The EPA Legally Controls All Water, Food Production and Private Property

The Common Sense Show

Mike and Chantel Sacket, from  Priest Lake, Idaho, were preparing an 0.63 acre plot of land for the construction of their new home when an order by the EPA was issued to remove piles of fill material and replant the vegetation that they had removed from their property. The couple paid $23,000 for their property.

The order from the EPA was issued after the couple had gone through the process of acquiring all of the necessary permits to begin construction. Failure to comply with the EPA order would have resulted in a daily fine of up to $37,500.

The Idaho couple sued, in an attempt to prove that their land did not meet the criteria for being declared a wetland by the EPA, however, the lower court refused to hear the case. Fortunately, the Supreme Court sided with Mike and Chantel as well as several other property owners who had been the victims of EPA tyranny. The details of the case are provided here.

What seemed like a victory for property owners against the EPA may prove to be short-lived. The EPA is back and they are back with a renewed vengeance. Under the Clean Water Restoration Act, the EPA is in control of all “navigable waters.” On the surface, the term “navigable waters” would seem to provide some measure of protection to the public from invasive EPA enforcement by placing some reasonable limitations on the EPA’s regulatory power. Alas, that is proving not to be the case.

The Clean Water Restoration Act

The Clean Water Restoration Act goes far beyond the original intent of the law which was the protection of waterfowl and the conservation of wetlands. The proverbial fly in the ointment has its roots in the recent removal of the term “navigable waters”.

Under the new guidelines, if you use well water, the EPA has jurisdiction over your property and can even forcibly evict you and your family. If it rained overnight, or you have runoff from a recent snowfall, and there is any resulting puddles on your property, this can result in the loss of the free use of your property. You are also subject to eviction from your land if your property resides above an underground water aquifer.

A Thinly Veiled Excuse

In reality, this law has nothing to with preserving water and is simply a thinly veiled excuse to separate as many Americans from their land as possible. This strategy is straight out of the Agenda 21 playbook and it is being used to attack private property rights throughout the West. This strategy dovetails nicely with something I recently wrote about with regard to the fact that many state governments in the West are prohibiting the trapping and use of rainwater and the reuse of farm irrigation water. The last thing the Federal government wants is to allow Americans the right to fully control their property and to experience any kind of water independence.

The underlying intent of these policies is to attack America by lashing out at the food producers of America. The Wetlands legislation is being used to force the food producers of this country off of their land as the EPA begins to assess farmers $37,500 dollar, per day, fines for having any kind of standing water on their properties. The EPA is all to happy to provide relief for farmers and ranchers and acquire their land to help these victims of federal tyranny to get out from underneath their fines.

Most rural communities understand what is happening to them, but these events are receiving almost no attention except for the exceptional news blurb. The most dramatic reporting on this event occurred in the past week on FOX News in which Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on FOX and recounted many of the claims which I have identified here.

A number of other water issues have been the subject of recent Congressional oversight and subsequent legislation. Some legislators have been highly critical of recent regulatory initiatives which have abused the personal property rights of individual farmers, ranchers and homeowners. As of this date, despite some scant interest in EPA abuses, Congress has failed to act against the EPA for Fifth Amendment violations of property rights.

The True Intentions of the EPA

There is one person who has almost more water than God, but he is not and  he never will be regulated by the EPA and his name is T. Boon Pickens.

Pickens could be found guilty of diverting rainwater to a house of prostitution and he will never run afoul of the EPA and its enforcement army from the Army Corps of Engineers, because Pickens is part of the plot to hand off the nation’s water supply to private corporate interests which will be beyond the reach of the EPA.

America is the victim of a three pronged attack which is designed to control all water: (1) Through the Clean Water Act, the EPA controls all water; (2) As a result of controlling all water, the EPA will come to naturally control all food production; (3) Since all property has some degree of water on it, the EPA is, in effect, the draconian landlord over everyone’s property.

Rules for Thee but Not for Me

That one person which is not impacted by EPA regulations and that person controls as much water as he wants. That infamous corporate raider and robber baron of the oil industry, T. Boone Pickens, is leading the charge to unscrupulously enrich himself as he leads the global depopulation efforts to create a series of artificially contrived water shortages. Pickens was one of the first to rush to capitalize on the impending water shortage by his insidious acquisition of the largest underground aquifer in the US, the Ogallala Aquifer, containing a quadrillion gallons of water, This massive underground reservoir extends from Texas to South Dakota.

In Roberts County, TX., Pickens has purchased nearly 70,000 acres, as well as the water rights to personally remove up to half of the Ogallala Aquifer of which he plans to sell back to nearby residents in order to enrich himself. Much of this aquifer extends into prime farm land located in America’s bread basket. One man, T. Boone Pickens, is acquiring the ability to turn the American heartland into a dust bowl. Pickens will soon have the political power to charge so much for water, that farmers will be forced to abandon their farms and ranches in a Hunger Games rendition in which government sponsored interests will eventually become the sole purveyor of the nation’s food and water supply as the anti-humanist, Pickens, makes more money from water than he ever did with oil.

In order to acquire the water and expand his control over the Ogallala Aquifer, Pickens needed more political power. In 2006, Pickens bought off the Texas State Legislature for $1.2 billion. This purchase of water-related law making power has allowed Pickens the ability to do accomplish four goals: (1) He created an eight-acre town and an accompanying local government, and subsequently made his tiny municipality into a powerful Water Supply District; (2) As such, Pickens automatically acquired the right to issue tax-free bonds and thereby, giving himself the lucrative benefit of borrowing at a tremendous discount; (3) Now operating as a public entity, Pickens is armed with the power of eminent domain which will allow him to expand his water acquisition potential in which he bullies local residents, along the aquifer, to sell their properties for pennies on the dollar; (4) Pickens used his 1.2 billion dollar bribe money to get the Texas legislature to pay for a 250 foot wide water pipeline corridor all the way to Dallas where Pickens will make an estimated yearly profit of $165 million at taxpayer expense. Pickens has become the poster child for the phrase “crony capitalism.”

According to Business Week, Pickens is now the number one owner of water in the United States. He will soon possess the ability to create a waterless wasteland through the heartland of America and who is going to stop him, Obama or the corrupt Texas State Legislature?

Pickens isn’t content with his new found power over Texas water supplies. Pickens is in the process of greatly expanding his control over water as he petitioned congress and the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee to expand his private/public water district’s power of eminent domain and right-of-way, so that he can operate across state lines as well. If this is fully granted, Pickens will control all water between Texas and South Dakota. Pickens is also in the process of doubling down as he has added his previous wind projects to the water district by proposing a vast $12-billion wind farm, to sit on the same land he is acquiring for his water pipeline. The cost of the water pipeline is estimated at $1.5 billion, which is being financed at taxpayers’ expense through bonds and low interest loans.

Pickens told Business Week that he is only planning on selling surplus water, but according to the United Nations research and scientific studies report, nearly two-thirds of the entire population inhabiting the planet will face severe, life-threatening water shortages by the year 2025. So, Mr. Pickens, what surplus could you be talking about? And you only thought you had to worry about Obama collapsing the economy through his socialist policies.

Every bit of the Pickens plan violates the both the spirit and the letter of the law with regard to the EPA’s claimed right regulate all water. Pickens is not, and will not meet any EPA resistance.

Pickens Is Not Alone

The former CEO of Nestle, Peter Brabeck, does not believe that the common man has an inherent right to water. Brabeck stated in an interview for a documentary We Feed The World, that he believes water should only be something only the wealthy have access to. This is the same Nestle and Peter Brabeck which Jesse Ventura Conspiracy Theory episode Blue Gold” featured in Ventura’s show about this rogue corporation. In the Ventura program, he exposed Nestle for bribing public officials in order to be able to take out massive amounts of water from the Great Lakes and sell it to countries such as China.

Of course it has been well-chronicled that the Bush family is moving to acquire massive amounts of water in South America including the continent’s larger underground water aquifer. The Bush family has built an expansive ranch on 100,000+ acres with the labor provided by the Army Corps of Engineers in another example of crony capitalism.

Conclusion

It is quite clear that while the EPA is moving towards the control of water, food and property rights, thus paving the way for globalist crony capitalists to obtain control over the nations water, and food supply as well as usher in a society which has no private property rights.

It is also becoming increasingly clear that the globalists are buying up our water rights and are planning to sell it back to us at exorbitant rates.  In this Hunger Games scenario, the elite will one day control all water, food and property rights and can therefore, hold humanity hostage in servitude to the whims of the global elite.

The EPA is showing their demonic roots in that they continue to attempt to force us away from the land that God freely gave us.

This again is another reason to fight back.

Concerning revolution, We can learn from the Viet Cong, and apply those lessons learned, right now today. The Viet Cong basically were farmers by day and fighters by night. Today in America we have an oppressive surveillance grid, therefore we should have our regular on the surveillance grid harmless sheep look, while at the same time having our off the grid warrior in action life.

Something else that will help us fight is this: As the alphabet agencies and government in America become more tyrannical, they also become more filled with pride and arrogance. Their pride and arrogance are a weak point with them, and as a result they become more blind and sloppy. Their blindness and sloppiness are great weak points for patriots to exploit to the max.

Pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ for discernment, wisdom, and guidance in how to spot and successfully exploit the weaknesses of our tyrant enemies.

    God bless you all.

Who do these people think they are? Ali of there plans are going to backfire on them and they will not have water or food either. Nature’s balance is very specific and when you alter one part it changes the rest. It is appalling how the globalists think they are so much better than everybody else. Unbelievable. Congress needs to stop scratching their butts and paying attention to what is happening around them. They could stop the EPA. They could stop the madness.

I saw a satellite picture of an unlisted FEMA “camp” and listened as the narrator described various sections, INCLUDING what appeared to be guillotine, a pit for the chopped-off heads (with two test-heads in the pit) and lots of barbed wire by which to pen in the sheeple who will soon be carted off to the prison, never to be seen again. Once the water is gobbled up by the power brokers, how long will humans be able to resist the gov’t. when it demands groveling before itself, or shipment to a ‘camp’ for ‘re-education’ ? The choice will be clear: serve Jesus and die at the hands of the evil rulers, or deny Him in order to live as long as possible.

They are certainly covering their bases well, aren’t they? We’ve worked so hard to be out of debt and have a paid for home. Sometimes I think that the smart people are the ones who just go their merry way, not worrying about any of this. It feels like it may not do us much, if any, good in the end anyway- naturally speaking. Any idea how long it will take them to implement these kinds of things, especially in very rural areas?

The depth of depravity of the human heart is beyond comprehension. The Bible tells us in Timothy the love of money is the root of all evil. Satan and his minions are close to achieving their goal of total submission of the human race and no doubt, for a season, they will win. There is a greater day coming however when all will stand in front of the throne and give an account. I wouldn’t be in Picken’s shoes for all the water in Texas.

I’m wondering… Who decides who the Elites are? It seems like a pretty big group. You’ve got the Bilderbergs,
The Washington bunch, celebrities, CEO”s, the bankers. Is it only them or are families included? What if you get “voted” out? then what happens? Who is in charge? Is there a hierarchy? I hope they have all this figured out before they pull the plug or it might get nasty at the top.

The most effective strategy for over taking this nation is to do it incrementally with steady progress. Slow frog boiling puts the frog to sleep before death comes.

This is our problem today, the crimes are larger and more pervasive but the frogs are falling asleep.

Water, food, energy the basics of life thus full control is assured if they succeed. No human will prevail against this evil without God’s help. As for me and mine we are the property of God – anyone messing with God’s property has God to deal with.

I leave you with this …

    1. An attack of some kind IS coming to America. To make it simple, watch both Red Dawn movies. Then THINK. What will you need and need to do ? Taking into consideration we’re likely entering the 7 year trib, and the last 3 1/2 you won’t be able to eat without the mark, AND that during a war you’ll need 1 + years worth of food water meds supplies ammo, etc., you need 1 + years of EVERYTHING that you regularly rotate and use … then you’ll need 3 years supply of long term storable food, etc. Preparewise ( dot com ) is the only large supplier that has no gmo in their food. Now this will cost a lot of $$, but not having it will cost your lives. Do the best you can.

    2. The safest place to be WHEN the poo hits is A SECURE PATRIOT COMMUNITY. There’s talk of a community – iiicitadel ( dot com ) like I’m talking about, but you can make your own. Make YOUR community a secure one. Get everyone you can on board. Did you watch that old Nat’ Geo youtube thing where the family is trying to bug out of a big city after chaos ? They finally find safety in a COMMUNITY with armed guards and supplies and ORGANIZATION. Fire proof your homes and BUILD A COMMUNITY !!! Someone in the community MUST be knowledgable about taking out enemy drones fighters copters, etc. And as many as can need to have aquaponics systems to help food production.

    3. You MUST MUST MUST GO ON OFFENSE !!!! Think “Red Dawn.” Some in your community will not have enough food, meds, ammo, etc., and teams will have to GO ON RAIDS. Attack small groups of enemy soldiers AND GET “THEIR” WEAPONS AND RATIONS, then use that to go after a bigger enemy food storage facility. You cannot sit like dummies and wait for 10 trucks of goons to pull upto your block and out number you. You’ld still have to fight if that happened because if you don’t you’re going to a work camp to be a slave till they behead you, your wife’s getting raped then killed and you don’t want to know about your kids !!!! So …

    * SUPPLIES

    * COMMUNITY

    * OFFENSE

Oh …. did I mention get right with Jesus first ? Yes. Do that NOW. Then start supplying up and training as many in your community as you can.

Good luck … you’re gonna need it.

The French invented a special device to complement the stupendous achievements in corruption by immoral unethical feudalist tyrants, and it begins with the letter G. To everyones dismay, history does repeat itself. American human-Beings can and should do better than allow these authoritrian human-animal barbarians to systematically dismantle Our Republic By The People Of The People For The People! Keeping control means (i) keeping Our Oaths, (ii) keeping Our Guns, and (iii) keeping a Physical Count on the voters and votes at the election polls. ONLY THE PEOPLE CAN DELIVER THE JUSTICE AND PROSPERITY EMBODIED IN THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.

  15. Pat Masterson October 27, 2013 at 2:31 am

Another great write up. NWO is gearing up to make water the control point over many lives. They keep saying it and the money crowd is moving to make it happen and to make themselves rich in the process (think al gore and wind/carbon credits). Water wars is another “rumor of wars” from Biblical terms. We are at the place were Jesus is at the doors and the 2nd coming is soon. That means tribulation first, and if you believe you will be joyously sucked out of here first, you must reread all those scriptures with a focus on the time table in Matt. 24. Don’t be fooled, and give some thought to who those souls are that are beheaded as martyrs. 1. Accept the Lord’s blood and salvation for your life. 2. act on it to help others and prove your faith. By so doing you will serve both men and God. He will speak to you as you seek the truth. Ask for him to show you the truth. A simple prayer He will faithfully answer every time.

First of all, thanks Mr. Hodges for your informative as usual articles on some very timely and important subjects. This article somewhat ties into the previous article I found on Rense entitled “They are coming after our Water”: https://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/10/25/they-are-coming-for-our-water/

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. I embrace solutions to problems. Excuses are not acceptable. So OK, we have all these nefarious people, entities, government agencies that want to completely control “The Water” we use and drink. From the information that I’ve gathered on this subject it would seem that the water that “they” want to control are from sources that “They” consider navigable like this article mentions. Well, what does that definition mean? Is the water that is all around the Earth “Navigable” if it’s perpetually found in our own atmosphere? It’s everywhere in the air we breathe all around us on the earth.Who controls that? The answer; those that can capture it, contain it and use it! Anyone!!!

Please tell me that I’m wrong here. I don’t think anyone in their right mind would argue the fact that NOBODY can physically prevent the process of ANYONE capturing the natural and unlimited supply of water found in the air we breathe. Can You? Well I suppose that if a government agent were to hold a gun to your head and tell you not to remove any water from the atmosphere or there will be consequences that that would be possible. I wouldn’t put that past any of our so called elected control freaks and their corrupt partners in crime.

Ok, so by now we all know what they’re planning to do whether it’s private or governments wanting to control the actual water that is physically standing water in lakes, rivers, streams, rainwater collection on the physical Earth.

    BUT,
I would not include the collection of water from the air in that same scenario. Would you? So why not procure an Atmospheric Water Generator whether you purchase one for your individual use or purchase one as a co-op with family, friends and neighbors?? Together we can all find solutions to the constant tyrannical powers that are hell bent on wanting to completely control, crush and destroy humankind through their devious behavior.

Learn what’s out there so that YOU can free yourselves of these BS water control freaks. Think of the benefits of generating your own water out of the air around us. No more plastic bottles. No More toxic water since it’s coming to you completely filtered and free of harmful chemicals. And the best thing of all is that it’s abundant!!!

Here are some really cool Youtube videos that show the technology and availability of some Atmospheric Water Generators. Please click on any or all of them. Peace and Love be with you!!

I know gov.INK pays little attention to the Constitution, but we should and we should hold them to that agreement. The Federal government’s jurisdiction is largely external, that is, it is charged with dealing with matters foreign. Its powers to tax are confined (with the exception of the rarely used direct tax, and that is levied upon the states) to tariffs, taxes on incoming foreign products, and excises, taxes on the sale of foreign products domestically and certain activities considered government granted privileges exercised in the federal states, aka the territories. The EPA’s jurisdiction resides at the border, in the territories and the on the waters within the USA’s maritime borders. That’s it. It has no jurisdiction within the states party to the Constitution.

Through legal chicanery (a subject in itself) it has convinced the American people they are living on Federal land. No one challenges this lie. Well, a few have, and after much wrangling have managed to avoid property taxes (an assumption of federal ownership) and alphabet soup agency intervention. It isn’t easy because so few are aware of the basic jurisdictional powers granted to the federal government. We need to bone up on this stuff folks because it is important, VERY important. Our freedoms and individual sovereignty are being stripped away from us because we do not know this stuff. It isn’t even a matter of knowing how to jump through the legal hoops presented to us by this gang of criminals, it is a matter of knowing who we are (sovereigns) and how the true hierarchy of political power is established. It is the same worldwide: God created Man, Man created government, government created corporations. Can the created be superior to the Creator? Of course not. Once you’ve got the hierarchy of political power firmly planted in your head the jig is up.

While I am no fan of the UN, they did produce an excellent document on how to drive in wells with a minimum of technology. They explain how you can drive a well to depths you would think would require heavy drilling rigs, but don’t. 300 meter deep wells have been installed by hand using these techniques. They may not be fast, they are hard work to install, and you will still have to acquire pipe and do a bit of engineering, but… you can drive in your own outlaw water well and give these Agenda 21 fascists the finger on a budget. They don’t own the water anymore than they own the air. Anyone saying otherwise is your enemy and needs to be isolated or eliminated. Here is the link.

The EPA, a tentacle of the Agenda 21 Construct, will continue their takeover of private land through the guise of species and land conservation/preservation with muscle from the corrupt courts system. The wetlands farce is huge, just check out all the U.S./Canada/Mexico ‘habitat joint ventures’ funded by the USFWS. And, Private Public Partnerships that manipulate local folks into implementing Agenda 21. These entities have absolutely no public oversight and answer to no one.

The Nature Conservancy is another tentacle of Agenda 21 that is nothing more than a Massive Land Grab. Folks donate, sell millions of acres to TNC believing they are leaving land for future generations. Wrong.

These are the same evil techniques that liberal states like Wisconsin have been using for years.

The State DNR used to take a small canoe out to famer’s creeks during flood season; if the bureaucrats could get the canoe to float without touching land they would declare the stream to be a “navigable waterway” and thus, fall under the grasping claws of the DNR.

The reason we are here today is our cowardice. Had these DNR soviet-style enforcers been dealt with properly years ago, the EPA would not have been emboldened as described in the article. You have the government you deserve; and a society of sheep begets an evil government of wolves.

  31. David October 28, 2013 at 6:37 am

I have seen the attack on water rights personally over the last couple of years. Three years ago I left a career in corporate America where I’d spent twenty five years in healthcare software. After seeing the beginning of the roll out of the (un)Affordable Care Act I decided enough was enough. So I took off and rode a bicycle across the US twice. Along the way I’ve ridden through many states where farmers and ranchers access to water is being restricted. And it’s not just farmers and ranchers. People I’ve met aren’t able to access water in streams adjacent to their property or flowing right through their property. The good news is that most of the folks are simply ignoring EPA regulations and doing end runs around this tyrannical entity. They will find a way in rural America to get to water that is naturally part of the landscape. It’s the people in the cities that are going to be controlled. Especially those in the southwest – Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and most of southern California. Lake Mead is drying up and the aquifer that provides water for Phoenix is being depleted at a rapid rate. One day soon many American’s will find themselves in the same boat (excuse the pun) as those in Africa.

That’s the point! They don’t want farmers growing and controlling wheat production or any other consumable crop. No food, no people! They want to drastically reduce the population and when there’s not enough food to feed people, there’s a die-off. 1 + 1 = 0
The only way to stop this is force. When enough people wake up to that fact, things will change. Until the great awakening happens, if it ever does, the globalists will continue to strip you of everything; your rights, your possessions, your food, your water, your land, your faith, your children, your clothes, your dignity, your life. And smile at you all the while lying straight to your face because they know most are too dumb (ignorant) to comprehend what is playing out right in front of them. Ignorance is a lack of understanding. They are purposely dumbing down Americans so they they will be to ignorant to realize how to stop them before its too late and the final blows have taken place. They are counting on that fact!

It is a shame how quickly things have changed in this country and the world for that matter. Not just big government but everything. The shows I used to watch as a child are no where to be found instead replaced with the filth of today called entertainment. This is what happens when we remove God from our country and lives. We allow Satan and his children to reign supreme.

What will it take for an apathetic population to rise up and overthrow their government??

This is all part of a “liquidation” of our debt (no pun intended), placed on our backs by congress/senate via the FED, under “the full faith and credit of the American People.” We are the ones who allowed ourselves to be placed under such a debt (by asking the government to take over our responsibility to govern and take care of ourselves) and now we are the ones who are paying the price.
