A Republic Madam, If We Can Take It Back

When asked what type of government the American people were going to participate in, by a well-meaning woman, a stern Benjamin Franklin warned that our new government was going to beA republic, madam, if you can keep it.

Ron Paul once embodied the very best of our Constitutional principles as he served as our only real national voice of freedom. I believe that Ron Paul would answer this question about the type of government that we have by saying “A republic, madam, if you can take it back.

Now that Ron Paul is gone, is there any possibility of salvation for our country?  Can we restore our once great country or will the American government be irretrievably lost to the special interests who would dare to use our country for their own ends, regardless of the cost?

The death of democracy is not likely to be an assassination from ambush. It will be a slow extinction from apathy, indifference, and undernourishment.”

Robert Hutchins

America has indeed been living on momentum which began with the Founding Fathers and has been perpetuated by successive generations of American people, until recently.

Increasingly, the American people are witnessing the abrogation of their political rights, their economic futures and the heritage of its children. Yet, the events which would have plunged America into the throes of a bloody revolution only a couple of generations ago are met with notable indifference today.

As we take stock of the true State of the Union, I would ask that you pause and hear the warning of world visionaries from previous generations who successfully fought the same revolutionary battles which Americans find themselves fighting today. Most of these voices that you will hear from come to us from our own Founding Fathers, and some messages will come from world figures. However, they all clearly tell us what we must do to preserve our way of life.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win

 Mahatma Gandhi

Can we restore America? Will it take a revolution to resurrect our once great country? I would prefer the revolution be political, social and economic as opposed to violent.

When the Great Awakening of the 21st Century appears, the American masses are going to awaken from their slumber and begin to take stock of what they have lost and I am not certain that the response will not be violent. The masses will angrily wonder how things changed so quickly. However, the truth is that some Americans have been warning the country about the very dangerous path that our country is on and how it is a threat to our way of life and potentially lethal to our very means of existence! Yet, the early revolutionaries of any movement are met with derision and charges that they are lunatic conspiracy theorists. Time will tell if enough Americans will heed the clarion call from those who see real danger in our midst. The American people should collectively ask themselves if they are truly free of tyranny; or, do we have a lot of work to do?

Many of us can feel that we are on the precipice of something monumental which will indelibly shape our future for better or for worse. While the country is waiting for the other shoe to drop, every American should take a moment to reflect on the true State of the Union and then decide on a course of action.

When the government fears the people there is liberty; when the people fear the government there is tyranny

Thomas Jefferson

All too frequently in the course of human events, government becomes the personal instrument and private broker of the privileged class in order to get what they desire from the lower and the middle socioeconomic strata. However, you and I live in a nation which was founded on truth, justice and fair play for the masses. The Founding Fathers believed that an empowered populace held the key to national and individual success and that it was the government’s role to facilitate, not to inhibit its citizen’s individual initiative.

For Adams and Jefferson, facilitation of individual success was achieved by a “laissez faire” attitude which limited the government’s ability to interfere in the social and economic lives of its law-abiding citizens. For the most part, the early role of American government was to serve the people, not to empower itself with a bravado sense of demagoguery. And, “we the people” had the right and ability to choose leaders who would preserve our freedoms and would help to enhance our future endeavors. Today, we have degenerated into a morbid sense of fascism, rigged elections and planned obsolescence of the American people.

The country was lost when we allowed the Political Action Committees to donate to political campaigns. Subsequently, there are only two groups of politicians today. There are those that are bought and paid for and there are those that will be bought and paid for. Multinational corporations run our government, our banks, steal our homes, ration our health care and if they have their way, they will soon steal your children. Has anyone else noticed that after Ron Paul stepped aside, these tyrannical actions by the bankster controlled government have accelerated?

I will not bow down to the New World Order. I want my government to fear me. We should all want our government to fear all of us.

If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace

                                       Thomas Paine

I grew up believing that America provided a path to success for anyone who was willing to work hard enough to realize their dreams. And for the most part, as a first generation college graduate, I have been blessed enough to experience a measure of success in my pursuit in a variety of rewarding careers which has culminated in the realization of a relatively comfortable lifestyle. But as I examine the opportunities and the country we are leaving to our children, I have come to realize that America has been subsisting on momentum created by much wiser and philanthropic generations that the current leadership ruling over our country at this time. I am left wondering why America could not remain the America that I came to love and cherish as a child.

With the advent of the unending looting our nation’s treasury through the bailouts, our children’s generation will continue to witness career and subsequent economic success reserved for only the most ambitious and the most gifted as the middle class is being systematically exterminated by free trade agreements. We live under a tyrannical government which only serves the global corporations while only pretending to listen to its people every four years.

When the people find they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the Republic

Ben Franklin

Ben Franklin foretold the rise of the Federal Reserve, which would come to dominate every facet of American life.  The Federal Reserve, the most evil organization on the face of the earth, revels in starting wars which kills millions. Ask yourself, what form of Republic Democracy would permit its central bank to hide its financial activities from the Congress? The answer would be only a tyrannical government ruled by dictators would sanction this obfuscation of their financial dealings.

Our country, in the pursuit of our special interest wars, in the name of big oil, has produced an American economy which is broke on a level never seen before in American history. Further, the flawed Federal Reserve System which has further bankrupted our children’s economic futures through the continued printing of worthless paper money while these international bankers take their cut (prime lending rate) right off of the top. This practice represents the biggest protection racket in our country’s history. Over 150 years ago, we warned about these eventualities.

....corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed…

  Abraham Lincoln

We have a significant higher number who are the victims of a system which “manages” the health care system, currently at a record profits pace, so that many of our seriously ill patients are denied life-saving medications and treatments because they are “deemed” experimental or too expensive. And now with Obamacare, we will see real death panels which will deny treatment to elderly, etc.

The gap between global corporate CEO’s and its American workers used to be 30-1. Today, that figure is 278-1. The growing gap between rich and poor is growing at an alarming rate. Congress looks the other was while American based corporations export American jobs to the Africa, Asia and the Pacific Rim where workers do not unionize, ask for raises and will work for pennies on the American hour. Meanwhile, the Wal-Marts are allowed, with impunity, to ship these same products back to American consumers . The net effect is that in real, inflation adjusted dollars, Americans are working for about 20% less and working about 20% more hours that they did in the 1970’s.  Americans are more productive that they have ever been before, but it is the global corporations who are realizing the real profits. Who is the bigger enemy to the American people, the bankers or the oil companies. The short answer is that they are one in the same.

“Our liberty cannot be guarded but by the freedom of the press, nor that be limited without danger of losing it.”

Thomas Jefferson

Any revolution needs to develop a collective consciousness among its citizens as a precursor to real action. The Founding Fathers were able to accomplish this feat by holding Town Hall meetings, forming the Committees of Correspondence and they even created their own colonial legislatures in which they sought the redress of grievances against the oppressive British government. Despite today’s high speed communications, modern day Americans largely lack the electronic means to politically bond its citizens from coast to coast into a sense of collective awareness needed to educate the country as to who is the real enemy of the American people and what needs to be done

If we are going to raise the consciousness of the American people, it is not  going to be through the corporate controlled media. Support your alternative media.

“If it be asked, What is the most sacred duty and the greatest source of our security in a Republic? The answer would be, An inviolable respect for the Constitution and Laws.”

Alexander Hamilton

The President and Congress have obviously anticipated future American civil unrest through the systematic erosion of the American Constitution and the purchase of 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition  and over 2700 armored personnel carriers. DHS has not made these purchases because they are fulfilling their mission to protect us.

Patriot Acts I and II and the Military Commission Act, which essentially makes it a crime to disagree with actions of the government. The Military Commissions Act, with the new found ability of the government to snatch American citizens off the streets without probable cause and to violate the tenets of habeas corpus,  has destroyed free speech, the right to a speedy trial and the avoidance of cruel and unusual punishment. And of course, there is the granddaddy of them all, the NDAA which can secretly arrest, detain without limits and even to commit murder. We can only move to protect ourselves when we admit that the government is not our friend. They may be knocking on your door in the near future, but they aren’t coming to help us with their 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition.

Many constitutional scholars view the NDAA, the Patriot Acts and the Military Commissions Act as being representative of the establishment of a police state. And every police state cements its power through establishment of a gun confiscation scheme in order to disarm the elements of the populace that the government seeks to enslave.

Let us not forget that the first shots of the American Revolution took place as British soldiers were attempting to seize Colonial weapon caches. And now Obama is trying to steal our gun. Ask yourself, since 90% of the guns used in the commission of a crime are stolen, why are certain government officials so intent on separating law-abiding Americans from their guns?

America, it would be suicidal to give up our guns. However, we do possess alternatives short of commencing a violent revolution.

The modern day American Revolution will begin with self-aware American adults, like yourself, who are long enough in the tooth to fully realize what we have collectively lost and are about to lose. I would encourage all of you to begin to educate your family, neighbors and friends to the plight that our children will face if we are not able to reverse the global corporate takeover of our great country. In a manner similar to the movie, Pay It Forward, we all need to devote a portion of each day to tell anyone who will listen what we are losing and what we must do to recapture our American way of life.

A Six Point Plan to Take Back Our Republic

I know that some of you are wondering what you will tell your fellow Americans. And more importantly, what must we do to reverse these sovereignty snatching trends? First, if we are to recapture our country, a modern day revolution will have to be based upon six principles:

(1) We must eliminate the privately owned federal reserve and return to metal backed currency.

(2) We must practice diplomacy with all but avoid, at all costs, engaging in engaging in bankrupting our fellow nations, and provoking and pursuing undeclared and unconstitutional wars of occupation.

(3) We must withdraw from all so-called “free trade” agreements. Free trade is not fair trade and the American people have paid the price with the loss of millions of jobs for the benefit of our corporate masters.

(4) Re-establish the United States Constitution as the supreme law of the land not the United Nations or any central bank.

(5) Americans need to immediately move to outlaw the practice of corporate campaign donations. We must end the two party stranglehold over our political system and we badly need to unelect all incumbents if we are to break the corporate stranglehold over our political system. Americans need to permanently exterminate the Republican and the Democratic parties (i.e., the global corporate party) from the landscape of the American political scene.

(6)  America was founded on Biblical principles. Every first year law student is taught that the Ten Commandments are the fundamental basis of our legal code. We desperately need to return to our roots.

You Are the Resistance

You are the resistance and if you are only able to talk to one person per day, seven people per week, 30 people per month and your efforts are multiplied in proportion to your efforts, the 5 million Americans who formerly supported Ron Paul will exponentially grow in number and reach a counter critical mass of angry, newly aware Americans who will stop at nothing to reclaim their country.

Control of the future is within our grasp. Let history write that the Second American Revolution began here and it began with people like you and I. And this war against the forces of evil can most likely be won without firing a shot, we only need to wake up our fellow Americans.

“Every generation needs a new revolution.”

Dave, I have read all you have written for six months, and even caught up reading some of what I missed. When you wonder about who you are reaching with your efforts to interview, research and write, I am one of them and I really appreciate the work you do!
Your “Six Point Plan” is sound. I have another important consideration. I have found most of the people I talk to very resistant to even “checking out” the websites I have listed on a flyer. My own family members who know and love me, are still in the resistant group. (I have to believe that they will wake up sooner because I have continued to talk about what is happening!) When I was looking up information about fluoride I found out that fluoride in the water makes people stupid and more passive, and easier to rule! .highstrangeness.tvwww/0-3360-battle-against-fluoride-growshtml
So, we need to stop fluoride treatment of water in this country. I just wonder if this might be why people are not even interested in checking out the facts for themselves? Dave, your site is number (1) on my flyer. Keep up your good work!

The Founding Fathers were all Freemasons. Franklin was in the satanic Hellfire Club.

Does anyone ever think a bloodless revolution will really work? When revolution is necessary against tyrants, is there any historical record of it being bloodless? Hint: American Revolution, French Revolution, et al. Also this danger inherent: any revolution at this point is extremely dangerous because many people who appear as “American” actually are indoctrinated into communistic collectivist ideals, and are already waiting in the wings at the levers of power. The mechanisms are in place to slide the United States into open police state style lock-down. The ideals of individual liberty are now waning rapidly. Acting in civil disobedience is now met with authoritarian style force, and voting is reduced to meaningless activity by preselected candidates. (Read the Behavioral Science Teacher Education Plan on the internet (BSTEP).

“The Founding Fathers were all Freemasons. Franklin was in the satanic Hellfire Club.” That may be true, but they sure did tell us the truth if only we had listened.

In my opinion a future administrative-political structure of a country will not just be a republic as it was the case so far. It will not work. I believe that the best possible solution for a democracy will be only with the direct participation of the public on a daily basis in government; in other words a direct participatory democracy. The key element in a direct democracy will be the control, the people control over the govt., and the control of the entire elected and on any public servant paid from the budget and every public institution.
This can be done by allowing people to vote for or to dismiss the senators or congresmans every day, and not every 4-5 years. If one senator does not perform well, the public can get rid of it the very next day.
It is now technically possible to put in practice a permanent vote system where you can elect, dismiss senators/congresmans, implement or abrogate laws; much like today many hundreds of thousands of peoples signs petitions.
At #1 get rid of FED is of course a good decision, but can you keep it over time? How can you prevent a second take over in the future?
No #2 to #5 are also good ideas. But again it is extremely important for the people to have all the power over the elected persons and institutions and this power must be exercised on a daily basis. For example FED didn’t just appear from nowhere. The FED and other institutions alike can come into existence only if there is no effective control from the public.
No #6 is more like a wish. But the key issue is the control system which must belong to the people.
In my opinion the only efficient control system exercised by the public is possible only in a direct participatory democracy. This will disperse the power over a large spectrum of peoples and not just to the ones which has the biggest purchase power.
Into a such system how will ever be possible for the congress to vote for a war, or to increase the military budget, or to cut from the health or education budget, or to infringe the #1 to #6 afore mentioned points from the plan? All this is possible only if a small group of peoples (the ones which have the most powerful purchase power, the corporations) are in control and owns the senate or the congress.
For me the most important thing is not what to do, this is simple to named, it is basically to reverse what is doing today. The most important thing is who will have the control? And even more important, how to keep this control to the public?
Theoretically, even today the control belongs to the public who have the “privilege” to “vote” from time to time.
Aristotle once named the highest form of politics “politeia”, which basically means a participatory democracy. In his views, politeia is a different state of politics situated above democracy. I think he is right. Will the world be ready to ask for it?
If we want to keep it (the republic), we must to! Other wise, I’m afraid that the wish of Benjamin Franklin will remain… just a wish.

Dave I definitely concur with your six points, however human nature being what it is will prevent the people of the entire nation coming together on anything much less standing up against the elitist collectivists who occupy all pillars of power. From the White House to a local town council and everything in between, the marxist vermin that emerged during the mid to late 60’s and their children have successfully taken over the reins of government from top to bottom. After my second tour in Vietnam with the 3rd Marines I was send back to CONUS and couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing, it was as if satan himself had taken control of the intellectuals’ minds. Our people have become complacent and dependant on government for all their needs and desires, especially the minority populations. The only way to “fix” this state of affairs we all find ourselves in would require the military to take the reins of authority, arrest and put to trial every elected person, every cabinet secretary and their chiefs of staff, all so called czars, shut down the central banking system and hold new elections for all positions vacated by the arrested progressives and marxists (Zionists). In other words do what Iceland did. I do not believe the American people in general have the stomach for armed resistance, only former military combat veterans, current military and a good portion of law enforcement would be able to successfully accomplish our desires and will of a free people.

We need to save our Republic…or maybe State, by State….to start with. This will help to save the rest of the world too. The power of zionists, international bankers, and globalists will be crashed when people get informed and wake up to reality.
But nothing will happen until we establish free media, newspapers, TV, radio and education system. Those institutions must again serve people – and not the ruling evil doers, who control the media in most of the world.

  9. In that all corporations are bound by the law of territory in which they conduct business,
all the conceits of authority that ANY corporation makes against the sovereignty of the territory’s vote-enfranchised/sovereign-by-elected-representation persons
is arguably a violation of VA18.2-111 statutory embezzlement – whether singly or in combination,
    whether before or after-the-fact,
    whether as principle or agent.

ANY VA lawyer, being an officer of the VA court, and
so under judicial supervision and therein deemed by statute to have taken notice of the law,
that combines in that fraudulent embezzlement of the laws true benefits in any fashion,
gives evidence that they are perpetrating VA18.2-481(5) statutory treason of “Resisting the execution of the laws under the color of its authority”.

If ANY VA lawyer or judge countenances such VA statutory treason without raising the required by statute ‘hue & cry’ they evidence their perpetration of VA 18.2-482 “Misprision of Treason”.

Virginia has all the laws necessary to make a law-required non-violent revolution to restore the rule of OUR laws duly authorized under OUR incorporated governments’ Constitutions.

ALL we need is a VA governor that will do his sworn and penal code obligated duty to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” by repenting of his prior criminal complicity and prior criminal countenancing of VA18.2-481(5) Treason, and receive pardon from his duly empowered Lt. Gov. under the virtue of the Governor’s parole oath.

Then all sane officers of the court of VA would choose to receive the same pardon under the same parole oath.
Upon that time and given that parole oath NO lawyer in VA would permit ANY corporation to defraud ANY person of their due law if they had any cause to know that such VA18.2-111 embezzlement of the law had occurred.

Upon that time and given that parole oath there will be a gentle orderly cascade of “Constitutional Reset” restoring the Constitutionally republican form of government in Virginia, its federal government and likely in other state of these united States. And it will be effected by many small freely made choices.

#1 is to force the current government out, as Iceland did. Then we start making arrests.
As the Constitution is written, if we followed it, the Republic would work. The people are the power, Congress has 22 areas of authority only that we grant them, mainly in interstate and overseas areas. The Executive Branch has even less specific areas of authority and mainly executes the laws Congress pass. Executive Privilege relates only to those specific areas we have granted authority, it is not a ‘do what I want or plead the 5th’ privilege. Even the Judiciary has specific areas that it is permitted to rule on. All 3 branches as we all know have run wild, making laws they have no authority to make.
Everything else passes to each State and us, the people. Then there are of course our God-given or Natural rights as human beings. The right of self-preservation, self-defense for instance, the right to live unmolested, the right to speak without being attacked; as long as we respect the same rights for others. The government has no authority to make any law whatsoever regarding guns, this is our natural right to self-defense, so we don’t even need the 2nd Amendment. We have to remember that the Constitution does not give us our rights, it guarantees them, but I’m preaching to the choir.
With regard to Treaties: No treaty shall be valid if it contradicts the Constitution. The UN certainly has no authority over gun control, treaty or not, because it directly opposes our basic law of the land.
Sorry to go on and on… but it’s so frustrating!
And Marco Rubio is NOT eligible for the office of President or Vice President!
