The chemicals in ‘regular’ soda besides the sugar is not good for you either!

Regular soda is full of high fructose corn syrup which is also bad. Many sodas full of caffeine. The dark sodas can cause higher risk for kidney stones. Ice tea, lemonade or ice water rate tops. Anyone drinking these sodas doesn’t think straight. When I’m running errands I take a 24 oz Bubba tumbler filled with ice water with me.

This article is correct and spot on. The regular sodas, however, is also deadly with their HFCS content and other artificial colors. Beer is not a good substitute; due to the hops used to make it, is highly estrogenic.

You’re better off drinking RO water, watermelon juice, beet root juice, pomegranate juice, carrot and celery juice.

A good drink to sip through the day is 3 tsp. of apple cider vinegar and a touch of honey in a small tumbler of water – non-fluoridated, of course.
