California: The Home of Everything That Is Anti-American
California, the home of many communistic, totalitarian state government, has produced many controversial, liberty-stealing piecess of legislation. For example they want to outlaw home schooling. The have effectively outlawed the sale of the Bible and they want to outlaw the criticsm of any vaccine courtesy of Representative (flim) Pham man. However, there is one movement that is going to be a trend setter for every state government across America that I think deserves further examination and that is the passage of a law that requires solar paneling on every new home.
California Is the Home of Agenda 21 Policies
California is the world’s fifth-largest economy and the State already has a reliable record going green, Agenda 21 style. Clearly, this new California law originates from Agenda 21 and the centralized contol of all energy. California is determed to have all sources of power to be “natural” by 2030, hence the new term for Agenda 21, now called Agenda 2030.
The California Building Industry Association (CBIA), estimates that only 20% of the single-family homes built in California have solar panel installations. At least seven cities in the state already have solar required Agenda 21 mandates regardingt the solar panel presence of new buildings.
“Adoption of these standards represents a quantum leap in statewide building standards,” Bob Raymer, the technical director for the CBIA said in remarks to the energy commission prior to the vote in Sacramento. “No other state in the nation will have anything close to this — and you can bet every one of the 49 other states will be watching closely to see what happens. Rayner went on to say that builders will significantly reduce overall compliance costs and to provide increased design flexibility.” He further admitted that such a program has never been required before.
Energy Credits Are Part of Agenda 21’s Complete Control of Energy
At the core of Agenda 21’s cap and trade policies which will provide UN oversight of the use of all energy, the subsequent state’s solar mandate for new homes includes compliance credits for the installation of battery storage technology. These compliance credits is just another term for carbon credits, in which all energy use is assigned a value that is controlled by a Public-Private-Partnership of private unaccountable wealthy people. That means homeowners with the rooftop solar systems will be able to capture cheap electricity during the middle of the day and keep that power onsite for evening hours when rates tend to go up. And they can buy and sell the credits. Hence the term, compliance (ie carbon) credits. .
The Impact on Home Prices
The California commission estimates the solar mandate will add an average of about $9,500 to the upfront cost of single-family houses but result in about $19,000 in energy savings over a 30-year period. However, what they are not telling you is that all the profit goess to the central authority controlling the energy credits.
For residential homeowners, the commission estimates that the standards will add about $40 to an average monthly payment over a 30-year period but essentially save consumers $80 on monthly heating, cooling and lighting bills. And anyone who dealt with climate change policies will attesst to, claims that the stated upfront cost are miniscule compared to what the actual cost will be.
The approved standards still allow new home construction to continue with some natural gas but the state is pushing to reduce gas need over time and facilitate a shift to high-efficiency electric appliances, such as heat pump water heaters. All-electric homes using solar are seen as having lower greenhouse gas emissions and less energy consumption than those that use natural gas.
Who Is Really Behind This?
It is easy to pin the point of origin for this program on the UN’s Agenda 21 (aka 2030), policies. However, what is not getting mentioned here are the Agenda 21 policies that are a result of the combination of United Nations and California state government working together. This is where Agenda 21 policies come into play because of Calexit.
Calexit, as I have covered extensively on this site, is the attempt of the extreme left, led by Gov. Jerry Brown, to leave the US as a protectorate of the United Nations. California is a foothold state for all Agenda 21 policies and this is no different . This solar energy program is a foothold movement designed to to spread throughout the country and the world.
Once the UN has control over all energy, they will effectively control all of the economy because a first world country’s economy is based on energy and consumerism resulting from this product including the manufacture of goods in an Agenda 21 friendly plant, the shipping of the product (requiring energy) to market and the need for the consumer to travel to a store to receive the product. However, the last step of this marketing product is in the process of being eliminated. The retail apocolypse is in full swing and retail outlets are being replaced by Amazon and Walmart’s home delivery services. The latter development is fast becoming the norm. Why? Because soon, Americans will not be able to afford the energy costs to drive to the store. A centralized monolithic company (eg Amazon) will control all product delivery under the new and emerging Agenda 21 energy policies. This explains why Walmart is in a heated competition with Amazon for internet baed retail marketing. This is called positioning.
If the people of California let these controversial Agenda 21 policies continue unabated, it will mark the defacto UN takeover of the economy. This will spread like wildfire across the country because California control 25% of all American retail and Amazon is driving out all fo the brick and mortar stores in the name of internet ordering and centralized delivery.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention one thing. The Chinese government controls almost all of the solar enery industry in the world. In fact, I have written several articles detailing ow the control of solar energy farms in the United States is managed by a front company owned by the Chinese military.
Let the invasion begin!
