The New King of Censorship, Microsoft, Controls All Content On Your Computer

Headquarters for the Fourth Reich

Microsoft, previously absent from any conversation regarding censorship and resulting tryannical behavior, has now moved to the head of the class when it comes to Deep State, globalist tyranny.

Notification of Changes to Microsoft’s Terms of Use

Last night at 6:46pm Pacfic, I received an email from Microsoft advising me that the terms of my usage agreement with Microsoft had changed and by virture of the fact that I was using their product, I have offered my implied consent to the new policies.

My wife and I reviewed the major points of the terms of of service over dinner. Her concluding comments included “Microsoft thinks that they can takeover everyone’s computer….” and, “Is there a viable alternative?”

These terms of service are more objectionable that Twitter, Facebook and Youtube (ie Google). The social media giants regulate the public’s behavior while they are on these globalist owned platforms. However, Microsoft has taken it upon themselves to take literally control of all of your files, photos, instant messaging and emails.

Here is a brief summary, along with my commentary on the new King of censorship, Microsoft.

Key Excerpts of the Service Agreement

The following parts of this article deal with Microsofts new Code of Conduct, enforcement of the Code of Conduct and their ability to regulate and control virtually every part of your computer experience. Please take note of the following introductory statement and Nazi-style authoritarian tone of the directions (“you will follow..)

3. Code of Conduct.

  • a. By agreeing to these Terms, you’re agreeing that, when using the Services, you will follow these rules

  • iv. Don’t publicly display or use the Services to share inappropriate content or material (involving, for example, nudity, bestiality, pornography, offensive language, graphic violence, or criminal activity).

What Microsoft is doing in Section iv, is to use what sales people refer to as the foot-in-the-door syndrome. They get you to say yes in the beginning to the obvious and most objectionable behaviors (eg nudity, bestiality). However, they quickly tell you, by inference, that they will decide what is pornography, offensive language, etc. So, if I say that Bill Gates and his sterilization vaccines sucks butermilk, they can declare me to be i violation of this provision and terminate my Microsoft account. Microsoft has declared complete editorial control over my work.

  • v. Don’t engage in activity that is fraudulent, false or misleading (e.g., asking for money under false pretenses, impersonating someone else, manipulating the Services to increase play count, or affect rankings, ratings, or comments).

The above (section v) is very objectionable. The law says that you may use any name you want so long as you are not doing so for explicitly illegal reasons (eg identity theft). However, Microsoft is saying that you must use your given name.  In doing so, they have granted themselves more legal authority than the government enjoys in statute.

  • vii. Don’t engage in activity that is harmful to you, the Services, or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, posting terrorist content, communicating hate speech, or advocating violence against others).

No ethical and reasonable person wants to see computer viruses transmitted. However, viruses are only transmitted online. Therefore, this software company is stating that they control your online behavior. This is not within their legal jursidiction regardless of how illegal or unethical the online behavior is.

You will notice that there is no definition of terms anywhere in this terms of service agreement. What is stalking? If I write several articles critizing Hillary Clinton’s character, is that stalking?  The policy is written in such an open-ended manner, that the policy can say whatever Microsoft wants it to say.

Please note the use of the terms terrorist content and hate speech. Generally, terrorism is defined as engaging in acts that are designed to intimidate for the purpose of changing bheavior of a targeted individual or group. Therefore, when I link the Deep State’s criminality with the Democratic Party, is that terrorism? It is unclear. However, we have been down the road with regard to hate speech. In today’s upside-down world of liberalism and hate speech is anything that the liberal left does not agree with. On Youtube, for example, if I produce a pro-Hillary piece, that is perfectly acceptable. However, if I discuss how President Trump has improved employment or the trade balance, my video is immediately demonitized because I am engaged in hate speech against the left. Stating that there are only two genders is considered hate speech by the left. And in the case of Mike Adams his whole Youtube account was terminated. With Microsoft, the terms of service are even more draconian.  Your entire Microsoft account can be cancelled because you engaged in hate speech (eg offering a second opinion). And in offering an opinion, for example, you state that you look forward to Judgment Day upon the Second Coming of Christ and will look forward to heinous and nefarious figures (eg Hillary Clinton and Bill Gates) being thrown into the Lake of Fire for their sins against humanity. Microsoft, reserves the right to terminate your account.

  • b. Enforcement. If you violate these Terms, we may stop providing Services to you or we may close your Microsoft account. We may also block delivery of a communication (like email, file sharing or instant message) to or from the Services in an effort to enforce these Terms or we may remove or refuse to publish Your Content for any reason. When investigating alleged violations of these Terms, Microsoft reserves the right to review Your Content in order to resolve the issue. However, we cannot monitor the entire Services and make no attempt to do so.

Please note that Microsfot is granting itself the right to commit online piracy and hack into your email and personal files. If I purchase an automobile from a dealer, they do not have the right to later enter my automobile without my permission and they do not have the right to inspect my mail. Yet, this is exactly what Microsoft says they have the right to do.  This is not only piracy by Microsoft but it is a violation of the 4th Amendment (search and seizure) and due process (termination of account). And where did Microsoft get permission to act as a law enforcement authority?

  • ii. Account Use. … If we reasonably suspect that your Microsoft account is being used by a third party fraudulently (for example, as a result of an account compromise), Microsoft may suspend your account until you can reclaim ownership. Based on the nature of the compromise, we may be required to disable access to some or all of Your Content.

If a liberal troll were to hack into your account, any account, Microsoft states that they have the right disable access to any and/or all of your content.

11. Choice of Law and Place to Resolve Disputes. If you live in (or, if a business, your principal place of business is in) the United States, the laws of the state where you live (or, if a business, where your principal place of business is located) govern all claims, regardless of conflict of laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs all provisions relating to arbitration. You and we irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that are heard in court (excluding arbitration and small claims court).

The above statement says that in all disputes, Microsoft will retain the home field advantage. Your case will be heard by their judges, in their courts and in their backyard.

Skype

  • Policies that apply to your use of Skype to protect against fraud and abuse and that may place limits on the type, duration or volume of calls or messages that you are able to make.

Many of my colleagues in the Independent Media use Skype to broadcast their shows. Please note that in these instances, Microsoft has granted themselves the right to determine what limits to place on their Skype activity (ie broadcast) as well control the volume of calls or messages they are able to make. How many of you were aware that Microsoft controlled Skype? I certainly did not and neither have several of my colleagues that I spoke with.

Conclusion

Populism is sweeping not only the United States, but it is sweeping the planet. People are sick and tired of globalist corruption and greed. The censorship efforts of Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube have failed to stem this tide of populism. Microsoft is making a last-ditch effort to control all behavior related to your computer. This is illegal and violates several anti-trust laws. The bigger question, America, is what are we doing to do about it?

Look into Linux. Most programs are free, compatible with Microsoft, and I’ve found, work very well. There are different “kernels” depending on your need. If you think Linux doesn’t have the muscle you need, they Linux runs most servers in the country.

When you go on line your computer will be on a network. If you have Microsoft operating software you will be grabbed by the Microsoft network, however you can specify another network if you know how, but they will occasionally grab you from time to time and you will have to change it back. Most people don’t realize that you are not the only one using your computer, when you are on the network the network uses your computer to route data grams, other communications traveling from one computer to another will sometimes go through your computer. I once ran a Pentium Pro computer running Microsoft Operating System II and different networks were constantly trying to grab my computer for their network especially since my computer was running Windsock 2.2 and the restriction on the maximum number of connections a computer can have had been lifted.

last week I let them install an update on the old computer. After 6 hrs of updating it never worked again. The new one seems to be having a really hard time reaching all my old news haunts. Liberty mill prepper website health ranger heck even you dave. I got the same e-mail you did and just deleted it. I found your take on it and at least has some idea of what the stasi were doing. Keep up the work Dave they would not be going to such extremes if you and all the rest of the free media were not making a huge differenc.

Gee, Linux has been around for over 20 years, and *none* of its numerous flavors evidence any of the above objectionable characteristics. One of the Linuxes considered easiest for Windows users to transition to is Mint Linux. As for Skype, it starting going downhill right after MacroSquat bought it out. MS constantly adds new “features” (read: code bloat) without much actual improvement in usefulness. For basic telephony, use a SIP application, such as Ekiga, which offers an optional dialout number just as does Skype. For teleconferencing or other multicasting, use Free Conference Call or similar offerings. Alternatives abound! See (https://prism-break.org/en/) for more tips.

The only solution, appears to be a violent one.

Oops – should I not have said that? Will Microsoft stooges hack into my computer & delete everything? Should I break down & buy an iMac?

Linux is doable, but then I’d probably have to learn some computer programming, and I have no doubt I’d screw it up. Installing software is one thing, but the prospect of learning programming is intimidating, to say the least.

If Linux & Ubuntu could be so simplified that the public could switch over to their systems, that might work.

Way too much free speech going on for someone(s) liking. Maybe a problem too if anyone in any part of the world can log on and find real opinions of real Americans, and that most of us do not trust our own government, CIA, FBI. That we know a false flag when we see it. The way the world is currently managed, free speech can’t be allowed to continue. Either the free speech goes away, or the deep state goes. Can’t coexist. Altering each other to false flags past and present takes away their power to manipulate. Is anyone posting online a strong desire to make enemies of the rest of the world? Seems like their finding ways to start charging us criminally for what we post online. Get control like China so they can go back to using us as good little pawns in the rich man’s game

  7. Gifford Rodine March 25, 2018 at 10:21 am

The alternatives include UNIX in various forms including Mac system x, and several less convenient to use graphical user interfaces.

  8. Andrew March 25, 2018 at 10:22 am

Maybe it’s time to boycott MS, move to a different OS like Linux which is free and open source….no “licenses” , no asking permission to do something….by MS saying what they are saying, they are in violation of Title 18 USC sec 241, 242, Title 42 USC sec 1983, 1985, which is: Conspiracy Against Rights and Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law….punishable with fines and up to 20 yrs in prison….there are other violation out there that are being broken as well, one that comes to mind is RICO….something to think about..

  9. Vietkonggook March 25, 2018 at 11:31 am

Look at the back of the One Dollar Bill and see the all seeing eye of Horus… This is total censorship in our midst. Its already here, not too far away as they would like us to believe.

  10. Stan March 25, 2018 at 11:53 am

It’s not surprising. Microsoft has been around a long time, much longer than Facebook, Twitter, and Google. They are very wealthy and they are a very very very Left wing organization. It all makes sense. I guess something like Linux is looking like a better alternative to Msoft.

  11. m.eric March 25, 2018 at 12:09 pm

Point of interest: All aspects of King County in Washington State are corrupt beyond comprehension. I will leave it at that other than I will go out of my way to avoid any type of business there.

  12. Wb March 25, 2018 at 1:05 pm

So it begins. The State makes ready to lower the boom. Shutting down the internet of conservatives will happen when the roundup begins. Nobody will get warned beforehand. EMP will be used to shut down all communications so people across the country will have no clue what is happenning outside their own neighborhoods.

Beautiful flower stickers over the sound and camera holes.
    Have been there for years.

  14. JJ March 25, 2018 at 1:16 pm

I don’t Skype, Google, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube.
So, they’ll have to invade me another way–I’m sure they are already.

Yes, they know every purchase I’ve made.

  15. Bill March 25, 2018 at 1:56 pm

I received the same email. Click the link to the full Microsoft Services Agreement and review the following:

    1. Your Privacy.
Your privacy is important to us. Please read the Microsoft Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”) as it describes the types of data we collect from you and your devices (“Data”), how we use your Data, and the legal bases we have to process your Data. The Privacy Statement also describes how Microsoft uses your content, which is your communications with others; postings submitted by you to Microsoft via the Services; and the files, photos, documents, audio, digital works, livestreams and videos that you upload, store, broadcast or share through the Services (“Your Content”). Where processing is based on consent and to the extent permitted by law, by agreeing to these Terms, you consent to Microsoft’s collection, use and disclosure of Your Content and Data as described in the Privacy Statement.

    Your Content:
2 b. To the extent necessary to provide the Services to you and others, to protect you and the Services, and to improve Microsoft products and services, you grant to Microsoft a worldwide and royalty-free intellectual property license to use Your Content, for example, to make copies of, retain, transmit, reformat, display, and distribute via communication tools Your Content on the Services.

So, they acknowledge that you own your content, but then state that they can use it how they like. Time to make the switch to TAILS or Linux, and consider hosting your website in Iceland, the country with the strongest Internet privacy laws and the only country with the guts to jail some bankers after the ’08 debacle. The government also forced their banks to forgive ALL mortgages… payback is a bee itch!

  16. Pat Flamberg March 25, 2018 at 3:15 pm

Knowledgeble computer industry insiders and savvy users have already banished Windows and replaced their operating system with OPEN SOURCE Linux. Where have you been all these years?

  17. John March 25, 2018 at 6:12 pm

Ive been saying this for years! They do it, because WE allow it! So what do we do?

  18. Savannah March 25, 2018 at 7:57 pm

Wow!!! They brought the big ole HAMMER down, finally. Not surprised at all — easy to see coming. I only use XP right now, and have not allowed any Miccrosoft updates for several years, ever since they began forcing Windows 10 on everyone. Not being tech-knowledgeable I have no clue if this will help me stay in control of my computer and info. If not, I guess I’ll have to try Ubuntu. That will likely be an ordeal for me. Anyway, yeah, I KNEW Microsoft bought Skype. At the time I figured Skype would gradually become crap. I never installed Skype. So glad I did not. Oh, I do have a chromebox that I use with another monitor. So far, Google HAS NOT denied me access to any site or content — not that I do much except for the much aligned Alex Jones, and other truth media outlets. Yep, Google-YouTube is hardcore censorship though.

Not much different than the arrogant tyrants at Amazon. For 2 months I have been unable to ask questions of vendors or posts reviews, for items
that I purchase from on Amazon. After hours on the phone I have to date not received any explanation to how to solve this
from Amazon. Only vague references to a plethora of ways in which I MAY have violated their sacred rules.
Here is the latest response in totality from the ass hats at Amazon:

Bill Gates thinks he is God. True, many need to leave their pants on, but, that is not the majority. I had windows 7. It finally refused to work. I knew windows 10was a giant spy network for the World policeman. Stopped usiing computer. I do use ipad, and come to conclusion that the globalist are everywhere. Will stickwith ipad at present.

Bill Gates is always invited to the annual Bilderberg meetings. That should tell you something.

Interestingly enough,IBM may be thinking the same thing about Microsnot. A search for IBM supported operating systems yielded this page, where they have a note that “Microsoft Windows* versions after Windows 8.1* aren’t supported on Intel® Desktop Boards.” : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005640/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards.html – so what does THAT tell us? Seems that even Big Blue doesn’t trust Microsnot, either. We don’t purchase a copy of Windoze, it’s only a LICENSE to use it. Ergo they can do anything they want with THEIR property. (BTW, we don’t own “our” cars or homes, either. The state does, since they have the titles to those. Why do you think we have to pay property tax and license/registration fees? ) As to the question of spying on us, they have ALWAYS had that ability from the beginning. I remember the big “news” about Andrew Fernandes finding the _nsakey in Windoze NT4 back in ’99. All of the computer community was freaking out about it. Having been involved in the industry from the beginning, I had always assumed, given what I’d seen, that anybody who provides the O/S for something that the governments and military organizations of the world, and specifically the US, use for almost all of their day-to-day operations, is going to be in bed with them and providing a back door into everything the users do and say with those most excellent data-gathering machines.

The NSA isn’t the only organization downloading everything you do to their servers every time you turn on your phone computer.

Consider Linux, Ubuntu or something else.

Get the version of linux called puppy. Fits on a memory stick and will boot from the memory stick almost any pc. Take your pc with u, just boot the pc in the local libray with yr stick and go go go.
Easy to install on any windows machine as a dual boot system, keeping windows as your secondary system. There is a bit of a learning curve, but a couple of nights will see u up and running. No need to learn any code etc.
Windows emulators are freely available for puppy, as are firefox, audacity and video software.
Puppy comes with a lot of apps already installed and its an interface just like windows.
    Regain control of your pc.
