idiot at the least.

  14. DDrake November 17, 2017 at 9:14 am

Sessions needs to be PERMANENTLY recused from the Office of Attorney General. He is DELUDED. Deluded himself into believing he is representing JUSTICE. What a total HACK. Really liked the man. Now I despise him. He recused himself to hand over the power to obfuscate and manipulate investigations by the Deep State. If that is not complicit, then the sky is yellow. Yellow like Sessions.

  15. GeorgeG November 17, 2017 at 9:23 am

Dave, Hillary and Bill will never be prosecuted. They have too much information on the personal lives of our legislators.

Another reason to shitcan him is his obsession about marijuana. While I never partook, nor had any desire to do so, marijuana’s been shown to have some medical benefits – and the real reason it’s been illegal all these years is because it prevents mind control from working on people.

Not to mention hemp – it’s pretty much a “wonder plant” with numerous uses to people.

  18. Tom Jackson November 17, 2017 at 7:32 pm

Hi Dave, remember when men were men and they were looked up to and admired for there courage. And when there was a serious issue a man would walk up to the other and slap him in the face and call him a liar or a coward and challenge him to a duel. Well I would just like to say Jeff Sessions consider yourself slapped in the face and you are a liar and a coward and challenged to a duel.

If it looks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck-and its probably a rhino

  20. Milt November 18, 2017 at 8:09 am

I learned a long time ago not to put my faith in anyone, no matter how convincing they are….with the exception of one man who claims to be fully God and fully man…Him I trust..
Trump is just a man, and it seems to me that he is focusing too much on making America great again, regarding wealth and power, while ignoring much of the moral sickness that been destroying the nation for many years.
Maybe he has a plan to bring the hammer down in one swipe, or maybe he isn’t who he claims to be, and he is doing what he does just to satisfy his best supporters.
Time will tell…and I agree with you…time seems to be running out.

  21. fireflygbglulie November 18, 2017 at 11:24 am

its not a blunder, it the ruse, the trickery~ do a bunch of ‘good things’ and the masses will forget the real insidious snake lurking at the door…theater of the absurd keeps getting bigger, if one pedophile ges to jail…the people will forget the leviathan that controls the planet! the devil knos just how to deflect attention from himself , taking out afew minions to placvate thepeople. pray it doesnt work but beware thetrickery!

  22. Mike November 18, 2017 at 12:12 pm

I agree with you Dave. Sessions is so deep in the deep state affairs, I really believe Trump is afraid of him.
He needs to be shown the door now. Either that or Trump who throws America a bone now and then is one of them. Hard to believe, however academy awards have been won on less.
I am beginning to wonder what f the impeach Trump is a smoke screen somehow. I do not want him to be impeached, but, he needs to get the justice system in order.

  23. Ann Foyer November 18, 2017 at 4:57 pm

I do not believe Pres. Trump could have amassed his spectacular fortune without being a master strategist, over the years learning how to play bridge/when & how to use the trump cards, poker/when & how to raise or fold, chess with its maneuvers. Neither do I believe he ever went to a meeting to make a deal without having thoroughly done his homework. I believe he knows how to give an enemy enough rope to hang himself. His inaugural displayed that he well knew the deep state into which he would step that day. This is not to say there were/are no errors because that is par for the course but friends close/enemies closer often works quite well as do disinformation campaigns/statements. Then there is the behind-the-scenes-action we know nothing about. “Politics” is a game with strategy and to be a “non” is a strategy, also. The bland/hapless Jeff Sessions is AG at The Trumpster’s pleasure until it’s time to shut the various “gates” being herded into place, in my opinion. We shall see.

  24. Mary November 19, 2017 at 7:23 am

I expected better from A.G. Sessions. Maybe somebody has dirt on him. Or maybe he’s been warned what happens to those who wage war against the deep state. M.L. King, the Kennedy brothers, state Senator Shaffer, Seth Rich, etc. I wonder sometimes if politicians are lobotomized before or after they are elected to public office.

  25. Debbie November 19, 2017 at 11:28 am

Trump is smarter than people give him credit. He’s playing their game. I think of the political game that takes place in D.C. like the movie The Departed. If you’ve seen it, it wasn’t just a double-cross or a triple-cross; no one trusted another, and couldn’t for survival. One of the best movies ever! I agree with the comment about lobotomization of politicians. Have you looked at McCain lately? I don’t see any evidence of a scar across his upper left eye and down the side of his face. How is that possible. Remember, he jumped up from brain surgery to run to capitol hill to vote? If we knew the truth we’d be horrified. The demons are running the country. Let’s continue to pray for a hedge of protection around Trump.

  26. Creamy puff November 19, 2017 at 5:12 pm

Jeff Sessions is not a very good lawyer and has no business being AG. Apparently NOBODY wants the position because they might be suicided at Ft Marcy park!
