The now you see him, now you don’t Putin, reappeared on March 16 in during his meeting with Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev in the Konstantin Palace outside St. Petersburg, Russia, Monday, March 16, 2015. Why did he disappear for nearly two weeks? How has Putin changed in the following seven months following his imposed disappearance? Since Reappearing, the world is on a clear path to World War III.

Putin’s Kidnapping and Re-Emergence with a War-Like Attitude

When Putin disappeared for 10 days, he was not answering to the Russian oligarchs. The bankers were obviously pushing Putin to be more aggressive. Why? Because the banksters from Basel (i.e. the Bank of International Settlements. Since Putin disappeared for nearly two weeks in March of 2015, he has come out swinging for the fences and the world is on a collision course for World War III.

The China Factor

In the past two articles, I detailed how China’s aggressiveness in the South China Sea is tied directly to a Chinese assault upon the US economy, through inhibiting trade with nations associated with the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP). Further, through the construction of militarized artificial Islands in the South China Sea, Taiwan’s ouimport/export financial health is imperiled as well. Taiwan represents about 7% of America’s GDP with regard to total trade volume. As was documented in the previous article, China’s intended disruption of US trade, through the TPP, could impact total US trade by as much as 40%. In short, China is engaged in a total economic attack upon the United States.

Russia and China Are Employing Simultaneously Imposed Attacks Against American Hegemony

Briefly, and as previously discussed, World War II will be fought over the dominance/decline of the Petrodollar. For over three years, the forces at the Federal Reserve have tried to devise a justifiable means to invade Syria and Iran because they were non-participants in the Petrodollar scheme whereby nations had to first purchase a federal reserve note prior buying oil. Both Iraq and Libya were topped by US led coalition forces to maintain the Petrodollar. There was a time in the world when forsaking the Federal Reserve Board’s Petrodollar dominance, meant that countries got invaded and the leaders of these countries were killed. With the emergence of the BRICS, the worm has dramatically turned.

The following is a brief recounting of how Russia has checkmated the United States and as a result, the dollar is on life support.

It is no secret that Putin is attempting to restore the Soviet Union to its full glory in the same manner as existed in the 1970’s. This can best accomplished through the reunification of the old Eurasian States. The linchpin in this reconstruction of the former Soviet Union begins and ends with Ukraine. The Federal Reserve interests, still smarting from the undermining of the Petrodollar, used the CIA to ferment a coup against the Russian-friendly Ukrainian government and ousted it Moscow-friendly  government. As the readers will recall the Russians retaliated by overrunning Crimea and threatening to nuke the United States over its aggressive intentions toward Syria and Iran.

Ukraine is critically important to any reunification of the Eurasian empire. In retaliation for the undermining of the Petrodollar in emanating from Syria and Iran, the CIA caused Ukraine to go into civil war. As a result, the Federal Reserve many not have fully salvaged the Petrodollar, but they prevented the rise of the former Soviet Union by creating a quagmire in Ukraine.

Russia still holds a trump card because nearly 40% of European/NATO nations’ natural gas supply (i.e. home heating oil) passes through Ukraine. Putin could blackmail these NATO nations, but NATO sent many troops to the region as a show of force.

The United States went so far as trying to entice Ukraine into joining the European Union. This would be the end of any re-emergence of the Soviet Union. For all intents and purposes, Putin was checkmated by the events in Ukraine.

The following map clearly describes the importance of Ukraine for the Russian oil interests.

The quagmire in Ukraine ties up the Russian energy industry. This is payback for the Russian disruption of the Petrodollar.

The quagmire in Ukraine ties up the Russian energy industry. This is payback for the Russian disruption of the Petrodollar.

The Russo-Chinese Energy Deals

The Russians responded to the setbacks in Ukraine by forging massive energy deals with China. These deals did help to ensure the future of the Russian oil industry. However, these deals do nothing to aid Putin in the reconstruction of the former Soviet Union.

Russia and China cement the biggest international energy deal in history.

At the heart of the American economy and the Petrodollar is energy and Russia and China just cemented an agreement where they do not need the dollar. The Russia –China  $400 billion energy deal, signed in May of 2014, will by 2018 have some 38 billion cubic meters of gas flow through the so-called ‘Holy Grail’ pipeline from the largest gas producer, Russia, to the largest energy user, China. This deal  is many things at once: It is, of course a symbolic step in the process of decoupling hydrocarbon trading from the dollar, as it foresees payments in local currencies, rubles and yuan. It sidesteps the  Petrodollar for hydrocarbon trading. Over one-third of the planet just moved away from the dollar when this recent deal was cemented.

As if the Russian-Chinese energy deal is not bad enough, the BRICS are driving a stake into the American economy as they have set up a  new development and investment bank for all of the BRICS countries. The banks  will be headquartered in Shanghai, China, with the first president of the bank will be from India.

The Turkey Factor

In a direct means to compensate for the loss of Ukraine as an energy hub, Russia reached out to NATO member Turkey and reached an accord to bypass Ukraine as a conduit for oil shipments.

The fragmenting of NATO

Turkey’s gas deal,  inked with Russia in the Spring of 2014, represents one more time that the grand chess master, Putin, had apparently outmaneuvered the amateur checkers player, Obama.  With this gas deal, Turkey may not have formally left NATO, but make no mistake about it, Turkey had left NATO with this deal. Further, Russia could bypass Ukraine with regard to the shipment of Russian oil.

Turkey and Russia are long-time adversaries since the implementation of the Cold War and the advent of the 1947 Truman Doctrine. This gas deal looked like a staggering blow to the U.S. and NATO because Turkey has been not only a key NATO ally, but it has been the linchpin of all American efforts to bypass Russia with oil and gas pipelines. The situation caused by the Turkey-Russia gas deal was so dire, that in the event of World War III, the U.S. would be forced to destroy this pipeline. In other words, Turkey has just become a military ally with Russia.

South Stream was supposed to run through the Black Sea, Bulgaria, Serbia and Hungary into Austria and points west and it attempted to counter South Stream by proposing another pipeline, called “Nabucco” which was to have linked Austria, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria with Turkey and Azerbaijan. This pipeline failed because the United States failed to secure funding for the pipeline and or a source of gas. Are you keeping a body count of the NATO allies which are going to have extreme difficulty heating their homes and businesses and are now subject to Putin’s blackmail? From a military perspective, these nations provide a buffer between Russian invasion of America’s primary NATO allies of Germany, France, Italy and the UK. Putin will now focus on seeking defectors from these four allies.

The United States/Federal Reserve avoided catastrophe because they were able exert enough pressure on Turkey to withdraw from their Russian deal. Turkey backed of this deal in July of 2015 after the CIA began to exert real pressure on Turkey.

Checkmate on Putin and his attempt at using oil to blackmail members of NATO into leaving the alliance.

Putin will not be denied his dream of one day ruling over a resurrected Soviet Union. Subsequently, Putin called Obama’s bluff and invaded Syria and now Russian/Syrian forces are preparing to force all rebels out of the country. Syria also serves as a base of operations for Russian military activity in the Middle East. If I were to hazard a guess, I believe that Putin will chase ISIS into Jordan and World War III will commence.

Russian and Chinese Strategy

It is interesting that Russia and China have adopted similar strategies with regard to simultaneously attacking American alliances which will serve to weaken the American economy. In the South China Sea, China is imperiling Taiwan’s economy through disrupting trade in the South China Sea. Further, these moves by China imperil any economic benefit by the United States participation in the TPP.  On the other hand, Russia has driven a wedge into NATO, even though he was not able to kill NATO. However, Germany did come out in support of Russia’s invasion of Syria.

It is clear that Russia and China are attacking America’s alliances in preparation for WW III.

The joint Chinese/Russian strategy which seeks to weaken the US and separate her from her military and economic allies is having some effect. It is a “death by a 1000 cuts strategy”.

The United States on the other hand, has been successful in preserving its alliances and blocking the re-emergence of the Soviet Union.

At what point do these frustrations boil over and the shooting starts for real? When the US Air Force and the Russian Air Force can make visual contact between each other’s planes in Syria, it is just a matter of time until this cold war turns hot.

Don't wait for the collapse of the dollar because it will be too late.

God bless Vladimir Putin, his military, and the Russian people. America has operated from the bully pulpit for the entirety of its existence. In my lifetime we have brought untold horrors on the Korean people by not finishing the Korean War, we fought for ten years in Southeast Asia, leaving millions upon millions of innocent civilians dead on the ground, countless other smaller engagements around the globe, and culminated with fifteen years of another unnecessary, illegal, treasury breaking, stupid war in the Middle East. We could have taken the high road to supreme leadership of this planet, but instead we chose to be the rich, spoiled, obnoxious, self centered killer bully that had to destroy nations and murder their leaders. Just look at what a damnable mess we have created everywhere we have left a footprint. Insanity reigns and a long overdue well deserved hell is about to rain down on us. Has history ever witness such an absurd excuse for a nation as America has become?

I would like to be a fly on the wall to hear all the leaders scheming to fool their citizens and blame the other side for starting WWIII

  3. informed October 15, 2015 at 9:21 am

Dave, I’m usually with you on most of your posts but this is way out of wack. Don’t you think the world is tired of Mr. OB’s and Amerikas BS and wars? The bankers are after all the worlds money, property and we are after all their resources. Wouldn’t you fight back too?

I applaud Putin and believe him when he says he is not against us but wants all this crazy s#it to stop. It needs to stop and he will make it stop. I’m ashamed of what our country has become. The terrorists of the world.

The above link will get you started on the boardgame Diplomacy. I am going to pretend people take the time to do their due diligence.
1). BIS or as Dave refers to them Bastards of Basel or my Dummies’ Club are the closest real life has to a Gamemaster (GM). Davos, TED, Bilderberg, and etc are effectively where leaders of public and private interests mingle to convey their desires and what they’ll do in situations. This enables the BIS to play both sides of the conflict to profiteer-racketeer while seizing further control by promoting desired solution objectives. BIS is not an impartial GM.
2). The system operates under controlled opposition or false paradigms. Let me tell you the people in the hobby that I’ve met who are directly and indirectly familiar with Henry Kissinger state he is a ruthless and calculating hobbyist. Basically, if you align with him, you best to guard your border, he’ll tear you apart otherwise.
3). Russo-Indian-Sino V US and NATO is designed to destroy Western belief systems namely individual rights, liberties, and freedoms and Innocent Until Proven Guilty.
Take a good long look at the Court’s decisions, the only anomaly is the Second Amendment repeal of the 1870-90s redefining of militia. However, it matters not if the US government is able to overhaul the US Constitution by Constitutional Convention by involving the Federal government. Each state has the power to secede from the Union as each state is a member state that granted the Federal government its authorities. It can’t give what it didn’t possess from the start hence the 10th Amendment.
4). The West is taking on people who possess ill-will and intentions to Western traditions and values such as the US’s Bill of Rights and Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Open Borders are desired because it weakens that nation’s unity, and the lack of central identity by traditions and values despite diverse cultures is Multiculturalism. It’s basically Civilizational sabotage. Those people will ensure governmental authorities increase in power simply because they believe the public relations that the West is rich and free, yet it isn’t especially not after 9/11.
5). BIS will survive the conflict. The Dummies’ Club will simply change hosts like any other parasite capable of doing so.

So, let me get this right- if the TOP succeeds, we are done…….and if China/Russia wreck it, we are done. Alright then, since we are done regardless, I’m on the side of whoever will kill or topple or corrupt government, so sign me up as a Put in supporter. We are obviously dead either way- either by foreign troops, or by our own military being ordered to kill us. F the United States. I’m embarrassed to live here. I just got back from a refreshing week in Mexico, and will be making immediate plans to live elsewhere (closer to the equator) immediately.

When Israel went into sin and refused to repent. YHWH gave them a wicked King (President) before He Judged Israel. America your time is about up, it is now or good by America.

Vineyard of the Saker – A bird’s eye view of the Vineyard recently posted a compelling analysis of recent and possible developments in the evolving relationship between China and Russia.

Written by an apparently very knowledgeable author writing under the pseudonym of Larchmonter 445, the DOUBLE HELIX: CHINA-RUSSIA provides an in-depth analysis of these two powerful countries’ strategic alliance, written by somebody who looks at it from the Chinese perspective.

  8. jackie boy October 15, 2015 at 11:55 am

Once again Dave, you got it wrong. The only thing that stands in the way of total global enslavement by the EU and USA is Putin and the Russians. God Bless Putin and Russia.

  9. Arizona October 15, 2015 at 12:14 pm

CONSIDERING,how americans support the bombing of every country on earth, and now europe is over run with peoples who were fine,TILL the USA decided to bomb their homes into rubble and their cities into ruin,EVERY VOTER in america should have to pay $100.00 a month,to support them, and if they won’t pay, stand them up against a wall and shoot them, migrant problem solved………..

  10. Super Dave October 15, 2015 at 12:14 pm

is there any truth to to Putin’s death reported by his ex? Is the real Putin still alive and in office…according to his ex he has been dead for years

  11. Rasputin October 15, 2015 at 12:57 pm

Right on, Informed!!!! I really don’t believe that Russia or Mr Putin are the devils that many of us were led to believe they were, for too many years.

It is beginning to look as though Russia and Mr Putin may wind up on the right side of history snd our “leaders”, not so much.

  12. vsterman October 15, 2015 at 1:45 pm

Dave, you repeatedly state that Putin / Russia “Invaded” Syria. In fact, Russia has responded to the invitation of the legal, elected government of Syria to help protect their national sovereignty. Whereas the West instigated this entire mess with yet another abysmal installment of our failed Arab Spring campaign of establishing ragtag proxy terrorist groups to over-throw yet another legitimate government (Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt). When will this insanity end? Stop using this language of the U.S. begin the innocent party in these situations.

  13. Wiskey-Alpha October 15, 2015 at 2:08 pm

All wars are banker wars. Have you not noticed how our congress and courts have been compromised. Obamy and the rest of them do as they’re told. It wont end till we hang the Rothschilds. All of them..

  14. 395 October 15, 2015 at 2:50 pm

If America wasn’t the big bad wolf of planet earth some other country would be and things would suck worse!

  15. BelieveActs2 October 15, 2015 at 6:13 pm

Excellent research/news article, Dave. There are many prophecies regarding the Russia/China invasion and destruction of the United States (which you are likely aware of, given your connections with the Hagmanns and Steve Quayle). One in particular that comes to mind is Henry Gruver. He was given a vision of this invasion, back in 1986. There are many sites, both on YouTube and websites that discuss his vision. I found this website that gives both the narrative and provides a link to the Youtube version of it:

You can also find other related prophecies regarding the looming Russia/China invasion. If you look at what was shown to Dumitru Duduman (link below), he includes additional countries who will partner with Russia and China. I found it interesting that Cuba is mentioned, given the news of Cuba sending troops to Syria to assist with the Russian efforts.

Thank you again for speaking out truth, that helps break through the dark fog of government-sponsored delusion and disinformation.

  16. LanieLou October 16, 2015 at 4:39 am

I agree with almost all your article except the primary point; I do not think this is about Putin restoring the SU; I think it’s about the BRIC’s destroying the NWO Marxist Cabal of the IMF, Fed, Bilderberg’s/Soro’s & Bored Billionaires. The BRIC’s intend to maintain their sovereignty & Agenda 30 hands all the world’s assets to the Marxist Cabal.

To succeed, all the BRICS need is to convert other nation’s to their world bank… and seeing as the BRIC’s Bank is backed by Gold… and the Marxist Cabal’s IIMF/Fed dollar is backed by… well… printing more dollars…. the writing is on the wall.

I don’t think Pooty Poot is out to destroy America; I do think the BRICS want to nail the coffin shut on the NWO Marxist Cabal’s Agenda 30 world control scheme.

  17. Lawrence Ambrose October 16, 2015 at 6:03 am

Dave, it appears that some here weren’t persuaded by your “stop worshiping Putin” article. 🙂

I still am not finding a convincing coutnerargument in your position to the massive economic entanglement of China and the US, which makes a “hot war” devastating for both countries financially. That is not to say that China isn’t highly motivated to challenge US hegemony (both financial and military) by deals with Russia and other BRICS countries as well contesting territory in the China Sea and improving its own military. Still, wars almost never occur between countries that are profitably involved in mutual trade.

  18. Telnic5 October 16, 2015 at 10:39 am

Dave are you backing up phony money and hegemony of the US by killing millions on this planet including Americans which is what the Globalist will do with their Fema camps and planned death squads? I did not hear about Russia and China reducing the worlds population down to 500 million. Maybe you should show your audience the evidence of Russia and China doing this. I did hear about the Globalist doing this including having 66 million people in the US (PNAC) which means they are going to have to get rid of almost 200 million people in the US. You support this???

  19. Teach October 16, 2015 at 12:23 pm

Dave, it is a sad day in this country when Putin is seen as a better man than an American President. Yes, I realize the one we have leaves a whole lot to be desired. We are still Americans, at least for right now, and I don’t think we need to look at Putin as good in a classic good vs. evil battle. Evil is in control of both sides. I agree that we are living in a powder keg waiting for a spark.

  20. Kodiak October 16, 2015 at 12:43 pm

I have to agree with the other comments here. As they say, “judge them by their deeds not their words”. I agree almost 100% of what Putin is doing and has done. I’m having a hard time understanding your perspective of him.

I’m hoping that you have not been compromised but it’s starting to look that way.

  21. luke October 16, 2015 at 2:46 pm

This all part of the good cop/bad cop strategy used by all three of the countries’ elite to sell WWIII and effect a re-set

  22. toejam October 16, 2015 at 6:43 pm

One of the fundamental principles of nationhood and the national interest, is when any nation fights for and is under the control of another nation’s interest that nation loses. American has been rampaging around the world economically and militarily since WW1 for the interest of a foreign and alien ideology. Now the chickens are coming home to roost, big time.
By ignoring the advise of President Washington of friendly relations with all nations, on an equal bases, but non-involvement in their affairs, and the American people, unable or unwilling to clean out the rats nest in Washington DC, toejam calls the Knesset annex, America, and it’s rapidly disappearing White race, is headed for the trash heap of history.
With most Americans living a lie with a vested interest in fallacy,
and along with Europe, have become universal dumpsters for all the third world jetsam and flotsam to set up housekeeping in the what was referred to as “The Camp of the Saints”.
Now it’s the Camp of the Idiots.

  23. TEAM PUTIN October 17, 2015 at 12:19 am

I completely agree with what “Informed” commented. We got Crispy Cream Chris Christie, John McCain, Carly Fiorina saying they would put no fly zones in syria and bomb Russian fighter jets. Nothing but a bunch of warmongers who would love to start WWIII and then retreat to their underground bunkers while were out here fighting. Enough is enough with these f*cking maniacs and Putin agrees.

  24. Rockdoc October 17, 2015 at 4:29 am

Putin is dead. A double is standing in for him now and he has been coached very well. Compare the photos of Putin preMarch and now. You’ll see what I mean. Someone else is running the show in Russia now. I suspect Zhirinovsky. Rockdoc

  25. Churchill October 17, 2015 at 4:44 am

For all those Putin lovers out there searching for a new Savior. . If ever a BRICS member Nation ever separates its self from the United Nations, please inform me.

  26. Birdie October 17, 2015 at 7:00 am

In response to Taxdn2poverty, informed, and all the other Putin apologists out there:
    1) The fall of the USA, for which many of you are so zealously cheering, will not bring about any improvements in the world condition. The legions of problems in the world, for which you solely blame the U.S., will not abate. In fact, they will increase and will be seen to be largely a result of the human condition and other “drivers” that are much larger than the United States. Many of those drivers (or causes) are beyond anyone’s power and much of the rest emanates from the bankers which Mr. Hodges has covered numerous times but many of you do not seem to be listening.
    2) Assuming you are not just Kremlin Shills, it is unfortunate that so many do not take a larger reading of history. Instead you have filled your minds with anti-US propaganda which myopically looks at the last 15-20 years of failed U.S. foreign policy to the exclusion of a broader view. It also completely ignores the myriad of achievements and contributions bettering humanity for which the U.S. has been solely or primarily responsible over the past 200+ years. Additionally, the revisionist myopia has gotten out of hand that many now don’t even acknowledge that the cold war had any validity. Others naiively believe that since the main stream media told us the cold war ended, therefore our enemies are no longer enemies. So not only do these voices excoriate the U.S. in its current state, they also denigrate the aims of our ancestors who faced off against the Soviets during the cold war cynically declaring such a struggle to be simply a pursuit of profits or American hegemony. Simultaneously the naiive voices of the so-called moderates tell us “don’t ya know the cold war is over?” Both camps deride the whole cause of freedom for which the U.S. has been engaged for these many decades while at the same time enjoying what remains of the freedom which in many regards is still greater than that enjoyed in most places such as Iran, Venezuela, China, North Korea, or Russia. In effect, you make the childish and sophomoric claim to wisdom. The claim insists that all for which our forebears struggled against was a fraud, our enemies were either never enemies or they are now friends. Your myopia, as the west collapses, will soon be apparent. I would only ask that you who are not shills visit these places before war breaks out that you may see the miserable conditions which these countries keep their own citizens. You will be shocked and amazed at how much better off we still are in the west. Many have gone to such places to “bug out” from the “corrupt west” and come back shocked and amazed at how bad “the world out there” really is. If you have not gone to these countries, you have absolutely no idea.
    3) Virtually all of the evils for which the so-called “alternative media” blames as being solely the domain of the “evil western powers” are, in fact, used and employed both sides. …or perhaps we should say all three sides because China will ultimately be seen to be not on the side of the Russians but on their own side. However that will not be the seen until their common enemy, the US, is destroyed. Once the U.S. is out of the picture, the stabilizing influence which she exercised will be gone and instead of “a new utopia” we will see an increase in warfare as myriads of states settle ancient scores. Fights that American power prevented. For example China will have a “free hand” to reclaim Siberia without any major power to restrain them against the Russians. Many such old scores will be settled in that period – showing an increase in warfare rather than the new utopia that all the America haters falsely foresee. Also all those evils now exclusively seen as sins of the west, such things as using the sword rather than the pen, propping up dictators, utilizing false flag attacks, putting corporations’ profits over people, will be seen as universal evils. The deluded belief system of the myopic alternative media consumers that such sins are the sole domain of the U.S. will in fact be displayed as what they really are – universal human and state vices whose existence actually stretches back into ancient history.
    God help us all.

  27. Taxdn2poverty October 18, 2015 at 3:52 am

Birdie: “Failed foreign policy for the last 15-20 years”. Seriously. I read a lot of history, contrary to your opinion, and the Yalta Conference was not within the last 20 years. Yalta was a dismal failure. What about the treaty of Versailles, considerably before the 20 year window. Or the embargo against Cuba. The Korean war. I seem to recall being sent to a place called Vietnam. Now we have endless war in the Middle East that is walking us up the gallows. And as long as the United States is snuffed I could care less about the world order after the collapse. Washington DC has just announced it will grant 16 weeks of paid leave to City Employees. Sixteen weeks at taxpayer’s expense. That is my beef with this country. Get the Government employees under control and we will have a path to healing. But that will never happen.
