Russian War Games

The following information comes exclusively from my confidential sources as well as European news agencies. Do not expect to be informed, in detail, by the American media, about the unfolding crisis taking place in Europe. The American media is intent on promoting the Ebola hype as a prelude to installing complete medical martial law. Nothing can be allowed to break the concentration of news reports designed to promote an obsessional fear regarding the spread of Ebola with the goal of placing the U.S. under medical martial law. Martial law, in the U.S., is a prerequisite condition in order to force America to accept the coming world war. Therefore, the preconditions which will plunge the nations of the planet into World War III will go largely under-reported in the United States until the last moment.

Putin’s Plan B

Yesterday, I reported that Putin has been aligning his new military allies in India, Brazil, Bolivia, El Salvador, Cuba, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, China, and even in South Africa in attempt to force the U.S. to prepare for a Red Dawn scenario here at home in the event that hostilities break out. This was Putin’s version of “Plan B” as he obviously was anticipating the loss of control over Ukraine.

After the pro-Western forces prevailed in Ukraine’s recent election, Putin wasted no time in putting an approximate 60% embargo of Russian oil and gas shipments into Europe, via Ukraine. An embargo, much like a blockade is an act of war. And war is largely where this present situation is headed.

The Big Chill

Gas prices are quickly rising in London. Britain’s energy prices have already soared 18% as of this morning with the announcement that Putin is placing an embargo of energy Russian energy shipments into Europe. It is estimated that Europe gets anywhere from 25% to 33% of its energy needs from Russian sources, much of it via Ukraine.

With the onset of cold weather, Bulgaria has already reached a ‘crisis’ point with regard to supplying energy to its people. Many nations in Europe are now in crisis mode. b

It is safe to say that Putin’s response to the Ukraine elections, which favored pro-Western interests, has succeeded in plunging the continent into an energy crisis.  This morning, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey and Croatia are reporting the enactment of desperate energy saving measures due to the devastating embargo of Russian gas shipped via Ukraine today. These nations have almost no energy reserves.

Major shifts in policy are being witnessed within a mere 24 hours of the enactment of the embargo. Croatia said it was temporarily reducing supplies to industrial customers while Bulgaria said it had enough gas for only ‘for a few days’.

US Allies Have Very Limited Energy Reserves

Britain only has an energy storage buffer estimated to be about 16 days of energy demands. What lies beyond 16 days under the present set of circumstances. The coming Britain reduction in energy usage will be imposed through rationing and denial of service to non-essential entities and service. In contrast, Germany has 77 days of energy reserves and France has 88 days. However, none of these nations have enough energy reserves to get through the winter.

Britain, France and Germany are luckier than most European nations who have almost no energy reserves and are very dependent on Russian gas exports sent through Ukraine.

Putin Is Under Enormous Pressure At Home

The Russian energy industry has grown to monumental levels. The Russian and gas and oil and industry, much like in the United States, are very intertwined with the military industrial complex of their nation and with their nation’s banking interests.

If Ukraine leaves the Russian empire of influence and eventually joins the European Union, as the recent Ukrainian election results would suggest, Putin’s days as the leader of the Russian Federation are numbered.

Putin Is Governing Out of Desperation

The coming European winter, and the accompanying seasonal European energy needs, makes every European winter day a “Black Friday” shopping day, every day, for the Russian gas and oil industry. These Russian industries cannot afford to lose Ukraine as transporter of Russian gas and oil for very long. The energy moguls of Russia will likely tolerate Putin’s energy embargo on Europe for a short while in an attempt to leverage the West into backing off of their absolute control of Ukraine’s political future.  However, Putin knows that the Russian energy leaders and affiliated bankers will not wait very long to see results.

Even if the Russian energy interests were to allow Putin unlimited time to let the consequences of the embargo play out, NATO, on behalf of the impacted European nations, will not let this go on for very long as many NATO nations will be brought to their knees before Thanksgiving and all will be irreparably damaged by Christmas.

Russia Is Entering Full-Scale War Mode

According to Russian Defense Minister, Army General Sergey Shoigum, Russia will be very active in developing its military bases abroad in places like Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Armenia.  The Russian defense minister went on to say that they were conducting drills in Belarus and Tajikistan. In fact, as of today, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan are holding war games in Ural region, according to the TASS Russian News Agency. It has leaked out that Russia and China are holding joint terrorist drills inside of China. Russia is clearly preparing for war.

The patience of the Russian energy moguls and bankers is not without limits. Putin is a cornered and wounded animal. As a result, in the coming weeks, Putin’s actions will likely become more erratic and unpredictable.

The Russian money interests will undoubtedly give Putin the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the embargo as a leverage tool designed to bring Europe to the table to negotiate about the future of Ukraine. However, I do not see this going on much longer than a month.  The Russian energy sector will not permit a 60% drop in revenue because Putin could not maintain control over Ukraine. Putin’s days could be numbered if this desperate strategy is not successful. Further, NATO is not going to allow its member nation citizens to freeze to death in the dead of winter. By mid-December at the latest, NATO will force this issue to a head.

Meanwhile, in the USA, real pressure now falls on the Obama administration to get the country under (medical) martial law as a mechanism of control and a prelude to WW III.

Thank you, Dave Hodges for spelling it out.

So, let’s pray first and then heed the advice of those who foresee a rainy day.

So whether or not one agrees with the smaller details or assumed motivations of leaders of your analysis, what should become clear from it is that all players on this stage are starting to react out of desperation. When those on all sides who thought they were the ones promoting the ACTION realize they are being driven into REACTION instead, war nearly always results. Right now, it seems to me everyone – Europe, U.S, Russia, BRICS – are implementing their own Plan B, which again usually indicates a war-spiral, e.g., in the ramp-up to WWI.

  3. old news October 29, 2014 at 6:51 am

Dave some of your info was found in articles from 9/2/14, so If the statement from Bulgaria was true then, 9/2/14.. what has happened since?

    1. Just thank our lucky stars we don’t buy any oil from Russia. Russia is Europe’s largest provider of oil, coal and natural gas! Putin just lowered imports by 60%! The results are telling.

Russia can straggle hold Europe over coal, natural gas and oil exports. The Russia economy will be strengthened by higher oil prices and the Europeans will eventually bend over!

Make no mistake, if we go against Mother Russia we will be doing it on our own!
Europe plunged into energy crisis as Russia cuts off gas supply via Ukraine Mail Online
Russia cut gas exports to Europe by 60 per cent today, plunging the continent into an energy crisis ‘within hours’ as a dispute with Ukraine escalated.

This morning, gas companies in Ukraine said that Russia had completely cut off their supply.

Six countries reported a complete shut-off of Russian gas shipped via Ukraine today, in a sharp escalation of a struggle over energy that threatens Europe as winter sets in.

Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Romania, Croatia and Turkey all reported a halt in gas shipments from Russia through Ukraine.

Croatia said it was temporarily reducing supplies to industrial customers while Bulgaria said it had enough gas for only ‘for a few days’ and was in a ‘crisis situation’
‘Without prior warning and in clear contradiction with the reassurances given by the highest Russian and Ukrainian authorities to the European Union, gas supplies to some EU member states have been substantially cut,’ the EU said in a statement.

‘The Czech EU Presidency and the European Commission demand that gas supplies be restored immediately to the EU and that the two parties resume negotiations at once with a view to a definitive settlement of their bilateral commercial dispute,’ the presidency and the Commission said in a joint statement.

Around 80 per cent of the gas European Union countries receive from Russia comes through Ukraine.

While Germany and France are much more exposed, it is reckoned in some estimates that 15 per cent of Britain’s supplies come from Russia through pipelines into the UK’s east coast.

‘They [the Russians] have reduced deliveries to 92million cubic metres per 24 hours compared to the promised 221million cubic metres without explanation,’ said Valentin Zemlyansky of the Ukrainian gas company Naftogaz.

‘We do not understand how we will deliver gas to Europe. This means that in a few hours problems with supplies to Europe will begin.’

  5. David October 29, 2014 at 6:55 am

Why is every damned article written always framed in the context of the world’s problems being someone elses fault? Why is Putin going to be responsible for WWIII? Why not direct a little criticism toward the American empire? If the petrodollar is being attacked it’s because it deserves to be attacked and dismantled. To force sovereign nations to purchase dollars before they can buy oil is ridiculous and tyrannical. I don’t blame any country from trying to decouple from the dollar. It’s proven to be detrimental to social stability in countless nations. The US is a bully and if there is a WWIII it will largely be responsible for it.

  6. innaturesworld October 29, 2014 at 7:04 am

I don’t believe that Mr. Putin’s actions will be erratic and unpredictable, he’s been involved in military politics his whole life remember Mr. Putin is a master chess player and you bet he knows how the illuminati play and you can bet he’s ready for them. I just hope and pray he’s not illuminati himself.

  7. Shinmen Takezo October 29, 2014 at 7:07 am

No–Russia’s actions will not start WWIII.

What will start WWIII is the US/Nato backed Neo-Nazi led Ukrainian government.

Russia will not be the one who starts WWIII. Russia is currently being pushed into a conflict. The separatists in the Ukraine and in the Crimea do not want to be part of the US/European system of debt and dollar tyranny anymore. They especially to not want to be part of the Neo-Nazi run Ukrainian government–thus they are seeking to break away.

The US and Nato are the “bad guys” in this situation.

  8. Shinmen Takezo October 29, 2014 at 7:12 am

No–the article above is entirely misleading. There will be no “Red Dawn” scenario with “South American” troops entering this country… these statements are completely insane.

Yes–a war will unfold with Russia… and it will entirely be the fault of the USA’s meddling in the Ukraine.

The war will not be started by Russia.

Gosh, Europe gets cooollllld in the winter. Winter starts early and stays late. While in the military I spent four years there and can attest to the fact that they have bitter, bitter winters. Without heat people will not be able to survive. There will be more frozen and bursting water pipes than anyone can ever repair. Even the farm animals depend on heat to survive during the winter in the northernmost latitudes of Europe. In closing here is a question. Do you, with your best info put forth really believe WW3 will begin before the end of the year. Heck, I guess the preliminary stages have already started. Maybe now it is just a matter of positioning troops, assets, and resources on both sides and see which side decides to start hostilities first. thanks

Thank you, Dave, for yet another carefully researched and well written article.

I hope it is clear to your readers that responsibility for the impending catastrophe rests on the shoulders of Washington’s neo-conservative lunatics. Their aggressive assaults on nations around the world, including their sponsored coup in the Ukraine last February, their efforts to overthrow the Syrian government, and their relentless efforts to make Iran a military target are part of their decades long campaign to destroy Russia as a potential military opponent. China will be next.

    Hi Everybody,

….If He created different clothes for the various appearances, it is of course plain that He did the same with the different bodies that He showed the disciples……..

A week later Jesus similarly appeared to His Apostles, Thomas, who feared that a swindler was deceiving the other disciples, being present. Jesus gave Thomas the proof of HIs identity and resurrection that Thomas had requested (John 20: 24-29). The fact that again on this occasion Jesus entered the closed room (v. 26) proves that He entered it as a spirit being, after which He created a body of flesh that stood the acid test that Thomas had specified as a proof of His identity.

Again, to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberias Jesus appeared in a still different form, and was not recognized by His form at all, but by the miracle that He performed (John 21: 4-12). How in harmony with the fact that He was then before them in a totally different form from any they had seen before, is the remark, “None of the disciples durst ask Him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.” This remark evidently implies (1) that the disciples did not recognize Him from His form; (2) that the miracle had largely but not fully convinced them that their beloved Master was again in their midst; (3) that in their hearts they felt that the miracle should have been considered by them as a strong enough evidence to their faith that it was He, for which reason they were ashamed to ask for a verbal statement of His identity, though they desired for full conviction such an assurance; and (4) that such a desire would not have been cherished by them had He appeared in His old familiar form. Moreover, the doubts in Galilee of some of the 500 disciples (others than the eleven Apostles, who had been convinced before leaving Jerusalem for Galilee) can be accounted for on no other ground than that to them He appeared in an unfamiliar form (Matt. 28: 16, 17)………to be continued…..

Iran could be a lynchpin in the Russian game. If war starts look to Iran shutting down the Persian Gulf cutting off 30+% of our oil, driving per barrel prices above the $150 mark possibly killing whats left of our economy. This would precipitate civil distrubance in every city in the US. Another reason for marshal law and precluding the Red Dawn senario until most of the population is subdued. It is time to build the calluses on you knees folk. We need Jesus.

  15. Dave October 29, 2014 at 8:32 am

Its all coming to a head just like God said it would. WW3 is between Nato and Russia and China just like it says in Daniel 11: 40-45. Bio weapons are the plagues of the bible. Deliberate economic collapse will bring in a new currency the mark of the beast. Famines are coming as Kissinger and associates control the food. Again like the bible said. Revolutionary war in the US just like it says in Ezek 38-39. Worst of all the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord is coming this Xmas. Massive earthquakes and tsunamis on every fault line. The whole earth will shake and rock to and fro Rev 6: 12-17 and Isaiah 24: 18-20 and Isaiah 42: 15. Pray your flight is not THIS winter for then will be Great Tribulation. God bless.

“Putin is a cornered and wounded animal.”? Hitler probably said the same thing about Stalin. I don’t think he (or Russia) are that desperate. They’re Russians after all. Remember it was the U.S. and NATO that started and aggravated this situation. Now we act shocked that Russia has done exactly what we have forced them to do? Putin and Russia will come out on top; be it by war or not.

  17. Anti-Communist October 29, 2014 at 9:15 am

Obama and Putin are planning to overthrow the West. Their allies: China, Latin America, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, etc. They desire nothing less than total control of the world under a new Soviet Union.

  18. Mass Effect October 29, 2014 at 9:16 am

Great article and very informative, did you also see that Russia has taken control of the arctic? 2015 is going to be an interesting year for everyone around the world. I feel Russia may hold off until the spring, we have not even hit winter yet and I feel, as John Moore had stated on his show yesterday, once the flu season hits, people will be freaking out thinking they have ebola. This will be the time medical martial law will start rolling out. We already seen a glimpse of this a couple months back where a town in Michigan was completely locked down.

That said, keep up the great work and will be continuing to keep an eye on this situation in the months to follow.

    God Bless.

  19. Ideas Time October 29, 2014 at 9:16 am

    Good morning Dave,

Glad to see you are no longer buying into the Ebola hoax, scam anymore. I was getting worried that you had been compromised with the offer of lead or silver.

  20. Craig A. Mouldey October 29, 2014 at 9:21 am

That is a bold prediction Dave! Let’s hope you are wrong. That leaves us 2 months. What else could happen? Putin could be assassinated in a bid to get someone willing to bend the knee to Washington. Are the Russian Oligarchs that stupid to sell out their country? Or, the European countries could decide they don’t want to follow Washington’s madness and decide they will not support any embargo against Russia. Even if, for example, Germany blinked and pulled out of Nato for example, others would likely follow. They know they are in immediate danger from a war. If there economies are falling apart now, imagine what it will be like after a nuclear exchange. We shall see if madness wins the day. No doubt the Lucie bankers have it all planned out, and they don’t care who or how many are killed.
I think Putin missed his best chance when the east of Ukraine voted to succeed and Putin said no. They should have sent troops in to secure the east which was long a part of Russia anyway.
There is absolutely a reason serious disease is being expedited by those in power into North America. It is so obviously deliberate they may as well have a flashing neon sign telling us we’re screwed.

Putin and Russia are not the aggressors. Putin and Russia are merely responding in kind to wholly unreasonable and very evil sanctions against Russia by Israel, US, the EU and the Rothschild banking elite. Most people of the Israel, US, EU don’t want sanctions against Russia because it’s very bad for business and only benefits a small ruling elite. The illegal sanctions against Putin and Russia are themselves an act of war.

I was wondering if there is some way that Europe can find a different source of energy in this emergency. So, I thought –maybe solar energy transported from a desert. Then, I found an article online: Desert Solar Power to be Transported to Europe by a German-led consortium. It is supposed to be ready by 2015. But, possibly with an emergency it can be done more quickly. Or possibly energy from a different desert, such as an American one could be stepped up — for now or the future. And there may be other ideas that scientists would know of.

  32. Sophie October 29, 2014 at 1:49 pm

The article said that solar energy in the Sahara desert could be converted to electricity and run into Europe through cables. But, is it possible that energy could be converted or stored in some new way?

  33. Sophie October 29, 2014 at 2:24 pm

I must thank you Dave for your outstanding research and information.

I would think that the energy problem could bring new solutions and insights. I think that solar energy is ideal, because it is plentiful. But there must be a way to convert it to some form of clean-burning chemical energy, so that it can be stored.

I found an article about molten salt reactors –a type of nuclear reactor. There are two in Oak Ridge National Laboratories in Knoxville Tennessee.

Maybe it would be possible for people concerned about this scenario to get in touch with engineers and get more ideas.

  36. Sophie October 29, 2014 at 3:46 pm

For this apparently immanent emergency, maybe engineers could work with and improve technologies used to convert solar power to chemical energy in batteries and attach them to inverters in order to heat and power their homes for the duration. Possibly modifications making more powerful and efficient batteries reusable for a lifetime could be devised. The Europeans could attempt to access deserts in order to build solar plants that manufacture “home use” batteries.

  38. Sophie October 29, 2014 at 4:11 pm

I saw an article “Solar Energy from the Sahara Desert Would Power the World, But Will It?

A scientist, GERhard Knies said around 1986 that the desert receives enough energy in a few hours to power the world for a year. The problem is that the cost is 4x current methods at the moment.

Interestingly, this solar energy idea from the Sahara desert may explain the African Ebola situation. It may have something to do with the take over of the Mena region in order to implement a massive clean energy project.

Interesting article. And it certainly IS a dicey situation between, the Ukraine and Europe. But I don’t see WW3 starting this winter. I think WW3 is probably inevitable, eventually, and it will likely be nuclear. But it’s probably several more years down the road. Like the early 2020’s perhaps ? What I’ve read is that China and Russia both have plans to attack the US with nukes but neither nation is ready yet militarily. Both Russia and China are busy beefing up their militaries though, and both may reach the ready for war with the US by the early 2020’s. It’s a TERRIFYING thought but it’s cetainly possible.

  50. Sophie October 30, 2014 at 3:56 am

There is a company in Rochester, New York, Natcore, which is developing solar panels with a better technology, which is less expensive and more precise in how it utilizes energy. Possibly there is opportunity for Europe and for this company to swing into action and create back-up energy supplies now or in the future. Of course, the company would have to be researched fully.

Thank you Dave for this, the idiots in power, and the greater psychotic idiots behind them are merely seeking one end. Subjugation of the human race, massive reduction of the human race, and the utter suppression of the consciousness and divine spirit of humanity. Once again we have free energy available in the black projects, hidden in the archives of institutions, and humanity is brainwashed into thinking abiotic sources are the onkly way we can run our planet…thus war may be the final option for total control, unless those in the armed forces and arms of government wake up, follow their conscience and stop this encroaching insanity

Thanks to NATO, we probably will get WW3 to Europe. That it no news to Europeans. Russia has been preparing for war as long as it has existed. They want their share of Europe, and now NATO is bullying them to start the war. We are not happy about it here.

Some corrections: No, Europe is not cold in winter. PARTS of Europe are cold, sometimes really cold. Southern parts are relatively warm or warm.

The six countries mentioned in this article, that are in trouble because of the lack of energy are among the poorest ones in Europe. Not all the European countries are the same. Also there are countries that are extremely rich (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Norway) and are able to buy their oil anywhere they want. In Scandinavia we have Norway, a country with nice, huge oil production, willing to sell oil to other European partners. In many countries we have huge amount of forests and advanced technologies to utilize it. Forest = energy. Some of the European countries are not using Russian gas at all or only really small amounts.

Please stop talking about Europe as if it was one country. It is not. Different European countries have totally different societies with totally different problems.
