Halliburton Got Away With Murder

This week, Halliburton, the contractor that worked on BP’s Deepwater Horizon oil rig, has just gotten away with murder! This rogue corporation has agreed to pay a mere $1.1 billion dollars to settle most of the lawsuits over its role in the Gulf of Mexico spill. The settlement is lower than the $1.3 billion dollars that the Houston company had set aside for the case.

Justice still has not been done as Halliburton, BP, Goldman Sachs and Transocean got away manslaughter and illegally profiteering from the misery that these four corporations perpetrated on an entire region of the United States.

Many In The Gulf Will Never Get Their Lives Back

During my investigative work on the Gulf oil explosion, I have made several friends in the Gulf and I take what happened to the people in the Gulf  very personally. So many people in the Gulf have suffered so much and their lives have been so degraded.

In the early days of the aftermath of the explosion, Kindra Arnesen became a spokesperson for the victims. Her husband, David, was a highly successful shrimp fisherman and like so many, he lost his business. Despite what Halliburton, BP, Transocean and Goldman Sachs would have you believe, the people in the Gulf were never fully, or even mostly compensated for their losses. Kindra is frequently sick and breaks out into rashes. David has gray “goo” oozing from his ears. Their beautiful daughter is constantly sick and since the spill has rashes and shows signs of acute asthma, something she did not have a trace of before the event. In Kindra’s last appearance in my show, she told stories about how every child in her daughter’s elementary school is sick. Children, with their hair falling out is the norm.

Nobody has made the Arnesens whole. One billion dollars paid out by Halliburton can’t come close to compensating the people of the Gulf for the horror that they have been through and the financial losses that they have suffered. As bad as the leaking oil was, the use of the highly toxic chemical, Corexit, was used to ostensibly “contain” the spill. Corexit is banned by 17 countries. The EPA ordered that Corexit not be used. However, the rogue corporations did it anyway. I have previously reported that NALCO was manufacturer of the Corexit. I also previously noted that Halliburton, Goldman Sachs and BP were partners in the manufacture of Corexit. In other words, these corporations benefitted from the use of this highly toxic chemical which killed, at the average age of 51, every clean-up worker from the Exxon Valdez oil spill. However, this did not stop these perpetrators of this event from profiting from their own complicity in perpetrating this event. And still, nobody goes to jail. And if you don’t think officials from these corporations should not go to jail, read the following details of their criminal activity:

was drilling at the base of the Deepwater Horizon. Very coincidentally, only 11 days before, on April 9, 2010, Halliburton purchased Boots and Coots for a quarter of a billion dollars. Just who is Boots and Coots? Coincidentally, they are the largest oil clean up firm in the world. And when the explosion took place 11 days later, wasn’t it fortunate that Halliburton was at the scene armed with Boots and Coots as they capitalized on their timely good fortune. Whatever happened to that oil rig, happened as a result of Halliburton’s actions at the base of the oil rig. Were the actions of Halliburton deliberate? You bet they were as Halliburton was in the right place at the right time to sabotage the oil rig. Plus the black box of the oil rig was never recovered. On The Common Sense Show, Captain Kelly Sweeney stated that never before in history had a black box been not been recovered from such an event. Further, the six hours of tapes from the bridge  of the oil rig went missing and nobody was held accountable for this cover-up. If the average person was associated with these facts as I have written, we would all be charged and go to prison. And if you want to know if there was criminal intent, please consider that Halliburton’s profits increased 83% in just 3 months following the Gulf Oil Crisis.  Eleven men had to die and the ecology and environmental safety conditions for 30 million Americans had to be compromised in order for Halliburton to  enjoy its good fortune. It was simply raining coincidences on April 20, 2010!

All along, I have contended that Halliburton was only the first mover on that fateful night, and their criminal intent had three noteworthy accomplices.

Halliburton’s Partners In Crime

British Petroleum was the owner of the oil being removed from the floor of the Gulf. BP CEO Tony Hayward sold 40% of his BP holdings in the weeks prior to the spill and paid off his mortgage on his estate in Kent, England, avoided staggering losses. And true to form involving the pattern of perpetuating a false flag event with media complicity, on June 8, 2010, less than six weeks following the oil spill, BP bought Google and Yahoo Search Terms, related to the oil spill, in an obvious attempt to conceal as much of the truth as possible from the public.

Goldman Sachs and Transocean instituted a “put option” on Transocean’s stock for preferred Transocean insiders the very morning of the explosion. Transocean boldly walked away with a $270 million dollar profit immediately following the explosion because they had doubly indemnified the rig only weeks prior to the explosion through Lloyds of London. This alone should have been enough to trigger a massive investigation. The subsequent cover-up for this event began in 2007, three years before the event, as Goldman Sachs reorganized Transocean, the owner of the destroyed oil rig, into a Cayman Island corporation. In doing so, it made Transocean virtually impossible for Congress to investigate and  subsequently discipline the perpetrators.

Oh, and the President got his hands dirty as well. The late Bob Chapman, while appearing on the Alex Jones Show in June of 2010, revealed that Obama’s only asset holder, Vanguard I and Vanguard II, dramatically sold off BP stock only few weeks before Gulf oil explosion. Chapman also revealed that “According to this FSB report the largest seller of BP stock in the weeks before this disaster occurred was the American investment company known as Vanguard who through two of their financial arms (Vanguard Windsor II Investor and Vanguard Windsor I Investor) unloaded over 1.5 million shares of BP stock saving their investors hundreds of millions of dollars, chief among them was President Obama. The FSB further estimates in this report that through Obama’s three accounts in the Vanguard 500 Index Fund he stands to make another $100 million over the next 10 years as their largest stock holding is in the energy giant Exxon Mobil which they believe will eventually acquire BP and all of their assets for what will be essentially a “rock bottom” price and which very predictably BP has hired Goldman Sachs to advise them on.”

The top five dumping institutions of BP stock just prior to the spill included Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. (-4,680,822),  Wachovia Bank National Association(-2,667,419) and it is important to note that Wachovia is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, thus, making this one tight little family of co-conspirators. We also see massive dumping of Sanders Capital, LLC (-1,371,785) and PNC Bank, National Association (-1,177,413) brings noted globalist George Soros into the conspiracy as well. And we now know who orchestrated the entire event as these massive sell-offs of BP stock, BEFORE the event shows foreknowledge and criminal intent as these criminal institutions failed to warn the 11 men who lost their lives on April 20, 2010.

Millions Will Die Premature Deaths In the Gulf

Famed researcher, Dr. Wilma Subra summed up the situation in the Gulf like this, “The toxicity is in the air, it’s in water, it’s in the food and most of all it is in the people”. These were not just words spoken by Dr. Subra, she found benzene levels 65 times the expected level  in several people she tested in the Gulf.

The average Exxon Valdez worker, as I have stated, lived to be 51. What impact will this event have on the people of the Gulf? Will the coastal residents lose 10, 20, 30 years off of their collective lives? We will not know for another 40 years what the impact this even will fully be. Meanwhile, we, as a nation accept the small slap on the wrist just doled out to Halliburton. The depraved indifference of the American public is almost as great as what is on display by the perpetrators of this event!

It is also important to note that Ken Feinberg was put in charge of dispersing funds to the victims in the Gulf. This is the same Feinberg who played the same role after 9/11 when he denied first responders who came to the rescue medical coverage. The government ordered that $20 billion dollars in restitution be paid out. To date, a little over $4 billion dollars has been paid out. Meanwhile, these four corporations are enjoying record profits! Is this not a microcosm of the public’s indifference to the NWO takeover of America?

The facts are horrifying. I wonder whether it would help people to wake up and respond if a video were made showing people responding in an ideal manner to the disaster and the actions. There could be an interview section where many different people give outstanding, succinct comments and a section detailing how investors massively pull out of related companies and take other actions until a proper amount of settlement is payed. I am suggesting a video illustrating what one would hope to see occur. Perhaps even a video where the responsible parties do the right thing would be of value. It would remind us of how upright people used to conduct themselves.

If I am not remiss on my information, Halliburton is the parent company of the contractor paid to maintain and BUILD dentention centers across America. And Dick Cheney owns Halliburton.

Dave , I take it your not a coincidence theorist . Thats why you are such a thorn in the behind of the NWO .
I saw videos of Kindra Arneson speaking at town hall meetinngs. I was shocked at absence of Fox , CNN, . It is terrible that many of the gulf coast residents are suffering from this deliberate catastrophe .
Doctors have been told to not blame peoples conditions on the spill just like they are doing in Japan with Fukishima .

Too many people are missing the BIG picture here: the Gulf Stream is the reason that European winters (especially in England) relatively mild. The Gulf Stream is basically dead thanks to Halliburton – am I the only one who has noticed the winters in Europe have been much more severe since the Gulf spill? Just as Fukushima killed the Pacific, Horizon killed the Atlantic. What a wonderful world we live in! It can’t be too much longer before the Almighty says, “Enough!” Prepare through prayer!!

These people have been killing for a long time, nothing is new about this. Dick Cheney is old and he is about to meet the creator, face to face. Just like a lot of these scum politicians. Let them go fast, they can’t take that money with them, they can try and make havoc and chaos and destruction even after they are gone. But they have their payment afterwards waiting for them in Hell. They can put that obelisk on top of their grave, that don’t help anyway they still will burn.

“Is this not a microcosm of the public’s indifference to the NWO takeover of America?” You are to kind Dave. The American people, for the most part are comatose; mainly as a result of the mass media, public schools and people’s ability to swallow hook, line and sinker the lies of government officials and corporate CEOs.

Can there be any doubt that the corporations mentioned in Dave’s article and many more not mentioned are run by psychopaths. Corporations like governments are abstractions, a man made edifice. They don’t exist in the natural world. The corporations and governments run by psychopaths, the genesis of evil, become psychopathic in their activities.
The general public, existing in their stupor, goes along with this evil, as they have for thousands of years.
Never before in world history, beginning about 200 years ago, have the psychopaths had such a world wide command.
    The rise of the psychopath.

One of the greatest tools of the psychopathic technique of control and power are the world’s religions. Religion can create passivity or wrongly directed violence. Believing that they will be “saved” by a savior descending from the clouds (water vapor) or that evil comes from the savior’s alter ego of his Father’s own creation, most normal people are blind to the supreme danger
of the real “genesis of evil”; the deviate mentality of the psychopathic personality. The psychopathic in a psychological sense may be indeed a separate sub-species of homo-sapiens.

Unless the 95% of the emotionally normal people of the world wakes up to what this 4-5% of the emotionless, conscienceless deviate psychopaths are up to, they may fined themselves indeed in the pits of hell, a thermo-nuclear one.
Only the psychopaths could have invented such a device.
And only the psychopaths have and will use it with lots of help from the blinded and brainwashed normal people.

The um uh, “sludge” gets deeper and thicker here in Colorado… you should see the tv ads. First an infomercial re: how great fracking is, then another re: how wonderful Haliburton is… they must think all of us are STUPID.

  16. kono k September 6, 2014 at 6:19 pm

Do not believe for one minute that BP or Halliburton sabotaged their own rig. The real truth is not the conspiracy many so dearly want to believe. It is more higher shenanigans than corporate level – it is political; was done to obfuscate and distract; BP and Halliburton are under orders to act and react as they are doing – so that the lie is believed. The author of confusion and chaos is behind this deed, and his minions do his bidding. North Korean marine commandoes blew the rig – and America surrendered to darkness and allows all this chaos on purpose. North Korea is a proxy for China; and Obama is a friend of China. Navy Seals discovered this, and were killed for it to be kept secret. Everything else that happened was orchestrated to make you think exactly as you are; even planting information. That is the nature of the evil – it prides itself on being able to deceive us so easily. All the falling leaves that fell, knew they were going to fall; and were helpless to stop the fall – thus their pride had to go, first.

All Obama wanted to do was protect American companies – He did his best to destroy BP, when all along Transocean and Halliburton were the ones that actually created the oil spill, but because they are american he protected them – America will always look after it’s own, they have shown this in the first world war and the second when they made war profits and only came in when they were forced to –
