Merry Christmas From the United Nations: The UN Arms Treaty Took Effect on December 24th

35 Then Jesus asked them, “When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals, did you lack anything?” “Nothing,” they answered.

36 He said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.

Jesus view of gun control is made clear in Luke 22:35-36, in which Jesus commanded his followers to purchase a sword in defiance of Roman law. Within the Roman Empire, to carry such a weapon was a crime punishable by death. I submit that this represents Jesus’ view of gun control, for when a government is permitted to disarm its citizens, genocide is usually what follows next.

Gun control and Gun Confiscation Has Preceded Every Instance of Genocide In the 20th Century.

Twentieth century governments committed “democide” (i.e. genocide committed by government) to the tune of murdering 262 million of its own citizens according to a University of Hawaii study. Just to give perspective on this incredible rate of murder by government, “this democide murdered 6 times more people than died in combat in” all the of the wars fought in the 20th century.

How quickly we forget the lessons of history. If we ever allow government to subvert the second amendment, we very well could be witnessing a prelude to an American genocide.

There is nothing as dangerous to a totalitarian regime as an educated and well-armed populace. No Child Left Behind and Common Core are taking care of the well-educated variable. While Connecticut is leading the way in stripping Americans of their right defend themselves from a tyrannical government as called for by the Founding Fathers and the Second Amendment, these gun confiscation laws are taking care of the well-armed variable.

Before we strip away our last line of defense from an increasingly totalitarian government, by acquiescing to the United Nations and American advocates for gun control, perhaps we should examine a partial list of  the end game resulting from past gun control efforts:

  1. In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915-1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves against their ethnic-cleansing government, were arrested and exterminated.
  2. In 1929, the former Soviet Union established gun control as a means of controlling the “more difficult” of their citizens. From 1929 to the death of Stalin, 40 million Soviets met an untimely end at the hand of various governmental agencies as they were arrested and exterminated.
  3. After the rise of the Nazi’s, Germany established their version of gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, 13 million Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill, and others, who were unable to defend themselves against the “Brown Shirts”, were arrested and exterminated. Interestingly, the Brown Shirts were eventually targeted for extermination themselves following their blind acts of allegiance to Hitler. Any American military and police would be wise to grasp the historical significance of the Brown Shirts’ fate.
  4. After Communist China established gun control in 1935, an estimated 50 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves against their fascist leaders, were arrested and exterminated.
  5. Closer to home, Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayans, unable to defend themselves against their ruthless dictatorship, were arrested and exterminated.
  6. Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves from their dictatorial government, were arrested and exterminated.
  7. Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million of the “educated” people, unable to defend themselves against their fascist government, were arrested and exterminated.
  8. In 1994, Rwanda disarmed the Tutsi people and being unable to defend themselves from their totalitarian government, nearly one million were summarily executed.

The total numbers of victims who lost their lives because of gun control is approximately 70 million people in the 20th century. The historical voices from 70 million corpses speak loudly and clearly to those Americans who are advocating for a de facto gun ban as proposed by the United Nations. Governments murdered four times as many civilians as were killed in all the international and domestic wars combined. Governments murdered millions more people than were killed by common criminals and it all followed gun control.

Merry Christmas From the UN

Merry Christmas from the UN The U.N. Arms Trade Treaty took effect on Christmas Eve. Even though the theory has very little chance of being ratified by two-thirds of the Senate, Second Amendment advocates are concerned that the Obama administration will use a United Nations treaty as a basis for executive action on gun control as well they should be. Still, others feel that this leftist gun control treaty becomes binding international law and any Executive Action by Obama would merely be an endorsement of our nation’s contractual obligation to  support the UN ban on guns. Enough countries around the world have ratified it so the gun control treaty will now be enforced.

The founders included the words “shall not be infringed” for a reason. And they gave YOU the power to fight against any tyrannical government that would try to take your rights away.

The Most Egregious Portions of the UN Ban

• Article 2 of the treaty defines the scope of the treaty’s prohibitions. The right to own, buy, sell, trade, or transfer all means of armed resistance, including handguns, is denied to civilians by this section of the Arms Trade Treaty.

• Article 3 places the “ammunition/munitions fired, launched or delivered by the conventional arms covered under Article 2” within the scope of the treaty’s prohibitions, as well.

• Article 4 places all “parts and components” of weapons within the scheme.

• Perhaps the most egregious threat to the rights of gun owners in the Arms Trade Treaty is found in Article 5. Under the title of “General Implementation,” Article 5 mandates that all countries participating in the treaty “shall establish and maintain a national control system, including a national control list.” This list should “apply the provisions of this Treaty to the broadest range of conventional arms.”

• Article 12 adds to the record-keeping requirement, mandating that the list include “the quantity, value, model/type, authorized international transfers of conventional arms,” as well as the identity of the “end users” of these items.

• The agreement also demands that national governments take “appropriate measures” to enforce the terms of the treaty, including civilian disarmament. If these countries can’t get this done on their own, however, Article 16 provides for UN assistance, specifically including help with the enforcement of “stockpile management, disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programs.” A “voluntary” trust fund will be established to assist those countries that need help from UN peacekeepers or other regional forces to disarm their citizens. THIS MEANS MARTIAL LAW OCCUPATION BY FOREIGN TROOPS WHO WILL HAVE NO HESITATION IN USING DEADLY FORCE AGAINST AMERICAN CITIZENS.

I would remind the reader that gun confiscation is not an end unto itself. It is a means to an end. For when the people are finally disarmed, the banking mafia that runs this country can have their way with this country with very little opposition. In the words of Jesus, we would be well-advised to never be without our swords (i.e. guns).

Any member of Congress who voted in favor of this treaty has committed treason and should be removed from office, tried for treason and punished if found guilty for thinking they can take our most basic rights away.

Women have a tendency to vote for politicians who support gun confiscation because they view that as safety. Just one reason why women were not allowed to vote until the communists took over. There are a few women out there who have had enough common sense training from a heterosexual male to realize that their end will be slaughter if other women are allowed to continue voting.

This treaty is invalid within the US. The Senate must ratify any treaty. The Senate already passed a bill that nullifies it.

Sir, isn’t this how the IRS tax collection bill was passed over a hundred years ago. A very unpopular bill hits the senate floor during recess and only a handful of Senators are there to vote and it passes. It’s a long shot but this gun ban bill could pass the same way during or immediately after this pagan Christmas holiday. On another note, I purchased a book last week called ,”The Great Big Book of Horrible Things”. It is about the wars from 500BC ’til 2010AD. During that timeframe of the top 100 “Multicides” only 15% of deaths during wartime were soldiers, the other 85% were unarmed civilians. 49,000,000 soldiers, but over 266,000,000 civilians which doesn’t include another 141,000,000 executed, worked, or starved to death during what is called ‘Peacetime Oppression”. To say the least you have made many a good point on your website and talk show, but this is the end game, for if we give up our weapons it is the same as signing our own death warrant. God bless and hope to see you in the Gun store.

The times now dictate we be completely ready to act in an instant. Keep your vehicle topped off, have your kit with you, but most of all be mentally prepared because things could go south at any moment without notice. This UN treaty is illegal, unlawful, and unconstitutional on manifold levels.

Within their silly illegal UCC Law, there is no binding consented to contract with full disclosure. Keep your gun.

The Supreme Law of the US says this treaty is null and void on face value as it is antithetical to the pursuance of the ideals of the Constitution – Supremacy Clause. Void ab initio, from its inception. Keep your ammo and guns.

Marybury vs. Madison supports the above within the court system, as does the Reid vs Covert 1957 decision – NO TREATY MAY SUPERCEDE THE CONSTITUTION.

Educate yourself, educate your family, keep your guns for protection as is your Constitutional and God given right.

    Merry happy to all.

Porkybeans, federal income tax code was NEVER properly ratified by the states. That does not matter, obviously. The process is all smoke and mirrors. The NWO thugs will get what they want, regardless of protests or legality. They have been illegally stealing from the poor and handing to the rich via personal income tax for 100 years. Totally unnecessary tax – I can prove it easily – used only to enrich Rothschild, Rockefeller, et al.

Yes, the people have sat idle being entertained by their mind numbing tv’s and games, getting fat on their poisonous foods and all the while the powers that be have been beating their plowshares into swords.
The swords of our own destruction.
The destruction of those that are too fat, drunk and drugged to even see let alone care about what is about to happen to them.

  23. Truth December 25, 2014 at 12:09 pm

They dont need the UN, the US military would certainly help in a gun round up. The 1st Infantry did lots of that kind of work in Iraq, they would get tips on people that had guns and storm their housees, beat people up, shoot their dogs, family members, rip the house up on purpose, etc…
Not houses of suspected enemies, just gun owners, they also would round up men of a certain age and transport them to the middle of the desert and beat them, etc.. for information. Again not because they did anything but because they were walking down the street and were of a certain age.
Military members did this not because these people were their enemies, most were not, but because they could! Some might decline to do it here, but most would.People seem to think that because people are in the military that they are not criminals, military memebers are the same people you see all across the country, just think about the people you see everyday and how they act.Sickening, aint it?
I dont know the legalities of treason, but every US service member has taken an oath the defend the constitution, yet I cant name a time that one ever has, as I have very few if any rights left from the constitution.Sexual assaults are at an all time high in the military, just think what happens to civilians in other countries.
Dont hide your head in the sand, the odds that the US military will be confiscating guns in this country is much higher than there will be UN troops will do it.

  24. Jay December 25, 2014 at 12:35 pm

There will be some confusion about who is doing it as foreign soldiers might be wearing U.S. Uniforms. They call it the fog of war. A return to freedom will require some really clear thinking and a change of heart that Americans have not known for several generations. More likely it will be all she wrote for this generation.

  25. pantsupdontloot December 25, 2014 at 12:35 pm

Well folks, in case you missed it, black people could be killed just for owning a gun during the 19th century, the Indians couldn’t own them legally once they entered the reservations, the Chinese couldn’t own them while they worked for the railroads way back when, and on it goes. Now they are coming after us. It’s nothing new for power broker thugs in Washington to confiscate people’s guns. You can give them up willingly or they will take them from your cold dead hands. That is a decision each will have to make for himself/herself. But either way, you and I will give them up. Count on it! I didn’t write this to stir controversy, just to state a fact. Thanks.

  26. Ted December 25, 2014 at 12:49 pm

So the moral of the story is whenever a government passes gun control legislation, that’s when it’s time to rise up or revolt and overthrow that government. Any point beyond that is too late as evidenced by all the mass killings right after such laws pass.

  29. WikiDude December 25, 2014 at 2:04 pm

Dave, good man that you are, you have fallen into the same trap that some pastors do when trying to reason on a scripture taken out of context. Jesus previously sent the apostles out to preach the good news of God’s kingdom without food or money pouch and wearing sandals without arms or armor to protect them, yet all their needs were taken care of. But things were becoming more dangerous for both Jesus and the apostles, and although there was nothing wrong or illegal about carrying money or food on a long trip, Jesus wanted to teach the apostles an object lesson about carrying weapons. Many times the apostles could not understand some of the things Jesus taught except by direct demonstration.

All 4 of the gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are in the scriptures for a good reason. They showed that the eyewitness events surrounding Jesus’ ministry, death, and resurrection were pretty much the same, except that a few of the details from each of the 4 apostles were a little different depending on who was present and what each heard and remembered.

In the same account at Matthew 26:52, Jesus says, “Return your sword to its place, for all those who take up the sword will perish by the sword.” And he goes on to say, “Or do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father to supply me at this moment with 12 legions of angels? In that case, how would the scriptures be fulfilled that say it must take place this way?”

And although it’s true that the Hebrew scriptures in particular tell of the use of the literal sword, spear and shield, they also consistently emphasize the necessity and advantage of always trusting in God. Reliance on God was evident in David’s words to Goliath: “You (Goliath) are coming to me with a sword and the spear and with the javelin, but I am coming to you with the name of Jehovah of armies, the God of the battle lines of Israel, Whom you have taunted. This day Jehovah will surrender you into my hand, and all the congregation will know that neither with sword nor with spear does Jehovah save, because to Him belongs the battle.

So Jesus’ instruction to have a sword available among the followers on that night was in order to demonstrate that, although they would come into circumstances that could easily provoke armed resistance, he did not intend to resort to the sword, but would give himself up voluntarily in harmony with God’s will and to fulfill scripture and prophecy.

And although Galileans at times were known to occasionally carry weapons and that two swords were available among them that night, this does not show that Jesus advocated the use of them. On the contrary, he immediately healed the damage done to his adversary’s ear by the emotionally charged use of one of them.

Further, at Ephesians 6:11-18, Paul describes the only suit of armor fitting for a real follower of Christ. That is: the BELT of TRUTH; the BREASTPLATE of RIGHTEOUSNESS; FEET SHOD in readiness TO DECLARE THE GOOD NEWS OF PEACE; the LARGE SHIELD of FAITH; the HELMET of SALVATION; the SWORD of the SPIRIT (which is God’s word); and PRAYER.

When citizens are mad enough to act, guns will be the answer to force arrests. Constitutional treason trials on the White House lawn should follow. Those found guilty should swing in the wind. No appeals just quick prosecution and plenty of rope. Citizens appointed to act grouped into teams. I think there is enough evidence for most to swing. 90% of House, Congress, and Executive charged and tried.

Isn’t death the punishment for treason? If the Senate ratifies,(rams) this unconstitutional UN so-called arms treaty down our throats, just skip the trial and jury and get to the punishment. Does anyone think that there with a member of the black robed mafia with a jury standing by when the blue helmets with the help of the local goon squads bash in your front and/or back door to cease your weapons. Make sure you give helmeted goons something to think about when they try bashing in the front door of your neighbor. Again, someone will fire a shot that will be heard around the world.
After the American people are finished applying the just rewards to the treasonous elected at all levels that have given sanction to this gun grab, then it will be open season on selected certain billionaires who have been financing (paying off) the elected to gun grab at all levels.

    The final desperate attempt to disarm the population. They need to disarm the population BEFORE the people discover they are being exterminated in mass. By the vaccine viruses (parasites) & iron poisoning;

The iron poisoned population is on schedule for mass extermination NOW. Iron poisoned because viruses require a host with an iron supply to replicate.

This is why they have attempted MANY times to disarm the people of this nation; in preparation for this very hour.

Disarmament, financial collapse, wars, plague, health care…: these are all done in parallel with the population extermination plan. The AGENDA is to distract from the mass deaths & symptoms that are set to soar NOW from the vaccine parasites and iron poisoning. Vaccines mandated by force & threats, in conjunction with deliberate iron poisoning.

So are his words at Matthew 26:52 very clear–so how do you account for the discrepancy here–just like some Bible readers do, by getting rid of the scriptures that dont match the point youre trying to make. People carry weapons for all sorts of reasons and yes in this country it is still legal to do so. But Jesus showed and explained very plainly why he did not advocate it.

if you read the treaty it specifically says 3 times it doesnt have domestic application.
It is an international treaty for international trade of arms to bring them up to american standards

it isnt meant to effect american or any other nation’s domestic arms control, and regardless of if the treaty did the constitution takes precedence

here is the treaty howany one could think it would apply in the usa is just astounding

when the usa stands shoulder to shoulder with iran syria and other totalitarian states while the other democracies are on the other side shows there is something very wrong with american understanding of the treaty

The UN General Assembly of 2 April 2013 (71st Plenary Meeting) adopted the Arms Trade Treaty as a resolution by a 154-to-3 vote with 23 abstentions. North Korea, Iran, and Syria voted in opposition. China and Russia, among the world’s leaders in weapon exports, were among the 23 nations that abstained.[22] Cuba, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Saudi Arabia, and Sudan also abstained. Armenia, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Vietnam did not vote.[3] It was opened for formal signature on 3 June 2013.
