Obama Making Good On Promise to Eliminate Free Speech

The Common Sense Show

Any discussion about free speech in America must begin and end with the NDAA in which the government can snatch anyone off the street, without due process, and hold them indefinitely. This kind of unbridled power has a devastating effect on free speech.

Prior to the 2012 election, David Axerlrod, announced that Obama would push for a constitutional amendment to rollback free speech if he was re-elected. Obama is making good on that promise. Obama’s promise to destroy free speech combined with the passage of the NDAA, constitutes a lethal cocktail for all freedom loving Americans.

The last of the Bill of Rights which will taken away in its totality is indeed the freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is the cornerstone of dissent, necessary civil disobedience and rebellion in the face of abject tyranny. Freedom of speech is the organizing principle for the people in response to its government. Without freedom of speech, there can only be tyranny. And where tyranny abounds, there is always unchecked abuse perpetrated against the citizens by the minions of the government.

The government has a long of history of supporting attacks upon the First Amendment. John Adams was in support of the Alien and Sedition Act which outright criminalized criticism of the government and its officials.  History shows that Lincoln jailed protesters against the draft and the Civil War in general. President Wilson also jailed World War I era protesters. Franklin Roosevelt even took the unprecedented act of making a preemptive move against Americans, of Japanese background, by incarcerating them because they MIGHT pose a threat to the war effort in WWII. However, each of these incidents were standalone issues and ended as soon as the perceived crises had abated.

What is going on in America in terms of an attack upon the First Amendment is unprecedented. The assaults upon First Amendment rights are not in response to a perceived crisis. The Obama administration attacks upon freedom of speech are not standalone events. And the scope of these attacks upon free speech are incremental and appears to be aimed at eliminating all free speech, thus rendering the government and its officials immune from criticism.

The Obama administration is attacking the First Amendment in unprecedented ways in this country. The assaults began in 2012 with H.R. 347 and have accelerated to effectively outlawing legitimate political activity by grassroots organizations and minor political parties. America is one short step away from having its free speech rights obliterated from the annals of history.

H.R. 347

Two years ago, when Congress passed H.R. 347, entitled the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act, it passed the House by a vote of 399-3 and hardly anyone noticed. Certainly, with this type of landslide vote, nobody in Congress seems to care about the First Amendment.

H.R. 347 was designed to “improve” public grounds by moving all protesters “elsewhere”. The law claims it is merely an update to an old law, Section 1752 of Title 18 of the United States Code, that restricted areas around the president, vice president, or any others under the protection of the Secret Service.

The original law was enacted in 1971 and amended in 2006. The law, in effect has not been fundamentally altered since its initial passage. However, what has significantly changed since 1971, are the types of events and individuals warranting Secret Service protection.

Under the present law, any occasion that is officially defined as a National Special Security Event (NSSE) automatically warrants Secret Service protection. NSSE’s can include college bowl games, major PGA golf tournaments, basketball championships, rock concerts, and even the present Winter Olympics. The Super Bowl and the World Series have been declared a NSSE since 9/11. Further, it is the President who determines who is eligible for Secret Service protection under the NSSE provisions. This shields any and all public figures from legitimate protest.

The net effect of H.R. 347 is to limit to any politician, public figure deemed by the President to be in some kind of danger. However, the Super Bowl, nor a rock concert constitutes government business. This is a clear abuse of power, but it does not stop with H.R. 347.

Journalists Are Intimidated

Last spring’s revelations about the Justice Department secretly seizing phone records at The Associated Press and obtaining a Fox News reporter’s email account have increased concerns closer to home.

Close to my home , near Arizona State University hired Washington Times freelance reporter, Leonard Downie, who subsequently examined a range of Obama administration tactics that hinder government transparency. These include the unprecedented use of the Espionage Act in prosecuting media leaks, classifying government documents as secret when no harm could come from their release, increased government surveillance that jeopardizes the safety of news sources, Freedom of Information Act violations, and White House-produced content that can’t substitute for independent, accountability journalism.

David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for The New York Times, said “this is the most closed, control freak administration I have ever covered.”

The Obama Administration Attempts to Silence Political Dissent

Political dissent is protected under the First Amendment, as is political activity. The current administration is attempting to silence millions of Libertarians, Constitutionalists and Tea Partiers by attempting to pass new regulations which will destroy free speech rights.

America, you need to pay close attention to this development. The IRS is trying to silence millions of Tea Partiers and third party candidates by destroying free speech rights. If these regulations are allowed to stand, Americans will be forever silenced.

Please keep in mind that the following regulations only apply to third parties, grassroots groups and the Tea Party. These regulations will make it illegal to:

1.   Mention a candidate up for re-election within 60 days of an election. That includes every single member of the House of Representatives. Effectively, you will not be able to petition your own elected representatives.

2.   The aforementioned groups will not be allowed to register voters. Does this put anyone else in the mind of the old Jim Crow laws which were designed to prevent the registration of African-Americans.

3.   Call for the election or defeat of a political candidate. This will effectively eliminate all recall provisions in State Constitutions.

4.   Hold candidate forums so voters can decide who would best represent them In other words, primary election activities for third party candidates would be prohibited. This provision would cut the proverbial legs out from under any political party or movement.

The IRS is trying to silence millions of American voters. They’re trying to pass new regulations that will destroy our free speech rights and this constitutes a complete end run around Congress and ultimately the Constitution.

I am calling for a massive campaign to protest this IRS action. You may send your comments to the IRS at this link.

There is a definitive reason why the Founding Fathers made the act of free speech the FIRST AMENDMENT to the Constitution. Without question, it is our most important right.

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”

Theodore Roosevelt

“Whoever would overthrow the liberty of a nation must begin by subduing the freeness of speech.”

Benjamin Franklin

“If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”

George Washington

When freedom of speech disappears from our political and social landscape, it is almost always a portend of very bad things to come. These events are the chest pains before the heart attack. We can be silent, like so many victims do, or we can take action in mass displays of civil disobedience. And all we have to do is to speak out.

Now he leads the left in the latest attack on what they hate the most : STRONG NORMAL WHITE CHRISTIAN MALES, ( AND FEMALES AND FAMILIES. ) This is why the left attacked Clint Eastwood back in the day. He was TOO STRONG WHITE AND MALE !!! This gender BS is an attempt to further weaken and water down normal Christian civilization and confuse young dummies as to what gender they THINK they might be !!!!

This goes hand in hand with Sharia law. The day can’t be far away now, where we will be held responsible if we should insult the long dead prophet of Islam. Or embrace the risen Jesus. Either way we become a target. Ameristan.
When we have an event that releases all the pent of fury of the silent majority, that will be an American Flag event. The country as we know it won’t survive and it shouldn’t. It will become better than it is. Of course this assumes help from above. If we can’t pull this off, than I guess The Christ is just no match for that bad boy that rules us now. If that’s the case you all can have this place. However I am betting my life on my Lord. Neither do I doubt for one second the power and authority of the Now Immortal Son of God. It is now impossible for Jesus to die.
Just like HIs Father. However, Satan is subject to death. Satan is a spirit being, but not immortal.
This takes all the guess work out of solving the problem of who’s going to win the war for the world and its people. Keep the Faith.

“The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.”

“No President should fear public scrutinity of his program. For from that scrutiny comes understanding; and from that understanding comes support or opposition. And both are necessary. I am not asking your newspapers to support the Administration, but I am asking your help in the tremendous task of informing and alerting the American people. For I have complete confidence in the response and dedication of our citizens whenever they are fully informed.

I not only could not stifle controversy among your readers– I welcome it. This Administration intends to be candid about its errors; for as a wise man once said: “An error does not become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.” We intend to accept full responsibility for our errors; and we expect you to point them out when we miss them.

Without debate, without criticism, no Administration and no country can succeed– and no republic can survive. That is why the Athenian lawmaker Solon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy. And that is why our press was protected by the First (emphasized) Amendment– the only business in America specifically protected by the Constitution– not primarily to amuse and entertain, not to emphasize the trivial and sentimental, not to simply “give the public what it wants”–but to inform, to arouse, to reflect, to state our dangers and our opportunities, to indicate our crises and our choices, to lead, mold educate and sometimes even anger public opinion. JOHN F. KENNEDY
The writing is smeared in giant letters all over the wall. Even the totally blind should be able to read it. The monolithic and ruthless conspiracy clearly has continued to advance and is now in near total control. God help us all in this late and black hour.

The problem is that we have ceased to be a nation of citizens and have been transformed into a nation of consumers. First, last, and foremost. When we quote the words of our founding fathers, we quote the words of a generation who had an intimate knowledge of the great minds that formed the historical precedents for western civilized culture. Their words ring hollow to the current crop of americans who have the average mental capacity and intellectual proclivities of an underdeveloped third grader.
I think that any mass movement has to begin with the choices we make with our disposable income. If you give your money to the enemy then you are supporting the coming slaughter. Until we see a massive shift in this behavior we have little or no hope.
At the risk of being redundant and boring, I think that the first revolt should be against the edward bernasing of the USI.

Well, in some ways this is just business as usual. Our rigged elections have been a farce for years. You cannot have fair and free elections if leftist banksters control the mass media and the bulk of campaign financing and our tax money is used to buy the votes of legions of welfare parasites. Add to that old-fashioned vote fraud (like Al Frankenstein’s win in Minnesota). One of the more infuriating trends in recent years has been the confinement of patriot protesters to “free speech zones” whenever the Obaminable Hussein or any other lackeys of the NWO elite give a speech in public. I can remember when the entire US was a free speech zone, back when we still had our Republic, before the Illuminati henchmen declared that our former Constitution was a “living, breathing” Constitution…and then murdered it.
Now we must prepare for the inevitable economic collapse and the attempt by the Unpresident and its cowardly henchmen to carry out mass arrests and mass murder. Watch for “red flag” events: an open declaration of martial law, a shut down of the internet, the “suicide,” disappearance, or open arrest of major patriots, or the afore-mentioned economic collapse. If we fight, we will probably win. If we give up or surrender our weapons, we can, as I have said before, repent at leisure as we slowly die in a concentration camp.

I appreciate this is of topic, but I feel it’s too urgent to ignore. You are probably aware of it, but I thought I’d better post in case it’s news to you.

Lyndon LaRouche is forecasting possible thermonuclear war within days/weeks unless Obama is impeached.

His reasoning behind this make sense to me, especially when you also consider the following:

At least five high level bankers have died from suicide / murder.

The financial tyranny is close to being fully exposed and court cases are imminent.

The Royal Family and Vatican are under greater scrutiny than ever, and are close to being exposed.

The Keshe foundation amongst others are about to release free energy to the world.

More of the population is waking up daily.

Lenin did the same thing when his Bolsheviks took over Russia. I hate this administration, but the other side of the Hegelian coin is just as bad. I hear more and more anti-conservative talk out of Fox News every week. They and the Republicans are just as much to blame. I cannot see any way out of confrontation with this government. Is there a chance that a military coup could still take place?

  13. R. Bradshaw February 15, 2014 at 11:05 am

Thank-you, Dave for pointing out where the REAL battle is being fought right now and how the Obamanites have set aside this presidential term in office to take away the most important right that we have – freedom of speech. I was listening to a recent interview of Dr. Steve Pieczenik regarding his take on The Snowden Revelations on Infowars Nightly News. I think that he is right that Snowden is a plant.
Now, you may ask, “why would they make him a plant?”. I think that the answer to this question is that I believe that this government is so twisted in its motives and strategies to take away our rights, that they MAY even go so far as to SET-UP a scenario of “leaked insider information” from a “whistleblower” in order to justify the importance of government surveillance which would PREVENT such leaks in the future.
So when I read your article, the pieces all fit together perfectly in my mind. THIS is our last battleground and we MUST fight this Infowar as if they were trying to take away our own children. If we lose this battle for our God-given right to speak out against tyranny, then they will literally be coming for our families physically to harm us and we won’t be able to stop them.
I thought the famous quotes at the end of your article summed it all up perfectly. I will be sharing this article on my website and linking it back to yours. GREAT JOB… keep up the fight!

I am thinking, and about to say what others are not willing to say, but will wait. The time has come I am afraid, for talking to be kept to a minimum, and preparing to be done at a maximum. As with all events, the time for talk will end with the talk of action.

John Beaty”s “The Iron Curtain Over American (1951) shows just how long the miners and sappers have been at work undermining the basic foundation and Constitutional institutions of the old American Republic. Col. John Beaty was in military intelligence during WW2 and briefed the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the President nearly every morning. After the war he was a University History Prof. His Book is available on Amazon.
In “Iron Curtain” Col. Beaty tells how the socialist banking elite as far back as the late 19th century were able to move Congress at open the immigration flood gates to Eastern Europeans, many, if not most, Jewish. Beaty contends with good evidence this was to create a socialist voting block to take control of the Democratic party which still exists to this day. Thus The Iron Curtain Over America. (They already had control of the Republican party ever since 1860.)
Because of this demographic infusion for block voting and the growing criminal rackets, Congress was finally awakened from their stupor and shut down this mass immigration from Eastern Europe in the early 1920’s. (To this very day the big time criminal rackets are controlled by the sons, grandsons and great-grandsons of these early immigrants. The Italian mafia at the lower levels of the rackets get to take all the glory via the movies and TV because they don’t control Hollywood. And then there’s the so-called “Russian” criminal gangs who have made a home in America since the fall the Soviet Union who just happen to be kissing cousins to those who came in the late 19th early 20th century.
These mostly Khazar Jews are an interesting lot ranging from a talent like George Gershwin to the one time head gangster Meyer Lansky with his side kick Bugsy Siegel, (you know the ones who originally built Lost Wages, Nevada) to the leaders of The American Communist party. And this brings us to the 1965 Hart-Cellar immigration act. This act did away with the prior quota system that the libertine JFK called “intolerable”, and his ultra liberal brother Ted swore up and down would not change the demographic makeup of the nation. http://www.history.com/topics/us-immigration-since-1965
Well, there can be no doubt that the 1965 immigration act has changed the demographic makeup of this once 90% White nation. The proof is the pudding that the 1965 immigration act was for the same reason as the immigration prior to the 1920; to the change the Western European character of the US population with 3rd world immigrants where Congress can buy their votes with handouts which will turn this nation into a one party (Democratic) dictatorial rule forever. Well, at least till the Chinese for some other imperial power takes over.
Thus, the NWO elite don’t want no backtalk, no way, no how. Hence, the attempt to stifle one way or the other the 1st Amendment rights of free speech and for that matter the entire Bill of Rights.
Remember, the Founding Fathers weren’t a bunch rag pickers or ragamuffins from the third world. They were, for the most part, White men and their women from the West and NW of Europe. Now we find ourselves, the posterity of this noble experiment in self government, pissing it all away.

  24. Eileen Kuch February 15, 2014 at 9:06 pm

Mark, you certainly hit the proverbial nail squarely on the head with that quote from John 1:14: “The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.” You’re absolutely right. No man can silence that! Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Mao, et. al., were unable to silence the Word; so, why is Barry Soetoro (aka Obama) thinking he can do what the worst Bolshevik and Communist leaders couldn’t? The Word is eternal; and the Fraudster will find this out the hard way, just as those early Communist dictators did.

Building on Anna’s nice post, a little Truth Trivia (author unknown):

T or F? This person said, “There is nothing as powerful as truth, but often nothing as strange.” -Daniel Webster A. True
T or F? Sincerity is clearly a test of truth. A. False. Many people have been sincerely wrong about many things.

T or F? Today many like to say, “what is truth, there’s no such thing”? A. True. Some say “there is no such thing as truth!” Some say as well that, “there are no absolutes!” “What’s true to you may not be true for me.” Someone might ask some of these confused souls, “how can it be TRUE that there is no such thing as truth?” And, “are you ABSOLUTELY sure there aren’t any absolutes?”

T or F? Pilate asked: What is truth? A. True. Philosophers from Socrates to the last century answered: Is it absolute? Is it knowable (see AGNOSTICISM)? And does it correspond to a referent or, in the case of metaphysical truth, does it correspond to reality?

T or F? Truth is “what feels good.” A. False The popular subjective view is that truth gives a satisfying feeling, and error feels bad. Many mystics and new age enthusiasts hold versions of this faulty view. Bad news can be true. But if what feels good is always true, then we would not have to believe anything unpleasant. Bad report cards do not make a student feel good, but the student refuses to believe them at his or her academic peril. They are true. Feelings are also relative to individual personalities. What feels good to one may feel bad to another. If so, then truth would be highly relative. The nature of truth does not depend on the result of truth.

T or F? It does not matter what you believe as long as it makes you happy? False This is a liberal lie. Truth: Islamic terrorists are happy to kill and be killed. Unbeknown to most, Wall St types have always lived by the credo, “Survival of the fittest, the stron survive and the weak die,” and use this to justify their continual theft of the public’s hard earned monies. And from where did they get this bankrupt philosophy? From Darwinian Evolution Theory of course! Nazis also used this to justify their concentration camp crimes.

T or F? Some truths are self evident. And when we have truth there is no denying it.” True. When we find a watch on the beach, we know that someone designed and manufactured it. It has certain integrated parts that all need to be there for it to function. We know that it did not evolve by random chance over billions of years.

T or F? Truth is Dogmatic. A. True. The claim that those who believe in absolute truth are dogmatic misses the point. If all truth is absolute-true for all people, times, and places-everyone who claims anything is true is “dogmatic.” Even the relativist who claims relativism is true is dogmatic. For the person who claims that relativism is absolutely true is particularly dogmatic. This person claims to own the only absolute truth, namely, that everything else is relative.

T or F? This person said, “Because it is sometimes so unbelievable, the truth escapes becoming known.” – Heraclitus True
T or F? This person said, “Tis strange but true, for truth is always stranger than fiction.” – Lord Byron True.
T of F? …truth is decided by majority vote. A. False. Truth is what corresponds to reality, whether the majority believe it or not. Do pluralists really believe that all views are equally true and good and should be settled on by majority rule? Is fascism or Marxism as good as democracy? Was Nazism as good as any other government? 1

T or F? Certainty is the same thing as truth. A. False. Many people have been certain of their beliefs (e.g., certain religions), but this does not make them true…Truth is something that is in accordance with fact.

T or F? It does not matter what you believe or what religion you practice as long as you are sincere? False This is a liberal lie. The Truth: The true perpetrators of 9/11 were sincere in their beliefs. Their sincere beliefs led them to murder thousands of people. Thus it does matter what you believe if it leads to the destruction of the property and lives of others.

T or F? All religions worship the same God? False. “No matter how you look at it, the idea that all religions worship the same God, but just under different names, is a very ignorant and foolish belief. It contradicts logic, history and the science of comparative religion. It is actually an insult to the major religions of this world which have very carefully defined their concept of deity so as to distinguish their god from all other gods.”

T or F? There are no wrongs and no rights if truth is relative? A. True, but this is a false premise. If truth is relative, then no one is ever wrong-even when they are. As long as something is true to me, then I’m right even when I’m wrong. The drawback is that I could never learn anything either, because learning is moving from a false belief to a true one- that is, from an absolutely false belief to an absolutely true one. The truth is that absolutes are inescapable.

T or F? If every religious belief system is contradicting the other, how can they all be true? True. Either all are false or one is true and the others are false.
T or F? Truth is something that is in accordance with fact. A. True.
T or F? Reality doesn’t care if you believe in it or not. A. True. It’s going to keep on functioning regardless of what you believe.
T or F? Being sincere is fine, but being sincere and ignorant can get you into a lot of trouble. Eternity is a long time to be wrong about eternal matters. True

Why do so many atheists and others insist that other people should be philosophically consistent, while they go about making claims which are intrinsically inconsistent such as: “There are no absolutes” (are they absolutely sure?); “There are no right and wrongs” (are they sure they’re right?). When people say, “There are no absolutes,” they state this in the form of an absolute! When they tell you, “There is no truth, they state this as a true statement! When they say, “Everything is relative,” they make this statement as an absolute! Don’t such statements refute themselves? When humanists says, “There is no meaning,” don’t they want you to grasp the meaning of this statement? Yes. Thus they’ve made a self-refuting statement. Many brainwashed young people love to say, “I have my truth and you have your truth. Truth is whatever you want it to be.” Aren’t they hypocrites though? Do they really believe such nonsense? Can they live what they believe? If a bank took away all their money and said, “Our ‘truth’ accounting says that you never gave us any money, and you have your truth that you did,” wouldn’t this person demand objectivity and rationality?

This is false? Truth is not “what is comprehensive.” A. No. This is true. One idea is that the view that explains the most data is true. And those that are not as comprehensive are not true or not as true. Comprehensiveness is one test for truth, but not the definition of truth. Certainly a good theory will explain all relevant data. And a true worldview will be comprehensive. However, this is only a negative test of whether it is true. Not all long-winded presentations are true and concise ones are not all false. One can have a comprehensive view of what is false
or a superficial or incomplete view of what is true.

T or F? The purpose of revealed truth (God’s Word) to man from God is: inform us that the purpose of man is to glorify God; to enjoy God’s fellowship; to accomplish God’s purpose for man; to reveal salvation plan; understand truths. True.

    • Evolution is a fairy tale for grown-ups. –Dr. Louis Bounoure, Director of the Zoological Museum and Director of Research at the National Center of Scientific Research in France – true
    • Evolutionists claim their theory is scientific. Where is their science? I can assure the reader the American Kennel Club would not certify an ancestor of your dog based on evidence such as paleontologists present. –Isaac V. Manly, M.D. Harvard Medical School – true
    • I believe that one day the Darwinian myth will be ranked the greatest deceit in the history of science. When this happens, many people will pose the question: how did this ever happen? – Saltationist Soren Lovtrup, Professor of Embryology, University of Umea, Sweden – true

    • When it comes to the origin of life there are only two possibilities: Creation or spontaneous generation. There is no third way. Spontaneous generation was disproved one hundred years ago, but that leads us to only one other conclusion, that of supernatural creation. We cannot accept that on philosophical grounds; therefore, we choose to believe the impossible: That life arose spontaneously by chance.” – George Wald, The Origin of Life (Scientific American 191:48, May 1954) – true
    • Information theory scientist Hubert Yockey calculated and MIT biologist Robert Sauer confirmed, that the probability of a protein containing just 100 amino acids would form spontaneously, is less than 1 chance in 10 to the 65 power (1in 1065). This is an event so improbable that it could be compared to winning the state lottery by finding the winning ticket in the street, and then continuing to find a winning ticket in the street each subsequent week for a thousand years.
    • An honest man, armed with all the knowledge available to us now, could only state that in some sense, the origin of life appears at the moment to be almost a miracle, so many are the conditions which would have had to have been satisfied to get it going.” – Francis Crick, “Life Itself-Its Origin and Nature” (Futura, London, 1982) – true
    • The likelihood of the formation of life from the inanimate matter is one to a number with 40 thousand naughts (zeros) after it. It is enough to bury Darwin and the whole theory of evolution. There was no primeval soup, neither on this planet nor any other, and if the beginnings of life were not random they must therefore have been the product of purposeful intelligence. – Sir Fred Hoyle, Nature (vol. 294:105, November 12, 1981). – true

    • T or F? According to evolutionary theory, life arose by random chance over long periods of time? True, but their claim is false. “If LOGIC tells you that LIFE is a meaningless accident, don’t give up on LIFE, give up on LOGIC.” – Shira Milgrom
    • T or F? With the exception of subjects like mathematics and English, universities, generally teach people “their version of truth” that conforms to the popular culture as opposed to truth in accordance with facts (e.g., revisionist history; Darwin’s evolutionary theory –that is not in accordance with the scientific method)? For example, scientists have no evidence that supports Darwin’s theory of evolution? True. By evidence is meant that scientist have none in light of the simplified scientific method.

It also transitions the party system to an official 1 Party system.
Classical Bismarkianism is a political philosophy blueprint that only diverges in the finalization of the power-structure determined by governmental-private mergers during the national socialist stage or stage 3. Bismarkianism is designed to appear progressive, but it is truly digressive and oppressive.
Civil disobedience doesn’t work in Stage 3 as this is the merely the finalization for stage 4. Stage 4 is martial law, 1 Party system, public-private mergers aka government merged with private interests, and so on.
Attacks on the First and NDAA makes it possible and likely to disappear civil disobedience protestors. There’s a reason that Psychopaths, Sociopaths, Rapists, and other power hungry/control freaks gravitate towards Bismarkianism; the nullification of property rights makes you their property or otherwise property of the government. It also enables them to gradually escalate to shoot to kill, investigate later.

For the ill informed, here’s an movie reference for you. Bismarkianism is like Highlander ‘There can be ONLY 1’
It means that there is only 1 master, allowable path, and so on. You know Utopia for Psychopaths, sociopaths, rapists, and power hungry control freaks. Make sense don’t it?
